"What’s going on?"

Everyone was in a panic when this dust cloud was raised.

There was something that suddenly burst out of the dungeon and slammed down into the ground, creating this large dust cloud.

Many of the people that had been around the area immediately pulled out their weapons as if they were preparing for a fight. After all, they all thought that it was some kind of monster that had escaped from the dungeon.

But when the dust settled and they saw what it actually was, they all stood there in a daze.

There wasn’t a single person that could understand what had happened just now.

"Where did these people come from?"

None of them approached since they had no idea what it was that sent these people here.

But there were some people that seemed to have guesses.

"Was it some kind of escape spell that sent them out of the dungeon?"

It didn’t seem like anyone was able to come up with an explanation that would explain the situation that was in front of them.

After all, this was a claim that was hard to prove and it wasn’t as if just this note alone was enough.

After thinking about it, the leader of the group said, "Bring over the criminal stone."

Luckily, this was the Sorcery Empire where all kinds of magic items existed.

The criminal stone was something that could examine the past of a person and would turn red if the person being tested had committed something that was considered a crime by most.

The moment that this criminal stone came over, they placed the hand of each person that was tied up on it and waited for the reaction that came.

When the reaction that they expected came, there wasn’t much else that could be said.

The leader of the Sorcery Empire group just simply said, "Lock them up and we’ll interrogate them later. I want to see how they were sent out of the dungeon."

Of course, it wasn’t as if they would get much since these people had been unconscious when they were sent out.

I had been going deeper into the dungeon to get to the next boss that I wanted to solo when I had run into this group.

It was a group of three that clearly had no idea what they were doing in this dungeon with how they kept getting chased by monsters.

However, it wasn’t as if they were weak.

Their real problem was that they had no idea how to act inside of a dungeon.

If I had to guess, they were most likely young nobles that had come for the life of adventure with their expensive gear.

With how young they were, I couldn’t help thinking of my own children.
