"Come here then." I spread my arms wide. Towering over me now, she wrapped me in her embrace instead—yet it remained utterly charming. Though largely mechanical, Nephi’s body felt icy cold, but as we hugged, she absorbed my heat and slowly warmed up.
"Enjoying my warmth?" I wondered, softly caressing her head.
"Yes, master... I’ve missed this for years," she answered, pressing a kiss to my forehead followed by my cheeks. "You’ve matured into such an adorable young woman. I’m so proud... and slightly envious of Lady Aquarina."
"Envious?" I questioned.
"It’s nothing..." She gave my head a light pat. "So, should I assist with collecting it all using Glutton?"
"Oh! Yes, please—thanks," I agreed with a nod. "Everyone, time for a rest. We’re finished here—oh?"
As the command left my lips, the dungeon’s entire ambiance transformed. The thick purple curse blanketing everything started to withdraw. Gradually, the original blue tones returned to the dungeon.
"The three bosses were cursed cores alive, endlessly releasing miasma!" Alice clarified. "Incredible! With their deaths, miasma concentration fell low enough for natural recovery. Sylphy, success is ours!"
"Yeah!" I nodded with excitement. "Thanks to all—we’ve rescued one dungeon at last! Hoping the rest fare well... Okay, let’s grab everything fast. Let’s see..."
In one go, I gathered all the loot: boss drops, other monsters, everything.
