Yet, as Tony initially feared, not everyone was convinced. The internet buzzed with conspiracy theories targeting Spiderman, with many disbelieving the news intended to clear his name, instead labeling the media outlets as co-conspirators. They posited that Stark Industries had fabricated the later evidence to shield Spiderman, deeming the company's actions unforgivable, especially since Tony Stark himself had provided the drone army Spiderman utilized for attacks!
Many individuals remained unconvinced of Mysterio's deceit, having personally witnessed him seemingly protecting the Earth. Consequently, even if some rational minds ceased their accusations against Spiderman, they refrained from openly defending him, fearing online ridicule.
Despite this, a multitude of people continued to accuse an innocent sixteen-year-old high school student of murder, lacking any concrete proof.
Daily, a substantial contingent of Spiderman's supporters and detractors engaged in heated online debates, each vying to validate their stance. The media landscape, too, was divided, with half the outlets siding with Mysterio and the other half championing Spiderman.
Meanwhile, Peter Parker was buckling under immense pressure, unsure of his next move, though Tony's constant encouragement remained a source of strength. Peter continued attending school, acutely aware that his life had transcended that of an ordinary high school student.
Peter understood the necessity of fortitude, anticipating the daily barrage of rumors and slander. However, as long as the people he cherished believed in him, Peter was confident he could persevere!
Beyond his inherent kindness, Peter's other remarkable qualities were steadily being refined.

Peter found himself atop a towering structure one night, gazing out at the dual-natured New York City, a realm of both heaven and hell. While scanning the darkness for lurking criminals, his phone suddenly rang. Peter promptly checked the caller ID, seeing MJ's name illuminate the screen, accompanied by several new text messages.
Since the conclusion of the London Incident, the two had officially begun dating. Not even the subsequent events had managed to create a rift between them. Their affection was genuine, and MJ served as a vital source of motivation for Peter.
However, Peter had overlooked a critical detail he had failed to address.
Upon opening MJ's text messages, an overwhelming surge of anger washed over him.
"We are at an abandoned toy factory on the outskirts, thirty minutes from the city! I know you have many friends among the Avengers, but believe us when we say we will kill your little girlfriend the moment we sense trouble. So, come alone if you wish to see your girl leave this place alive." The message was a clear ransom demand for a kidnapping!
An image of MJ, bound to a chair and unconscious, was attached to the text.
"Fuck!" Peter roared, his voice like that of an injured beast. He pocketed his phone and immediately propelled himself through the city. He refused to tolerate any harm coming to MJ and was determined to reach her as swiftly as possible.
Concurrently, Peter condemned himself for allowing such a situation to arise. His primary concern had been Aunt May's safety, and in doing so, he had neglected the well-being of MJ and his close friends. It was evident that these criminals, uncertain of their ability to defeat Spiderman on their own, would target those closest to him first.
It was an obvious tactic to target his friends and MJ before anyone else. If not MJ, then Ned or his other classmates would have been next. Spiderman's now public identity meant that anyone connected to Peter Parker was a potential target.
This was precisely why Peter had resisted revealing his identity as Spiderman! Now, those dear to him could be exploited by malicious individuals. While this might be the first instance, it was undoubtedly not going to be the last.
Peter intensified his self-recrimination for this oversight. Twenty-five minutes later, Peter located the dilapidated factory building in the suburbs. However, instead of charging in, he opted for a stealthy approach through a window.
His priority was to rescue MJ before confronting the kidnappers. Yet, as he silently maneuvered through the shadows, the entire building's lighting system suddenly activated. To compound matters, all the lights were directed at him, completely shattering his element of surprise.
A round of applause echoed from the side.
"The renowned Spiderman graces us with his presence at last! How could we possibly not prepare for your arrival? I surmised you wouldn't enter through the main entrance, and it appears my intuition was correct!" A man with a disfigured countenance emerged from a corner, accompanied by a crowd of hundreds.
Suddenly, Peter found himself completely encircled! Annoyance flared within him, but the chance for a stealthy approach was now gone. He leaped down to the ground. Beyond the group of men, MJ's eyes widened as she looked at Peter. She attempted to cry out a warning, but only a garbled sound escaped, unintelligible to anyone.
"Let her go, and I will surrender without a fight," Peter stated, his voice steady.
"Oh, boo hoo! Now I'm trembling with fear! What will you do if I refuse?" the criminal taunted.
"My friend, let's aim for mutual satisfaction! We're all curious to sample the taste of a 'Superhero's woman'!" exclaimed a stout man beside the criminal leader, his lips smacking in eager anticipation as his gaze lingered on MJ.
"That scenario holds appeal as well! Since our little spider here is proving rather obstinate in negotiations, perhaps witnessing his woman in dire straits will soften his stance," the Criminal Leader declared with a chilling tone.
