Shota's Isekai NTR Adventure Chapter 2483: Garden (4)

Even though I knew what the hoe was capable of, I still had to test it for myself before I could bring it back with me.
Luckily, there was no better place to test it than here.
I went out into the garden with the hoe in hand and looked at the different plants that were scattered around.
After looking at these plants and figuring out their conditions, that was when I brought the hoe down to the ground.
The moment that the hoe touched the ground, the very dirt that made up that ground started to move. This was the dirt that the plants were planted in, so it naturally affected the plants as well.
Only it wasn’t as if all of the plants that were in the ground were affected.
There were only certain plants that were pulled out of the ground by the dirt itself, almost as if the dirt was harvesting those plants. After the plants had been pulled out of the ground like this, the dirt even transported them until they were right in front of me.
With the way that the plants were laid out, it was as if they were being presented to me by the dirt.
Only all of this was done because I was using the power of the hoe.
The hoe was really the ultimate item for farmers with how it could perfectly control the dirt of the field. It reached a level that even the Staff of Earth couldn’t reach.
After all, this was a tool that was made to move the land in a field to begin with.
It was only natural that there was this kind of precise control when it came to moving the dirt.
Only it wasn’t just that alone that this hoe was capable of.
Once all of the mature plants had been gathered, the plants that had been left behind started to move as well.
It was just that the dirt was moving these plants differently from the plants that had been harvested. Instead of pulling them out, they were being moved with roots and all.
The hoe allowed me to control the very dirt that was around the roots, which meant that I was able to use the dirt as a vessel to move the roots with. So there was no damage to the roots of the plants as I moved them.
It really was a technique that one had never seen before, but it was made possible with the power of this hoe.
I moved all of the plants that were left behind into a single field which made it easier to pack them all up for later.
It wasn’t as if I was going to leave anything behind, it would have been hard to come back to this place again in the future.
After I finished moving everything, I looked at the land that was left behind.
Since I hadn’t been subtle with it, the land that was left behind was a bit of a mess. There were traces of where I had moved the dirt left all over the place, so it wasn’t as if this land was in any shape to have things planted in it.
It would have been bad taste to leave things like this when I was receiving an artifact that was made for this, so I used the hoe to clean up the fields.
As I was doing so, I could sense the immortal energy that was flowing into the fields.
After I was done fixing the fields, I couldn’t help shaking my head as I stared at the newly tilled fields. After all, there were traces of immortal energy inside of the dirt that had been freshly tilled.
If I was to grow something in this dirt, then there was no doubt that it would be able to absorb the immortal energy that was there as it grew. It would become plants that had traces of immortal energy in it, just like the plants that I harvested.
Though it wasn’t as if I was going to wait that long.
At the same time, there was no doubt that they would be able to find this place.
Unlike the manor from before, this was a simple garden that didn’t have any defenses at all. The moment that I left, they would be able to find this place eventually and explore it.
If I were to leave anything behind, it would all be taken by the cultivation sects.
It wasn’t that I didn’t want to give them anything, it was just that giving them the things that I laid down with my own hands felt a bit wrong.
So it was better to leave this place bare so that there were no misunderstandings.
The last thing that I did was point the hoe at the plants that hadn’t finished growing that I gathered together. Instead of using the hoe to move the dirt, I was pointing the hoe directly at the plants.
With a single thought, I released the immortal energy inside of the hoe in the direction of the plants. Once that energy reached the plants, the plants didn’t hesitate to absorb it.
Only because I was directly sending energy to them instead of them absorbing energy that was leaking out, they absorbed far more immortal energy compared to before.
There was no doubt that these plants would have far more immortal energy in them than the ones that I had already harvested when they finished growing.
"That means I can create more samples in the future." I said with a satisfied smile.
But at the same time, I knew that Max wasn’t going to be happy since the concentration of immortal energy inside of these plants was lower than the stone shard.
"If he makes a fuss, I’ll tell him to finish analyzing these plants and get some meaningful results before I give him anything else."
If he couldn’t even do that, then there was nothing to talk about.
