Jason and Gina arrive in Texas to a cleared airport, where they are met by a delegation led by Daniel Rust of the Superhuman Troopers. Jason gives his dragons permission to fly freely but warns them against causing trouble. Gina is joyfully reunited with her parents, Jonas and Bett Fey, and other family members, who are awestruck by Gina's newfound power. Jason instructs the SHT to maintain a perimeter and watch for Gates due to the increased mana concentration.

Each appearance Jason made in the media placed him in a different country, meeting with presidents or world leaders, making his entire family realize he had ascended to a level where he could mingle with the global elite!

However, what caused his family the most apprehension at that moment was the palpable pressure emanating from Jason! While Gina's pressure was intense, there was something instinctively terrifying about the aura they felt from Jason! Gina's might felt like extraordinary power, and many family members could endure it, finding it akin to the pressure from other superhumans. Yet, Jason's pressure was distinct! Due to his Vympir gene, Jason possessed the aura of a predator, causing any human's heart to race simply by standing before him! Some of the younger children instinctively sought refuge behind their parents' legs upon seeing Jason, and even the parents felt a similar urge to hide! But Jason, unfazed by their terrified gazes, extended his hand towards Gina's mother.

"Hey, aunty."

Bett's eyes widened as Jason addressed her, prompting her to mentally scold herself! How could she possibly be afraid of someone like Jason!? Bett quickly stepped forward, embracing Jason in a deep hug with a joyous laugh!

"Welcome home, darling! Oh my, I've missed this handsome face so much! You've truly grown tall! I've seen you plastered all over the news lately! You've been travelling extensively, haven't you? Are you even getting enough sleep?"

Jason chuckled as Bett's hand brushed away the dark circles beneath his eyes. He then turned and offered Jonas a firm handshake as the man approached with a smile!

"Good to see you again, son. I can sense you've been incredibly busy these past few months. Let's catch up over some beer later."

Jason grinned and nodded at Jonas's suggestion. It seemed as though Bett's and Jonas's comforting actions emboldened the other family members, who then stepped forward with smiles to greet Jason as well! Though Gina was an only child, her large extended family, filled with numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins, transformed every family gathering into a mini-festival. Jason warmly greeted many of the elder uncles and aunts, and he playfully ruffled the hair of the younger boys brave enough to approach him. Having already grown accustomed to people's fear due to his Vympir gene, Jason didn't fault his family for their initial reactions. Once the greetings concluded, the entire family crammed into multiple pickup trucks, heading towards their home. Jason sat in the back of one truck with Gina beside him, savoring the sensation of the breeze on his face as they navigated the streets.

"Holy shit, it's him! Baby, it's Jason Marc! Look!"

"Jason Marc is right there! It's really him!"

"Well, I'll be! Where do you suppose he's headed!? What about we tail them! Grab the car keys!"

"Look at all those escorts! He's practically the president!"

As they traversed the Texas streets, Jason could hear the elated shouts of civilians calling his name and requesting his attention. Some even pursued their vehicle with cameras in hand! The Fey family, unaccustomed to such fervent attention, exhibited signs of nervousness, but thankfully, the SHT forces were present, with Troopers ensuring no one came too close to Jason or his relatives. Jason's thoughts drifted to Hesabeth and Riyala, and he mused about their current activities. Gina had extended an invitation to both queens to join them at her parents' residence, but regrettably, neither could accept due to a significant backlog of work accumulated during their recent absences. Hesabeth had been away from Minori for over a month, and she faced a mountain of paperwork and diplomatic affairs from both her world and all others under her dominion that required her attention! Despite being the favored child of the Primordial Expanse, not even Hesabeth could escape bureaucratic duties.

Riyala, conversely, was tasked with initiating the crucial trade routes necessary for transporting their Dragonstone from the Sixth Domain to the Seventh. This undertaking would occupy her for at least a few weeks. It was a shame they couldn't meet the extended family, but their responsibilities had become unavoidable. Gina sat beside Jason, engaged in conversation with some of her teenage cousins. Jason leaned over, placing a gentle kiss on the top of her head with a smile. Gina's cheeks flushed slightly as the girls in the group let out teasing noises. She snuggled closer to Jason's side, hushing them playfully. Thanks to the presence of the Troopers, the family encountered no issues during their journey, and they soon arrived at the vast ranch belonging to Gina’s parents. This Fey ranch spanned a thousand acres, featuring a grand house and a substantial barn. Jason observed an extensive area dedicated to raising various livestock, alongside another section utilized for farming. The primary residence was situated a considerable distance from the barn – a drive of approximately five minutes would be needed to reach it. A wide, open space directly in front of the house was designated for the day's picnic. As Jason exited the vehicle, he noticed several teenage girls and boys positioned at the entrance, their gazes fixed upon him and Gina with evident admiration. These were the youths tasked with the picnic preparations, and Jason recognized some as childhood companions. However, these same friends now regarded him as if he were an entirely different person, making Jason realize that despite being only eighteen, he was no longer perceived as their equal. "Gina! Gina, you've returned!" a boisterous voice called out. Before Jason's eyes, a petite girl, appearing about sixteen, rushed out of the house, brimming with excitement. Clad in a pinup one-piece and sporting a rugged appearance, including a noticeable missing tooth that lent her a quintessential tomboyish charm, the girl was Fio. She possessed long, fiery red hair and deep crimson eyes, mirroring Gina's own. With a wide, infectious smile, Fio sprinted forward, leaping into Gina's arms with a joyful laugh. Gina twirled her cousin around with delight, eliciting squeals of glee. "I've missed you terribly, Gina!" "And I've missed you too, Fio!" After a few moments, Gina gently set Fio down. Fio, her grin undiminished, immediately launched into an excited recounting of everything she had gleaned from the news and the internet. "I heard you ventured into another world and battled dragons! Someone even mentioned you've been traveling between dimensions lately! How incredibly cool! Your magic is so potent! What happened?! Tell me every detail! I’m eager to know it all! Is it true that you-" Gina let out a fond chuckle at the overwhelming adoration radiating from her young cousin, attempting to soothe her excitement. Fio was the daughter of Gina's aunt and uncle. From a very tender age, Fio had deeply admired and looked up to Gina. Although Fio was also a superhuman, unlike Gina, who had awakened as a D Rank, Fio's awakening was only an F Rank. She lacked a formidable gift that would enable her to survive against the monsters emerging from the Gate. Fio, like other superhumans her age, had journeyed to Core City. However, upon her return, she chose not to join a guild or pursue a path as a full-time superhuman. Instead, Fio decided to dedicate herself to working on the farm, assisting her parents.
