There was a part of Sicario that knew these rumors were true, but Sicario needed to confirm it from a more reliable person.

The person on the other end of the call let out a gruff sound before nodding. The person’s figure was shrouded in shadows, so even Sicario couldn’t see what they looked like. Sicario had formed a contact with this person through the Space Apostle, Bathseda, and although Sicario didn’t know exactly who it was, Sicario had managed to figure out two things. The first thing was that this person was certainly a male, and the second was that they were a member of the Council of Nine and One.

The person spoke up in a distorted voice that Sicario knew was fake.

"Yes, it’s true. He managed to do it with that Soul Mate of his. I don’t know the full details, but the Ninth domain is safe."

Once Sicario got this confirmation, his frown deepened even more, and he turned to look out the window beside him in annoyance. This was not something Sicario had predicted, and Sicario knew that the person responsible for allowing this to happen was that fool Theosis.

Sicario’s eyes narrowed into a glare as this thought crossed his mind, and the person on the other end of the call spoke up.

"Is this going to affect the plan? I know the Celestial of Death didn’t go far, but it still caused a lot of damage. Hundreds of billions died, so there’s a chance a window has now opened."

Sicario hummed curiously before nodding as he realised that the person was right. This might not be the exact scenario he had been planning for, but it was still good enough for them to continue with their plans. Sicario spoke up.

"I’ll admit that you are right. The plan will continue without issues. Make sure to keep an eye on him until we’re ready to begin. The rest of the Court will focus on finding the Sixth Art, and we’ll begin the final part of the mission once we have it."

The person on the other end of the call nodded in agreement before cutting the call off.
