Hesabeth bids Jason farewell and kisses him to subtly announce their relationship to her guards, who are shocked by the news. Jason and Gina are then guided through the Stone Catacombs towards the Hall of Fallen Heroes for Jason's upcoming trial, while onlookers speculate about his fate.

"There is absolutely no way he will become the next Overlord! The Machina are practically extinct because of him! They're going to throw him in prison immediately."

"My goodness, his aura is just bone-chilling! Did you witness his magic a moment ago?"

Jason could vaguely overhear the hushed conversations of the lizards trailing behind him, but he chose to disregard them. These lizards had journeyed here because they were inhabitants of the Sixth Domain, once under Rubik's dominion. Under the ancient Primordial Treaty, they held the right to observe the proceedings and ascertain the future trajectory of their domain. Farlow had already apprised Jason that a multitude of spectators would grace this trial, much like his prior one. The council, he explained, could do little to prevent this, as the Stone Catacombs were designated neutral territory, accessible to all high-ranking races. As Jason continued his walk, he noticed several other groups of otherworldly beings making their way through the corridors. A consistent reaction greeted Jason's appearance each time: first, a recoil of pure shock, followed by stares imbued with a peculiar blend of awe, fear, and deep reverence—as if they were beholding a legendary mythical creature spoken of only in tales. Jason endeavored to ignore their gazes, yet he sensed Gina's hand tightening around his, her glares directed at those who stared too intently, compelling them to avert their eyes.

After a short while, Jason’s attention was drawn to two women approaching his position. His eyebrows arched slightly as he observed their distinct reaction upon their eyes meeting his. These women were remarkably tall, standing a full head above Jason. Their legs were long, and their bodies exuded a powerful, muscular build that spoke of seasoned warriors. They wore metallic-plated cloth strips around their chests, resembling a rudimentary bra, and similar strips around their waists, leaving the rest of their forms exposed. Their appearance was distinctly tribal. Their faces were exquisitely beautiful, and they adorned their wrists and ankles with woven feather bracelets. Long swords were sheathed at their hips, and striking red markings, resembling runes, adorned their cheeks and necks. However, Jason did not recognize these symbols, confirming they were not of the Aruna language.

As the women drew nearer, Jason perceived a distinct souring of their expressions upon noticing him. He calmly halted his advance when the two women positioned themselves directly in his path. Jason tilted his head upwards, his brow slightly raised, and inquired with measured tones,

"May I be of assistance?"

The first woman, positioned on the left, scowled with evident annoyance as she heard his words. This woman possessed short, black hair and striking red eyes. Her voice carried a condescending lilt, clearly indicating her disdain for Jason.

"So, you're the individual they've been discussing. I understand they refer to you as the Immortal King, yet observing you now, you appear merely as a feeble man. Your mana reserves are only marginally superior to those of a commoner."

Jason's eyebrows lifted once more at this assessment, and he felt Gina's hand clench his own in response to the insult. However, Jason gently held her back as the second woman on the right stepped forward to speak. This woman's hair was longer, tied back in a ponytail, and she had green eyes. A noticeable scar marked her abdomen, evidence of a blade's passage, and her grin was even more mocking than her companion's.

"Do you truly believe we will permit a criminal such as yourself to seize dominion over our lands when our elder sister possesses far greater qualifications? If you possess any semblance of wisdom, you will remain in your designated place. You pathetic men have already proven insufficient for this domain countless times over."

'So, they are indeed part of my domain as well,' Jason mused inwardly. 'And judging by their words, it's highly probable their elder sister is one of the contenders for the position of the next Overlord. Will she voice her opposition against me during the trial?'

Jason hummed softly, consolidating the information gleaned from the two women. He could readily discern their profound disdain, not only for him but for all men. While irritating, Jason couldn't help but find a peculiar amusement in their attitude. Their appearance and bearing suggested they hailed from a world where women held the dominant social standing, a perspective that likely warped their perception of men. Jason subtly extended his senses, gauging the power levels of the women. A quiet hum escaped him as he registered them both as TITAN Rank I. If their strength was at this level, he surmised, their elder sister would undoubtedly be at least TITAN Rank II, or perhaps even TITAN Rank III.

Jason exhaled slowly, releasing any lingering irritation, before gazing back at the women. He spoke a single, definitive word.

"Move."

The two women blinked, surprise evident in their eyes at Jason's lack of reaction. Jason, in turn, observed the woman on the left tightening her grip on her sword's hilt. It was clear they sought a reaction from him, but Jason held no interest in conversing with those beneath his notice. He narrowed his gaze nonchalantly. Though he was looking up at them physically, the two women couldn't shake the feeling that Jason was somehow looking down on them in that very moment! One of the women took an angry step forward!

"Who do you think you’re talking to like—"

Doom!

A sliver of Jason's power surged down the hallway in a singular wave, instilling a shiver of dread in both women's bodies! What in the world was that!? They hastily retreated several steps from the deadly aura, watching as Jason reined in his power before calmly walking past them. Gina turned, following beside Jason, and shot the two women a glare filled with vindictive fire. It was evident Gina wouldn't let this incident slide as easily as Jason had!

"Sister, that power..."

The green-eyed woman spoke, her eyes wide as she gazed at Jason's retreating back. The red-eyed woman simply clicked her tongue before replying.

"I know. It pains me to admit it, but he's on the same level as Big Sister's power. Perhaps... even higher. No, I'm sure Big Sister can still win this. I absolutely am."

"But—"

"No buts! We'll report this to Big Sister, and we will give her our absolute, unwavering support! Do you understand!?"

The red-eyed woman stared intently at the green-eyed woman until she nodded, then the red-eyed woman turned away with annoyance. They would not entrust the fate of their domain to these pathetic men again! Men had failed them sufficiently in the past, and it was time for a woman to take charge and rescue this domain from the pit the men had cast it into!

Meanwhile, Jason was endeavoring to gather as much information as possible regarding the women he had just encountered. He turned to the system, inquiring if it possessed any details about these peculiar women. The system promptly presented a new tab.

[The women who confronted the user are members of a warrior race hailing from a Rank III world known as Bengari. The people of Bengari underwent an evolutionary process remarkably similar to humans on Earth. However, unlike Earth, where men are typically the more physically gifted gender, it is the women of Bengari who are the stronger, faster, and more aggressive. Bengari women are recognized as the warriors, hunters, and rulers, while the men attend to more minor duties due to their lesser physical strength.]
