Following Aquarina's summons, Pyuku rapidly materialized before us, displaying a hint of surprise. "Ah, apologies. I was engrossed in meditation, attuning myself with the universe's cosmic energy," he explained. "How much time has elapsed since I commenced my meditation?"

"Weeks, perhaps?!" Aquarina exclaimed, her voice tinged with anger.

"Ah... I am sorry..." Pyuku offered in apology.

"It’s been a long time, Pyuku!" I exclaimed, embracing him—or perhaps her. "You look incredibly adorable! Aquarina mentioned you were highly involved in all the preceding events. Thank you so much."

"Oh," a smile graced his lips. "Indeed, those were the most exhilarating years of my existence. It was all so enjoyable..."

"However, things have undergone certain transformations since then..." Aquarina interjected. "Ah, yes... you remain undecided about your gender identity?"

"I prefer being addressed as a boy, yet I am indifferent to any other designation," he stated with a shrug. "Whether you call me a girl or a boy, I possess no physical sexual organs to definitively identify as either."

"Eh, you should have a conversation with Ruby about this," I suggested. "Physical attributes do not solely define one's identity. She expressed that she felt like a girl in her heart and soul, despite being born male. Have you not heard?"

"Uh? I have not heard... Drat, it seems I have been too absent. My apologies," he sighed. "I would be interested in meeting her. Such ideologies are entirely new to me. So, one can identify as such regardless of their birth? Well, I suppose it makes no difference to me either way. Perhaps I simply lack any particular attachment to the concept itself."

"Well, regardless," Aquarina remarked, offering a shrug as she patted his shoulder. "Now, go converse with the others and cease being a recluse!"

"A-Ah! Understood..." Pyuku sighed and rejoined the group. "Hello, I apologize for my prolonged absence."

"Pyuku!" Furoh cheered. "Greetings!" He swiftly transformed into a perfect replica of Pyuku.

"Furoh, I missed you," Pyuku responded with a smile.

"Pyuku!" Violet greeted him, her slimy hands waving enthusiastically.

"Hey," he replied, his tone rather casual.

Leaving them to their reunion, I noticed Naturia standing beside me, accompanied by Yggdra.

"Master, are you finally going to evolve my daughter?" Yggdra inquired.

"Yes, my apologies for the delay," I confirmed with a nod. "Hmm, I believe you can supply sufficient materials?"

"Indeed, I have prepared everything," she affirmed, snapping her fingers. Several items materialized from a portal linked to the dungeon, descending before me. "I have gathered my branches, wood, fruits, roots, sap, fragments of my crystallized divine spirit core, and more. You can supplement the rest with the items obtained from defeating the monsters, correct?"

"Yes, I shall incorporate... Hmm, possibly a substantial quantity more," I nodded, performing mental calculations based on her energy output, production capacity, and overall structural divine and spiritual composition. "Alright, I believe we can utilize two hundred Spirit Orbs and Soul Orbs. That ought to suffice for her. Additionally... Glutton, come here, my boy."

After summoning Glutton, I initiated an inspection of the inventory.

A considerable number of dropped items had been acquired from the divine spiritual beasts, but sufficient time to examine them had only just become available.

Aside from the highly useful Spirit Orbs and Soul Orbs, which could serve as exceptional materials for evolving familiars, enhancing equipment, or being absorbed to augment my own strength, other valuable items were present.

"How about these?"

I produced large crystallized hearts that had been acquired. These were fragments of Divine Beast Hearts, and by combining four or five, a complete heart could be formed.

I possessed approximately five hundred fragments, enabling the creation of at least one hundred and fifty complete hearts. Occasionally, four fragments were adequate; at other times, five were required.

Nevertheless, even a single one emanated immense power. Naturia's eyes sparkled upon observing them.

"I believe those will assist me, Master," she stated charmingly.

"I am aware. However, how many can you accommodate?" I inquired.

"She can likely handle at least five," Yggdra calculated.

"Five... Very well, let us grant her six then," I decided.

"I suppose six represents the limit," Yggdra concurred.

With that matter resolved, I continued inspecting the remaining dropped items and promptly discovered a couple of treasure chests. I retrieved and opened them. Several pieces of exceptionally rare equipment materialized, alongside fragments of skill scrolls and even...

"Wait, what is this?!"

It was a fragment of a scroll type previously unknown to me.

"Ah, that is a Cultivation Method fragment," Alice elucidated. "The System has now fully integrated the concept of cultivation methods, allowing dropped items to include cultivation method scrolls. Unlike skills, however, one must internalize their principles and achieve mastery independently."

"Nevertheless, that sounds excellent!" I exclaimed. "Splendid. And I possess quite a few... Yggdra, what is your assessment? Would equipment provide benefits if I combined it with her evolution?"

"She isn't like Scarlet and Sapphire, but I believe she might be capable of it," Yggdra responded. "Wouldn't it be even more incredible if she could evolve into something akin to a Pseudo Spirit Armament?"

"Oooh?! Is that possible? Wait! What is that?" Naturia exclaimed, her tone a mixture of curiosity and bewilderment.

"I understand. What do you believe would suit her best?" I inquired, presenting Yggdra with ten pieces of equipment I had acquired from the most recent treasure chests.

"Hmm..." Yggdra pondered for a moment, inspecting the items before giving a nod. "The Staff of Spirit Mending, the Crown of Spirits, and the Armor of Spirit Beasts would all be excellent choices for her. Anything more might be too much for her to handle. However, those particular items could likely aid her in evolving into something truly unique."

"Ooohh!" Naturia shrieked with elation. "Can we start? Can we begin right away? I want to evolve! I want to evolve! Evolve! Evolve!"

"Please calm yourself," I chuckled. "There is just one last thing I wish to attempt, using this as a component."

I revealed the scroll to Yggdra.

"Hm? A scroll?" she questioned.

"Indeed, I intended to use a Skill Scroll as a material. I have always been curious about the potential outcome," I explained. "Is there any harm in this?"

"Hmm, no, I don't anticipate any negative repercussions. It is quite an intriguing idea, though. What kind of abilities might she develop if she were to merge with a skill scroll?" Yggdra mused aloud. "I am certain she will not become weaker or suffer any ill effects, so I have no objections."

"Very well," I agreed with a nod. "Ah, that’s right! Why not utilize these as well?" I then displayed a considerable amount of Dragon Fruits that I had generated through my abilities. "Let us incorporate all of my Dragon Fruits into this process."

"Hm! That sounds like an excellent notion," Yggdra concurred.

"Wow, I’m going to be so full! Hehe!" Naturia giggled, soaring merrily around us. "When do we commence? I am eager to evolve!"

"Alright, let us begin immediately," I affirmed with a nod. "Alice, initiate the Rank Up Evolution process."

"Understood."

[All necessary materials have been gathered.]

[Do you wish to proceed with the evolution of your Familiar: [Naturia]?]

[Yes] [No]

I selected 'yes' without a second thought, and the evolution commenced. Naturia gracefully absorbed the materials one by one as she remained suspended in mid-air.
