I didn’t say anything when she asked me this as I observed the people that were on the ground.

After looking at them for a bit, I said with a sigh, "I can’t promise anything, but I will go and take a look at them."

The girl just gave a nod of gratitude and moved aside for me to take a look at them.

When I came closer, I could see the blood that was coming from them and the blood that was scattered on the ground.

Whatever had happened here, it was clear that there was some fierce fighting that had occurred. If there was such a fierce fight that happened, the injuries that these people on the ground suffered shouldn’t be light.

But when I leaned in to take a closer look, there were two daggers that suddenly came at me.

"Ting!"

Neither of the daggers were able to reach me as invisible walls appeared in front of them, stopping them from moving any further.

One of the daggers was being held by the girl who had been following behind me.

The other was being held by the ’injured’ person that was on the ground.

"How?"

They both looked at me as if they were asking this question.

I just calmly said, "You really weren’t hiding it well at all. I already noticed long before and I was just playing along to see what you would do."

Looking at the person on the ground, I said, "You should really look into changing how you splash blood. It really shouldn’t go at that angle if you’re being attacked. That was a dead giveaway."

There was an ugly look that appeared on the face of the one on the ground when they heard this, but I didn’t care.

"Ting!"

There were two others that had been on the ground along with this first person that tried to stab me. When they saw that their plan wasn’t working, they did the same thing as the first person and tried to stab me.

However, the only thing that they were able to stab in the end was the same invisible wall.

Of course I wasn’t going to give them a chance at all.

It was easy to predict how they would attack, so it was easy to place these invisible walls in the way to protect myself.

Seeing that their ambush failed, they started pulling out their weapons as if they were going to fight all out against me.

But no matter how they tried, it wasn’t as if they were able to defend against something that they could see.

By the time that they pulled out their weapons, I had already finished forming the same invisible walls that I used against the thugs earlier. These invisible walls surrounded these people and trapped them.

"Wait, this is all a misunderstanding!"

As the girl said this, she leaned forward as if she was trying to show off her cleavage.

Only when she did this, I couldn’t help looking at her in disgust.

Seeing the way that I looked at her, she finally couldn’t hold it in anymore as she cursed, "Are you crazy? How dare you look at me like this! I’ve never been so humiliated in my life!"

The way that she said this was as if she was very proud of her appearance.

I could admit that she was pretty, but in my eyes, she certainly wasn’t anything special. Though that was because my eyes had already been corrupted by the beauty of my wives.

All of my wives were beauties beyond compare and this girl definitely couldn’t compare to them. So I really didn’t feel like she was that special.

"Do you swing that way?"

It seemed like she finally couldn’t take it anymore as she suddenly hit me with this question.

My face couldn’t help twitching when I heard this, so I didn’t waste any time explaining anything to her and slammed her with the invisible walls.

Even when she was losing consciousness, the girl looked at me as if she thought that I batted for the other side.

After I knocked her out, it seemed like I had incited the others.

It seemed like all of them were fans of hers with how they glared at me as if they wanted to kill me for harming her. It didn’t seem to matter to them that they were already trapped like this as they just wanted to get revenge on her.

"Does she have some kind of seduction skill?"

After all, the reaction that came from these people definitely wasn’t normal.

It really felt like they were being controlled by something with how they glared at me.

"Did you really want to do this with her?" I couldn’t help asking them this question seeing them act this way.

"How dare you..."

I didn’t bother listening to the rest since I could already guess what they were going to say. I just slammed the invisible walls into them and knocked them out the same way that I did with the girl.

Shaking my head, I said with a sigh, "Now, I guess I have to carry them back..."

Though that wasn’t a hard thing, it wasn’t as if I wanted to carry them all the way back to where I had left the thugs. It would be much easier to just leave them here to suffer the fate that they deserved.

After all, as bandits, there was no doubt that they had already harmed quite a few people already.

"I just can’t go against my conscience and leave them here. It’s one thing to punish them, it’s another to let them die helplessly like this."

So I carried this group and headed back to where the thugs were.

When I came back, I dropped them down and called back the swords that had been guarding this area.

I didn’t want to let the thugs die for no reason either, so I had created sword puppets to guard the area.
