SSS Awakening: Rebirth of the Strongest Vampire God Chapter 681 Don't corrupt my innocent son

Aurora, Kate, and Lirae returned from training with the corpses of high-level mutated beasts, presenting them as ingredients for lunch. Although initially overwhelmed by the monstrous tributes and the intense enthusiasm of the three powerful women, Damon’s mother quickly adapted to her role as the culinary authority. Under her strict instructions, the trio utilized their lethal skills to prep the meat, turning a chaotic scene of slaughter into a disciplined cooking lesson. As she earns massive experience and skill points from the process, Damon and his father watch from the sidelines, witnessing the birth of a surprisingly formidable kitchen matriarch.

"Dad… are you actually jealous?" Damon gazed at his father, utterly stunned. Out of all the potential problems, this was his main concern? However, Damon's father was entirely serious. He was currently narrowing his eyes at his wife as if she were a rival player in a PVP arena.

"Jealous?!" His father gave a loud scoff, though he instantly dropped his volume when Damon's mother glanced their way. "No. I'm worried. Your mother is becoming… powerful. Far too powerful."

Damon sighed, pinching the bridge of his nose. "If it helps… I can assist you in taming some beasts later. They might be strange, but they'll be strong." He had barely finished his sentence when Erin, Ellora, Mallana, and Sylvara all rushed toward his father at once.

"My Lord's father, please wait!" Erin offered a deep bow. "If you desire to tame a beast, I shall be your escort."

Ellora pushed forward immediately. "No. I will be the one to accompany the Lord's father. My abilities are far better suited for his protection."

Mallana, the merwoman, had hurried over as well, but she seemed to lose her confidence at the last second. "I can… also… assist," she finally managed to whisper.

Sylvara appeared unusually hesitant to speak, a rare sight for the Ice Queen. "I am Damon's friend… Sylvara. I can also help you, Father."

Damon's father stood frozen, looking like a deer caught in headlights. The four women gazed at him, their eyes shimmering with absolute sincerity. "Please, allow us to serve you."

"Yes, Lord Father."

"We shall capture only the most elite beast for you."

"You won't suffer even a single scratch."

"I… aha ha… perhaps later…" Damon's father gave an awkward grin, making a quick exit from the circle of women.

Damon strolled over to him, an eyebrow arched. "What’s the matter, Dad? Didn't you want the same attention Mom is getting? Look, my friends are eager to help you too. You could increase your levels rapidly if that's what you're after."

To his surprise, his father turned and shot him a look of pure venom. It wasn't gratitude or relief; it was raw, twitching envy.

"Attention?!" he hissed, jerking a thumb toward the four breathtaking women standing nearby. "Son, tell me. How did you manage this? How do you get them all to get along? Son, how did you convince these incredible women to accept one another? How do they allow you to have this kind of relationship? Give me the truth. Are all these women your wives, or girlfriends, or what?"

His father leaned closer, his voice nearly breaking under the pressure of curiosity, jealousy, and sheer emotional damage.

"Because I need to know, son! Tell me the honest truth. Are all of them…" he gestured wildly toward Aurora, Kate, Lirae, Sylvara, Erin, Ellora, Mallana, and even poor Arya, who was minding her own business… "your wives? Girlfriends? Lovers? Devoted followers? Some kind of Cult? What are they? How did you achieve a feat like this?"

Every woman within earshot went still.

Damon nearly choked on his spit. "Dad—"

"Son," his father went on with a grave expression, "I have barely survived a marriage with just one powerful woman. Only one. And half my hair turned white before its time." He pointed a finger toward Damon's mother. "Your mother once chased me for four whole blocks with a broom because I forgot her birthday."

"Dad, please—"

"But you," his father continued, his voice shaking with passion, "you… you have achieved a miracle. All these women look at you as if you are their God!" He gripped Damon's arm tightly. "Tell me how. Was it bribery? Did you shower them with gifts? Did you use drugs? Did you find some special pill or potion in the game with a unique effect? I'm not saying it's wrong. If you did, just share the secret—"

"WHAT?! No!!" Damon stammered.

"Then how?" his father pressed. "Look at them! They are slaughtering monsters and praising your mother in perfect harmony! They are complimenting each other's combat skills! Do you realize how rare that is? Your mother and your aunt once spent three months arguing over who cooked a better roast!"

Damon buried his face in his hands. "Dad, please stop talking."

His father moved in closer, his voice a whisper thick with longing. "Son… tell me the truth… are you doing something special in the bedroom department—"

Damon’s face went blank. "Alright. That is enough. I’m going to act like I never heard any of that."

"I'm not asking for myself, son. I'm asking for your brother. That poor kid is wandering around like the walking dead. Can't you help him out? Find him a girlfriend or two?"

"Look at him! He’s fishing peacefully, yet there isn't a single smile on his face. How can a man look that stressed while fishing?!"

Damon covered his ears. "Dad, I can't… I really can't deal with this…"

Fortunately, before his father could say anything else inappropriate, his mother walked over with a suspicious glare. "What are you pestering my son about, you old man?"

Damon's father jumped as if a bolt of lightning had hit his spine. His bravado vanished instantly. "N-Nothing! Absolutely nothing!" he blurted out, standing as straight as a soldier caught in a crime. "Just… some father-son bonding! Totally normal! Nothing weird at all!"

"Please stop talking," Damon hissed through clenched teeth.

His mother crossed her arms. "Old man, if I find out you're corrupting my innocent son with your nonsense, I'll beat you with a ladle."

His father gave a bitter smile. "Who is corrupting whom? Woman, are you blind? Can't you see what your son is up to?"

Damon's mother simply scoffed and ignored him. She turned back to Damon with a gentle expression. "Oh, Damon dear, lunch is almost ready. The girls are learning so quickly. All three of them are absolutely adorable and so sweet. They are such hard workers. Polite, too! And so talented! Honestly, Damon, I'm impressed. You brought home three perfect daughters. I'm so proud of you." She patted his cheek with affection and strolled away.

What on earth? She was fine with it? Just like that? Damon's father looked like he was on the verge of tears from the sheer emotional damage.

Damon could only offer a weak smile. Even he hadn't expected this reaction. In the end, it didn't take much to win over his mom. Just power-leveling her cooking skills? Or whatever those three had done!

Soon, the meal was prepared, and the group gathered to eat. A massive spread of dishes was laid out, their scent filling the air. "Everyone, eat while it's hot," Damon's mother said warmly.

No one waited for a second invitation. They all dug in immediately. The food was incredible, and the platters were cleared in record time. Naturally, Aurora, Kate, and Lirae sat around Damon, taking turns feeding him one dish after another. Damon didn't even have the chance to pick up his own utensils.

Damon's mother watched the scene with a heartwarming smile, letting out a happy sigh. "They take such good care of my son. My heart is so full." Hearing this, Damon's father shot him a look of pure resentment.

Third’s face looked equally strained. Kaelthorn ate with an indifferent air. Riven was too exhausted to even pretend to care, lying collapsed beneath a tree. Only Blood Wraith watched Damon with shining eyes, as if he were witnessing his hero in action.

The other girls ate in silence, occasionally stealing awkward glances at the blatant display of affection happening before them.

On the other side, Damon's brother remained in his own world. Lola was napping beside him, as was Nox, whose stomach was visibly bulging from all the fish she had consumed. Georgina sat in a far corner, refusing to join in, a heavy scowl on her face. She appeared to be messaging someone through the system interface.

Overall, it was a pleasant evening, and Damon appreciated the change of pace. He needed this rest after the constant chaos he had been involved in.

After the meal, Blood Wraith approached Damon with a wide grin. "Bro! I found a great spot nearby! There's a waterfall with a hidden grotto behind the water!" Blood Wraith's eyes were practically sparkling. "The mana density there is incredible, and the water is fantastic. Bro, what do you say we head out there for some good old-fashioned bro-time? Just us guys, some cold drinks, and a soak in the mana pools to wash away all the stress?"
