Ferion spoke with evident worry.
After hearing Ferion's words, Long Bai stayed silent for a few moments before finally responding.
"Reinforce the Nether Moon Star Defense Line."
"Lord Long Bai, our available forces are limited. Moreover, deploying regular troops there likely won't make much difference."
Ferion reminded him hesitantly.
Long Bai shifted his gaze to the waiting Yun Rou.
"Fetch Long Chen for me."
"Yes."
Yun Rou bowed respectfully and departed.
Soon enough, Long Chen entered through the door, inquiring politely.
"President Long Bai, did you summon me?"
"Long Chen, I'm assigning your forces along with Long Ying’s army to the Nether Moon Star Defense Line. You have to help Rain Capital defend the position!"
Long Bai commanded Long Chen directly.
Long Chen's face shifted as he uttered.
"Is it beginning?"
"Yes."
"Got it, I'll get the preparations underway right away!"
"Mm."
Long Bai gave a nod.
Long Chen rushed out in haste.
Turning to Ferion now, Long Bai declared.
"Send out the top-level war directive and gear up for combat!"
"Yes!"
Ferion answered with respect.

At the fringe of the Danube Star Sea.
The Star Destroyer·Thunder Extreme, enveloped completely by Mechanical Octopus units, pressed onward into the far reaches of the stars.
Within the main control chamber.
Su Ming cooled the steaming tea in his grasp with a breath before sipping it.
Just then, Zhang Yi grinned at Su Ming and asked.
"Boss, is the tea to your liking?"
"It’s alright."
Su Ming gave a slight nod in response.
"Boss, what's your plan for that Fake VI Generation Mecha·Demon Hunter?"
Zhang Yi questioned with a cheeky smile.
Ankaga and his companions overheard and shot Zhang Yi disdainful looks.
Hearing Zhang Yi's remark, Su Ming replied with clear displeasure.
"This tea tastes awful; if I'd known, I wouldn't have touched it."
"Hehe, come on, boss, ease up."
Zhang Yi chuckled.
"Fine, no decision on the mecha yet— we'll talk about it later."
Su Ming told Zhang Yi.
Zhang Yi was about to respond when a shrill alert blared from the scanner, with countless red blips flooding the display.
Su Ming and his team jolted in alarm.
Timi quickly updated Su Ming.
"Lord Su Ming, scans detect Dark Star Empire troops— an enormous horde!"
"Show the visuals."
Su Ming commanded gravely.
"Yes!"
Timi swiftly activated the imaging system.
Across the remote cosmos, a vast array of varied warships surged forward like swarms of fish, heading straight for the three Transfer Stars.
Their immense quantity stunned everyone, sending chills down Zhang Yi and the crew's spines.
"The Dark Star Empire's main armada, arriving this fast already?"
Su Ming wrinkled his forehead and muttered.
Though the Dark Star Empire's vanguard had reached the Danube Star Sea ages ago—those being crack squads—the bulk of their fleet wasn't supposed to move so rapidly. A massive convoy like that hauled tons of supply vessels, heavy armaments, and mech repair teams.
In such a grand campaign, relying solely on vanguard elites risked them getting surrounded and whittled down to nothing!
During the Federation's push into Dark Star Empire territory before, severed logistics doomed their invasion army to isolation and crushing loss.
"Mm."
Timi agreed with a nod.
"Timi, are we able to tap into Dark Star Empire comms?"
Su Ming inquired.
"We can."
Timi affirmed at once.
"Tap in."
Su Ming ordered sternly.
"Alright!"
Timi's team jumped into action without delay.
Before long, thrilled chatter filled the comms feed.
"This time, teaming up with the Heavenly Revelation Divine Country for the strike—we'll smash them flat!"
"Those Federation mutts are finished for good!"
"When's the assault? My fists are dying to punch something."
"No idea, higher-ups haven't signaled."
"Doesn't matter, stick with the lead fleet."
...
Having caught the snagged talks, Su Ming glanced at Timi and stated.
"Dark Star and Apocalypse gear up for all-out attack, Alien Race nearly upon us too—we've got to race to the Heavenly Revelation Divine Country!"
"Yes!"
Timi replied swiftly.
Star Destroyer·Thunder Level swiftly altered heading, steering clear of the Dark Star Empire's mighty fleet, bound for the Heavenly Revelation Divine Country's backlines.
