The Epic Tale of Chaos vs Order Chapter 2322 The Enlightened One vs a native

For several minutes, the woods bordering the pond shuddered as boulders shattered and trees were uprooted by the force of a violent confrontation. Eventually, however, the chaos subsided and silence reclaimed the area.
Standing at the epicenter of the ravaged battlefield was the man with violet eyes. His breathing came in heavy gasps, and his features were etched with deep fatigue, yet his focus remained unwavering.
With a single hand, he hoisted the unconscious Neo-Angel by the throat. After casting a final, sweeping look around the perimeter to ensure no one was approaching, he blurred into the distance, taking Bradly's limp body with him.

The Enlightened One trekked across a desolate, ash-strewn landscape adjacent to a roaring volcano, a grim look fixed upon his face. Since his arrival, he had faced a succession of perils, each more formidable than the last. It appeared that the deeper he ventured into Origin Island, the more lethal the environment became.
Nevertheless, he had found some cause for optimism. Shortly after arriving, his cultivation had finally breached its long-standing limit. After a staggering billion years of stagnation, he had transcended the ArchDeity Rank to become an Alpha-Omega Overgod. This breakthrough was Providential; without this evolution, he doubted he could have endured the trials of this land for long.
A golden radiance flickered within his eyes—the concentrated power of the Flow guiding his path—as he tracked the lingering vibrations and frequencies of his allies. Simultaneously, he maintained a vigilant watch over the cracked, fiery terrain surrounding him.
Fissures in the earth constantly belched out plumes of steam, sulfur, and searing gases capable of liquefying flesh instantly. Navigating the edge of an active volcano was undeniably hazardous, but he had sensed a familiar aura in this direction. Though its specific identity eluded him, he was certain it was not that of a Neo-Angel, which provided enough motivation to press on.
Regrettably for the Enlightened One, as he reached the midpoint of the volcanic zone, his gaze sharpened and he snapped his head to the side. Emerging from the volcano's peak was a humanoid shape entirely cloaked in magma hot enough to incinerate bone. This molten figure plummeted from the heights, landing several hundred meters in front of him.
A powerful shockwave radiated from the lava, blasting the molten rock away to reveal a stunning woman with violet eyes. The sheer pressure of her energy caused her white hair to sweep to one side. She was dressed in a sleeveless, high-collared garment that merged grace with martial utility. Her face was composed but resolute, her eyes filled with a piercing curiosity as they locked onto the Enlightened One.
"Who are you, and with whom did you come?" she questioned.
The Enlightened One inhaled deeply, concentrating his senses as the Flow vibrated, attempting to decipher her origin. A native? She certainly doesn’t belong to the Life Path, nor does she look like a Neo-Angel.
The woman’s violet eyes narrowed instantly. "Life Path... Neo-Angels. What do you mean by those terms?"
The Enlightened One’s pupils dilated. In that heartbeat, he realized she was reading his very thoughts. He immediately purged his mind of everything except her presence and the urgent necessity of flight.
The power of the Flow surged within his body as he searched for an escape route. He was no coward, but her strength clearly eclipsed his own. While he would gladly gamble his life against the Neo-Angels, there was no logic in dying at the hands of a native.
His mission here was not conquest or slaughter, but to reach the Eternity Gate and prevent the Freedom Path forces from crossing—and that was what he intended to do.
Without warning, the Enlightened One darted to the side, golden light erupting from his limbs to propel him at a blistering pace. Yet, the violet-eyed woman intercepted him with effortless grace. Her palm flattened into the shape of a spearhead as she lunged toward his throat.
Just as the blow was set to connect, the golden light in the Enlightened One’s eyes flared with intensity. Moving with perfect timing, he evaded the strike, seized her arm, and twisted her momentum in midair to hurl her away.
Demonstrating incredible martial prowess, the woman recovered her balance instantly and settled into a combat stance. However, her eyes widened with a mixture of amazement and confusion.
"You anticipated the direction of my strike before I even moved," she murmured. A moment later, her look turned sharp. "You are not of our kind. How did you achieve that?"
The Enlightened One had no desire to reveal the secrets of the Flow. He resumed his retreat at maximum speed, sprinting across the treacherous ground. Unfortunately, despite her brief shock, the violet-eyed woman gave chase immediately—and once again closed the gap with ease.
He gritted his teeth, doing his utmost to parry her strikes while maintaining his forward flight. However, the Flow’s predictive edge was failing; she was reading his mind and countering his defenses before he could even manifest them.
"BOOM!"
A thunderous impact echoed as her palm slammed into his chest. It felt as if the blood in his veins had turned to ice, and he was sent crashing into the dirt, tumbling through ash and stone. Snarling through the pain, the Enlightened One forced himself back to his feet. A staff materialized in his grip, and he swung it toward the closing woman.
But she flowed around the weapon with liquid precision, closing the distance once more. This time, her hand became as lethal as a blade, slashing across his torso before she drove a brutal kick into his ribs.
The Enlightened One drove his staff into the earth to arrest his momentum and steady himself. But before he could counter, a wave of agony washed over him, and the gashes on his chest erupted in a spray of crimson.
She had successfully severed the major blood vessels across his chest with that single strike.
He clenched his jaw as his wounds throbbed with every heartbeat. His face darkened; it was now painfully clear just how dire his situation had become.
