An explosion in the Uruni forest draws the attention of both the Sun and Moon houses. As demons from both factions converge, Anon emerges from the dust, his body severely damaged but quickly healing. Two demons, Vandien and Rem, from the Moon house, reveal they were sent to assist Anon, claiming their teacher Ramona ordered them to protect him from the Sun house. Meanwhile, Lirisa and her companions from the Sun house arrive, intending to escort Anon back to their academy. When one of Lirisa's companions attempts to forcibly move Anon, Vandien intervenes. However, before Lirisa can stop them, Vandien's hand is severed. Anon reveals he was responsible, using a powerful skill.
