Willow Crawford wore a strap dress nightgown, with a beige cardigan draped over it. She was sitting on a chair, holding a pen, writing something quickly. The soft, warm light cast on her body made her look like a captivating painting, a sight not to be disturbed.
Morgan Ashworth walked over, placing his hands on her lovely shoulders, "What are you writing?"
Willow looked up, "I translated these two documents for you and saved them on your computer. Now I’m marking the key points for you, so during your meetings, it’ll be crystal clear, and you won’t have to spend too much time prepping."
Morgan curled his lips into a smile. These two documents, one in German and one in Spanish, she translated them so quickly.
He had almost forgotten; she was a brilliant heiress from a noble family, fluent in eighteen languages since childhood. When Prince Rosen passed away, she, as the first princess, had managed palace affairs quite remarkably.
Morgan pulled out a chair and sat beside her, "Are you tired?"
"Not tired yet."
Morgan tossed two more documents to her, "Then help me finish these too, and we’ll go to bed together."
"Alright."
The two of them divided the work, and within an hour, they were done. Morgan initially thought he would be up until dawn, but marrying such a capable wife had lightened his load significantly.
Willow stretched lazily, "Honey, let’s go to bed now. I’ll go check on our son."
Willow stood up to check on their son.
But Morgan reached out, wrapped his arm around her slim waist, and pulled her directly onto his strong lap, "Our son is sound asleep, no need to check on him."
"But..."
"No buts now, your time belongs to your husband," Morgan said as he kissed her red lips.
Willow’s small face turned red, her hands pressed lightly against his broad shoulders, gently pushing him away, "Honey, it’s late. Let’s sleep first; you have things to do tomorrow."
"Isn’t it a waste to not do something with the time we saved?" Morgan smirked, a bit mischievous.
Willow’s body turned soft, her small hands hooking around his neck. This was, in a true sense, experiencing what it meant to be newlyweds. She snuggled closer, blinking flirtatiously, "President Ashworth, be careful you can’t get out of bed tomorrow."
The room was filled with the couple’s laughter and the rustling of clothes, creating an amorous atmosphere.
...
The next day, Morgan got up on time, looking dashing in a black suit, but Willow wasn’t the one able to get out of bed.
Willow curled up like a precious kitten under the blanket, too lazy to move.
Morgan helped the little bundle with washing and dressing, then leaned down to kiss her soft cheek, "Willow, sleep for a while longer. I’ll take our son with me, and remember to have breakfast when you wake up."
Willow opened her eyes hazily, "Aren’t you busy? Can you take our son along?"
Morgan picked up the little bundle, "Yes, don’t worry."
The little bundle didn’t want to disturb mommy’s rest, so he waved his little hand, "Bye, mommy."
"Bye, baby."
Father and son left the house, and Willow buried herself under the covers to catch up on sleep.
...
Today Morgan had a TV interview. Worried the little bundle might run around, he held him in his arms, facing the camera for the interview.
Morgan was holding a microphone, giving a speech, while the little bundle was bored, pouting as he looked at his daddy, "Daddy, has mommy woken up? I want to call mommy."
The microphone and camera were right in front, and it was live, so the little bundle’s words were clearly conveyed.
