The Last Paragon in the Apocalypse Chapter 1638: Bold Declaration

Klaus and his incarnations spent more time planning their next moves.

Now that he had exposed the Celestial Supreme and pretty much dismantled Heaven’s Court, he knew he would have to step up and make his next moves.

The Celestial Supreme would probably come for revenge. Someone like him, who had schemed with someone like Axarax, wouldn’t go down without a fight. So Klaus knew he had to be ready to face him.

He also knew Axarax would come after him. He had taken 10% of his blood essence, which, from his calculations, would aid three more incarnations in becoming gods.

Axarax already had plans to find more bodies and send down the rest of his power. As someone who knew how dangerous that individual was, Klaus had no plans to underestimate him. Even with 8 bodies, he is already dangerous.

He had to find his bodies and kill all of them. If he allowed him time to grow, he would become a threat Klaus could not afford to have around when the Great Catastrophe arrived.

The only problem now was that, aside from Hanna, he had yet to reunite with the rest of his Star Lights.

He was already aware of where they were, but since he had never expected his plans to change this drastically, he had never made plans to meet and awaken them.

Unlike his Paragon Guards, he wouldn’t have to sleep with them to awaken their nature as Paragon Star Lights.

With this fortunate turn of events, he knew he had to awaken at least three more, and he planned to start with Nyrela, who had come into the Devil’s Maw a few weeks ago.

This meant his main body would have to become busy if he wanted more of his bodies to become gods.

"Efad, go back and hasten your pace. With your current comprehension of the Void Law, you should clear the rest with ease, right?" Klaus said, and his incarnation nodded.

"I will handle the rest much faster. Since Axarax has returned, it won’t be long before the threats we saw come to pass. So I will hasten my pace, and I hope the rest of you do the same."

"Rest assured, we all understand the assignment, so none of us will slack off."

Klaus smiled and nodded. "In that case, let’s go back to our missions and ensure the universe doesn’t fall into danger before we act."

Efad was the first to leave, arriving on the Void Planet, where his next task was to clear the remaining Void Vortexes. He knew that when the time came, he would play a major role in ensuring the Void Beasts didn’t overwhelm everyone.

Kaden also returned to the second floor of the Inheritance Tower to continue his training. His mission was vital, since with him at the helm, his other incarnations wouldn’t have to worry about honing their skills and techniques.

He was in charge of all that, and now that he had received much more information from Rhazor, he would handle the remaining tasks well.

Kaden would train in all skills and techniques, in addition to mastering the various weapons his incarnations wielded.

Knox returned to his role of comprehending the various intents, laws, and other aspects that would further improve their combat power.

Orion returned to upgrading his legion. With the fourth Void Vortex cleared, Atomic had more than enough energy to upgrade a few hundred warriors.

But aside from that, Atomic had also absorbed enough cosmic energy that Orion planned to use to upgrade Lady Danika’s cultivation.

She was a Cosmic Being, based on what they had seen so far, so once she completed her evolution, her cultivation would naturally advance.

Asura, however, would be traveling with the ladies who had already reached the Beast Universe and were nearing the second Asura Key, the Blood Key.

Luckily for them, the last Asura Key was also in the Beast Universe, so once they obtained it, they would have all three Keys needed to open the gateway for the Asura Race to return to the universe.

In a couple of months, they would be ready, and Klaus wanted one of his incarnations, who would once again walk the face of this universe as the Asura God, to join them.

Finally, he would be traveling to the locations where his other Star Lights could be found. As for Rhazor, he was ready to head back out there with his Six Calamity Guards.

"I guess it is time for me to leave," Hanna said, looking toward Klaus.

"Thanks for everything, Hanna. Once all the Star Lights are found, we will explore the Paragon Stars together."

She nodded, and then, after sharing a kiss with Klaus, she vanished, appearing inside Asha Insect’s domain, where most of her sisters were.

"Don’t cause too much trouble, Rhazor," Klaus said before teleporting away...

Rhazor smirked and muttered, "As if I willingly look for it."

He laughed and turned to his six guards. "Let’s go, guys."

They soon left the Inheritance Tower and appeared inside the Pagoda. Moments later, they found themselves back inside the Devil’s Maw.

The moment they appeared, they found thousands of warriors surrounding the Pagoda. It appeared that while he had been inside working to become a god, news had spread throughout the Devil’s Maw that a supreme treasure had appeared.

Naturally, thousands had gathered to determine its owner.

However, with Rhazor now outside and even more terrifying than before, everyone trembled. The wise ones immediately started to retreat, while the foolish ones chose to point their weapons at him.

Seeing this, Rhazor sneered and said, "Let me make this very clear to you. None of you—and I mean it—none of you can last a second against me, so do yourselves a favor and run off before I get angry."

"Bastard, hand over the Supreme Treasure and the Flame Dao Crystal you stole!" a Universal God, who had arrived after Rhazor took the Flame Dao Crystal, shouted, unleashing a portion of his aura.

Rhazor turned to look at him and smirked. Then, pointing his right index finger at the man, he muttered quietly but coldly...

"DIE."

A beam of condensed flame energy shot out, and in an instant, a hole appeared in the Universal God’s head, killing him on the spot. The rest, who witnessed the scene, screamed in horror before scattering like frightened flies, fleeing in every direction.

In no time, only a few remained.

"What, are you losers asking for death?"

Rhazor questioned, not understanding why these people had chosen to remain standing when the smartest decision left for them was to run.

He counted 405 of them, with nearly half already at the Universal God stage. One of them stepped forward and bowed slightly.

"Good day, Senior. I am a member of the 17th Heaven Legion. My General sent me to pass a message to you."

"Oh, I am listening."

"My General said that if you are willing to join the 17th Heaven Legion, he would personally help you attain more power than even the Paragon."

"Oh, this is interesting," Rhazor smiled, looking at his six guards, who also smiled. Seeing this, the man who had spoken smiled as well.

The next second, however, his body stiffened.

"Pass my message to your General, and make sure not a single word is omitted. Tell him, and every other leader as well, that I, Rhazor, give them two years to renounce their support for the Celestial Emperor. If, after two years, they still haven’t, I will completely eradicate all the remaining 24 Heaven Legions."

He waved his hand, and every last one of them was sent flying into the distance.

"Let’s go, guys. It is time to kill a forest."
