Strongest Necromancer System Chapter 812: Back On Earth

Riyala offered a farewell to Jason and Gina with a smile, quickly accelerating her pace to match Hesabeth’s swift stride. The guards hailing from Radagan, along with Hesabeth’s own contingent from Minori, followed closely behind the two women as they proceeded towards a designated meeting chamber within the Stone Catacombs. Once they had vanished from sight, Jason released a soft sigh. He then turned to Gina, who interlaced her fingers with his.
"Let's head home, babe."
Gina uttered these words with a yearning tone, vividly conveying her strong desire to return. Jason responded with a smile and a nod. The couple began their journey back down the corridor, Jason humming thoughtfully as a sudden memory surfaced!
"Where on earth did Stella vanish to?"
Jason looked down at Gina, posing this question. Gina merely let out a soft chuckle, replying with an amused inflection in her voice.
"She mentioned needing to make preparations for your homecoming."
Jason's eyes widened in surprise.
"What?"

[Earth]
[Riverdale]
[A/N: It feels like ages since I wrote about this place lol]
The city of Riverdale had undergone significant transformations in the two months subsequent to Jason and Gina's departure on their expedition across the Primordial Expanse! Even prior to Jason's absence, Riverdale had already commenced its metamorphosis! Jason's influential presence, coupled with the establishment of his guild within Riverdale, acted as a magnet, drawing numerous major corporations to set up their headquarters in the city. They aimed to capitalize on the business opportunities that Jason's guild was projected to generate! Consequently, this influx of enterprises precipitated a migration of many superhumans from various other cities across America to Riverdale. Their intention was to remain in close proximity to the SMD headquarters, as well as the other burgeoning businesses that promised increased financial rewards!
The abrupt surge in the superhuman population within the city led to an equally dramatic, astronomical increase in the ambient mana density. Given that the frequency of Gate appearances in any given vicinity is directly correlated with its mana density, Riverdale witnessed a correspondingly substantial escalation in the number of Gates manifesting!
Initially, the city encountered approximately two to three Red Gates per week. This frequency was already considered quite high, providing ample opportunities for various guilds. However, it wasn't long before the number of Gates escalated to at least five Red Gates weekly, with the occasional appearance of an Orange Gate! This rate rapidly positioned Riverdale as one of the most active locations in America, attracting an even greater number of superhumans! As the mana density grew more pronounced, the occurrence of Gates intensified further. It became commonplace to observe at least seven to eight Red Gates and two to three Orange Gates manifesting in Riverdale every single week! Fortunately, only a single Yellow Gate had appeared within the preceding two months. The members of the Monarch Guild, with the crucial assistance of the enforcers, managed to respond swiftly and successfully neutralize the threat.
In any other city experiencing such a phenomenon, survival would have been virtually impossible! A typical B-Class guild requires at least a full day to clear a Red Gate, followed by a recovery period of two to three days before undertaking another raid! This means a B-Rank guild could realistically only clear two to three Red Gates weekly under normal circumstances. This capacity diminishes significantly when considering C-Rank and D-Rank guilds, with some struggling to clear even one Gate per week due to their limitations. Most cities in America could, at best, boast of having two to three B-Rank guilds and perhaps one A-Rank guild, a number that constantly fluctuated as guilds relocated to tackle different Gates across the nation.
However, the sheer volume of Gates appearing in Riverdale, driven by its elevated mana density, necessitated the mobilization of multiple B and A Rank guilds each week simply to keep pace. Furthermore, the presence of S-Rank guilds was essential to manage the sporadic emergence of Orange or Yellow Gates! Any other city would have undoubtedly been crippled under the immense workload required to address such a constant barrage of Gates weekly! Yet, Riverdale remained not only unburdened but was, in fact, flourishing! The singular reason behind this remarkable resilience was, unequivocally, one guild!
"IT’S MONARCH!"
A sudden, loud shout erupted, causing hundreds gathered behind police tape to erupt in jubilant cheers as a group emerged from a massive, swirling orange Gate! This assembled party comprised five individuals, all clad in matching uniforms: black trousers and form-fitting black shirts designed for maximum agility. Their attire bore the distinct 'M' insignia of the Monarch Guild, embroidered over the left breast. Crafted from magic-infused fabric, these clothes offered defensive capabilities worthy of S Rank Artefacts. Leading this formidable unit was a young man with short green hair and an intensely serious expression. Ten metallic bands adorned each of his hands, and a utility pouch rested at his waist! This man was none other than Francis Ludd, a Vice Captain and the current commander of the Alpha Squad!
"My goodness, it's Francis!"
"Francis, over here! I adore you, Alpha Squad!"
"They've been conquering new gates daily! This marks the tenth this very week!"
"This way! Kindly pose for the cameras!"
"Just look at him, Francis! Oh heavens, that fierce gaze on his face sends shivers down my spine!"
"Hey, look! The beasts are emerging!"
"The beasts have arrived!"
"They appear so magnificent! Are those actual summons?"
"I heard they all belong to Jason Marc!"
"There's no conceivable way one person can sustain all those beasts! It's utterly astounding!"
A variety of beasts began to manifest from within the Gate, and the instant the onlookers caught sight of these majestic creatures, their cheers amplified tenfold! The beasts emerging from the Gate were the Legion subordinates that Jason had bestowed upon Francis and every other member of the Alpha Squad! Having fought alongside these beasts for an extended duration, the Alpha Squad had finally achieved perfect synchronization with their partners. Now, there wasn't a soul in America unfamiliar with the ten strongest members of the Alpha Squad, each accompanied by powerful summoned monsters!
When Jason initially presented the beasts to the Alpha Squad, they were all merely A Rank in strength. However, Francis was now certain that each of these beasts held an Azure Rank strength, at the very least! Francis and the Alpha Squad had also experienced their own phenomenal growth over the preceding months. Every single member of the Alpha Squad had successfully elevated their rank from S to Azure, with Francis himself standing mere moments away from achieving SSS Rank. The only individuals on the planet currently surpassing Francis in power were Katarina, recognized as the world's preeminent supporter, and Stragga, the mightiest among the Rulers.
Francis Ludd surveyed the assembled throng with his characteristic frown, dismissing them with his well-honed indifference. This reception was a predictable occurrence every time Francis and his unit entered a Gate; they had long since grown accustomed to it! A colossal wolf, towering over Francis, ambled forward and nuzzled its flank against Francis's side. A faint smile touched Francis's lips as he reached out to stroke the magnificent beast!
