The Epic Tale of Chaos vs Order Chapter 2341 I am inevitable!

Previously on The Epic Tale of Chaos vs Order...
The battle for the core of Origin Island reaches a fever pitch as the Scarlet King and the Crimson Exarch coordinate a relentless assault against the Ancient One. Forced to treat every projectile as a potential death blow, the Ancient One struggles to balance the threat of the Sky Devourer blade with the Exarch’s lethal marksmanship. Through a calculated distraction involving a massive wall of flames, the brothers execute a daring weapon swap. Caught off guard by the Scarlet King wielding a firearm instead of his sword, the Ancient One is left vulnerable as the final, devastating Big Crunch Shot is fired at point-blank range.

As the bullet streaked toward the space between his eyebrows, time seemed to grind to a halt for the Ancient One. His protective force field, shaped by the Power of Negation, failed to impede the projectile even slightly; as it grazed his skin, he felt the very structure of his face beginning to dissolve. In a mere sliver of a second, the impact would obliterate his skull, his brain, and ultimately, his soul.

Even if his True Name endured the strike, the cost would be beyond measure, causing plans spanning over a billion years to crumble into dust.

In that precise moment—with the scythe of the reaper pressing against his throat—the Ancient One unleashed a surge of power more immense than any he had ever shown.

Wings of white plasma erupted from his shoulders, triggering a violent resonance within the Matrix of Origin Island. Both the Scarlet King and the Crimson Exarch watched in stunned disbelief as they recognized those appendages. They were identical to their own.

However, there was no time to process that shock as the flow of time froze at the very center of Origin Island.

Before the horrified and bewildered eyes of the two brothers, the bullet began to retreat—its trajectory rewinding through the temporal stream.

The Ancient One had been unable to block the projectile, as it was crafted specifically to bypass his defenses and negate his powers. Yet, even such an overwhelming force could not resist the reversal of time itself. Naturally, the universe demanded its due.

A price as massive as the power used had to be paid. "BOOM!"

The Ancient One’s left eye burst into shards, spraying white blood across the battlefield. A soul-shattering agony twisted his features—a level of pain that transcended the physical realm to strike at the core of his

existence.

Nevertheless, he did not break.

Gritting his teeth against the torment, he forced the bullet to rewind just far enough. The moment the temporal flow returned to normal, the Ancient One jerked his body to the side, narrowly evading the lethal shot.

He began to cough violently, spitting up mouthfuls of blood. The backlash from such a forbidden technique was devastating. His white plasma wings vanished almost instantly, and his aura plummeted to a fraction of its former strength.

Yet, when he turned his gaze toward the pair who had pushed him to the brink of death, his remaining eye burned with a mixture of raw brutality and freezing malice. Cain and the Crimson Exarch felt a shiver of dread race down their spines.

They had attempted to assassinate a king.

They had succeeded in wounding him.

But because they had failed to kill him,

that failure had become their own death warrant.

Even though every instinct shouted of the mortal peril they were in, the eyes of the Scarlet King and the Crimson Exarch remained alight with cold determination. Their ultimate Big Crunch Shot had missed its mark, and the past could not be undone. Their only path was to charge forward, hoping to find a spark of hope within the impending catastrophe.

Cain lashed out with his blade, sending a roaring arc of scarlet flames through the air. Simultaneously, the Crimson Exarch fired a focused pillar of the Light of the Flow.

No longer fearing a fatal strike, the Ancient One relied on the monstrous durability of his physical form. He swatted the sword aside with raw strength and absorbed the beam directly, using the opening to close the gap and bury a heavy fist into the Crimson Exarch’s face.

The sickening crack of breaking bone rang out as the Crimson Exarch was

hurled into the distance.

Cain bit his lip at the sight of such savagery. Killing intent flooded his eyes as his Wings of Chaos flared with frantic energy.

He had already manifested Ragnarök twice.

Despite the vast power gained from his cultivation breakthrough and the deep insights from the pyramid, attempting a third use of this Chaos Art would put his life in jeopardy. Regardless, he had no other options left.

But before Cain could draw upon the power of the Matrix through his Chaos Wings, the Ancient One leveled a hand toward him.

Shadowy tendrils lashed out, covered in countless eyes that blinked open along their

length.

Summoning this limb caused the Ancient One’s wounds to bleed more profusely, but he ignored the cost. The shadows snared Cain in an instant, paralyzing his movements and freezing the flow of his energy. A second later, Cain was slammed ruthlessly into the earth.

Without pausing for breath, the Ancient One reached his left hand toward the Crimson Exarch, manifesting more dark tendrils. Still reeling from the previous blow, the Crimson Exarch was snatched out of the air before he could recover.

With a powerful yank, the tendrils retracted, dragging both Cain and the Crimson Exarch back to the Ancient One. He grabbed them by their chests and drove them into the ground with enough force to shatter the crust, creating a massive crater as they coughed up blood.

Agony flared through their bodies; it felt as though the weight of the entire cosmos was crushing their ribs and collapsing their lungs. They were unable to breathe or resist, held fast by the sealing power radiating from the many eyes of the shadows.

"You two."

The Ancient One’s hatred and fury were plain to see, but an even more terrifying, glacial calm resided in his

uninjured eye.

"You could have reigned as kings by my side. You would have stood above every living thing in the

universe, second only to me. Yet you chose to block my path."

The pressure on the chests of the Scarlet King and the Crimson Exarch grew even heavier, causing blood to leak from their lips. Even so, neither man showed a hint of terror. Their eyes remained fixed on the Ancient One with unshakable

defiance.

That stubbornness only served to stoke his rage.

"Hmph. Insects," he hissed. "My ascent is ordained by the heavens. I am

inevitable!"

"BOOM!"

The Ancient One had barely finished speaking when a golden

palm struck his back with explosive force, sending him flying and releasing his hold on the two brothers.

Cain and the Crimson Exarch gasped for air, rolling across the ruined earth. As they looked up at the figure who had stepped in, faint smiles touched their lips.

The person who had arrived was the only being capable of standing

toe-to-toe with the Ancient One.

The Demon King.
