After clearing the dungeon, the protagonist exits through a hidden passage far from the entrance. He meets a contact who calmly provides instructions, suggesting a larger plan is in motion. Reflecting on the dungeon, he ponders the mysterious collapse of corruption energy, theorizing that the matter within was transported elsewhere rather than destroyed. He resolves to protect his current world, which is far more powerful than the ones previously destroyed by the God of Destruction.

I could only hang my head low when I saw that we were back.

After all, I knew what was about to come and I had to look as sad as possible so they would take pity on me.

It was just that I didn’t actually get to see any of my wives.

Instead, it was Max that was waiting for my airship to land.

I was confused and a bit disappointed to see that it was Max that was waiting for me, but he didn’t give me a chance to ask any questions as he started dragging me away without a word.

When we finally stopped, I found that we were standing in a warehouse.

This was a warehouse that was quite wide and had been completely emptied of everything that had been in here. It was clear that I had been brought to this warehouse to take something out.

Once we stopped, Max turned around to look at me with an expectant look as if he thought that I already knew what I was supposed to do. But in reality, I had no idea what it was that he wanted me to do.

So when he saw this, he took out something for me to read.

A bitter smile appeared on my face the moment that I read this, but I was able to figure out what it was that they wanted from me.

There was an order from my wives to take out all of the loot that I had gotten from the dungeon.

Though it was written that they would be appraised and then sent to appropriate places, it was clear that this was them taking what they wanted to make up for me being gone this long.

Since that was the case, there really was nothing that I could do other than start taking out the items.

Max had an excited look on his face at first as if he was looking forward to what I would take out, but that excited look disappeared very quickly. It didn’t take long for him to reveal a disappointed look as he saw all of the loot that I brought out.

It wasn’t as if he was looking down on them as he was still recording them properly, it was just that he wasn’t surprised by these things. These were all things that he had seen before, so it wasn’t as if there was anything interested in this.

In the first place, this was someone that was only interested in curing new illnesses.

So these things really weren’t that interesting for him.

There was a part of me that really wanted to point out that if any of these items were taken to auction, it would have raised a large sum of money. But I didn’t make a fuss since I knew that was most likely what would happen.

Most of the things that were here were fated to go to Haley’s company to be auctioned off, so it wasn’t as if that really mattered.

The only thing that mattered right now was making note of all the things that I was bringing out.

It took a while since I had gathered quite a bit from the dungeon, but Max didn’t show any interest in the things that I brought out.

These were all things that could be obtained in the game, so they had to be things that Max had read about before. With his genius, it was likely that he had already learned all that he could from what he had read.

This was even confirmed by how he looked at the loot that I took out from time to time.

The look that was on his face said, "As expected, it really was what I thought it would be."

In the end, even the behemoth’s items wouldn’t be enough to shock him.

But then again, it wasn’t as if I was going to take those out.

One of them was used by me and the other was sealed away because of the temptation that it presented.

The only other thing that he took an interest in was the dragon organs.

Seeing the way that I looked at him, he explained, "Dragon organs can be used for all kinds of medicine. It can even be used to increase the efficacy of medicine. It’s only natural that I would want some of it for myself."

I had heard about this before, but it certainly was more convincing coming from a genius doctor like Max.

In that case, it didn’t matter if these things were taken by him.

I already knew that he was someone that was obsessed with medicine, so it wasn’t as if he would steal these materials.

If similar things were to appear in the outside world, then there was no doubt that there would be an uproar.

After a while of pulling things out, I finally stopped for a moment.

Seeing this, Max looked up at me with a disappointed look and asked, "Are you already done?"

I couldn’t help revealing a faint smile seeing him look at me like this.

I had actually paused because I was wondering if I should mention anything about the hidden floor and what I had encountered. But seeing the way that he looked at me, I knew that it would be too much trouble to actually do something like that.

So instead, I would just surprise him by saying that it was a new monster that was discovered.

There was no need to tell them about everything that I had learned from that hidden floor and the visions that came after it. It was best that they didn’t know about this since there’s no telling what kind of panic this kind of information could cause.

"Well, I do have a few more things."

As I said this, there was a part of me that was wondering what kind of reaction he would have to these things.

There’s no doubt that he would be surprised.
