Reborn As Noble Chapter 1506: A Crystal Cube and a Healing Spell ( 1506 )

Lyzia walked toward the bed, her steps soft and quiet. She reached out and gently shook Celine’s shoulder.
"Celine... Celine..."
Celine stirred slowly, her body shifting beneath the blankets as a soft, sleepy smile spread across her lips. She stretched her arms above her head, her back arching slightly as she let out a small, contented sigh. Her eyes fluttered open, still heavy with sleep, and she glanced up at Lyzia with a dreamy expression.
"Lyzia... is breakfast ready yet...?"
Lyzia pinched the bridge of her nose, letting out a long, tired exhale before shaking her head. "No. Brother-in-law is here. He wants to see you."
Celine’s eyes widened instantly. She sat up in a rush, her hands flying to her hair and pajamas as she frantically tried to smooth them down. Her head whipped around the room, searching for any sign of Javier.
"W... where? Is he here?"
Lyzia let out another long exhale before pointing toward the door. "Brother-in-law is waiting outside..." She turned her head away, her voice dropping into a low mumble. "...being punished by Sister Liana."
Celine slipped off the bed, her bare feet touching the cool floor as she adjusted her pajamas. She was still smoothing the fabric when Lyzia suddenly stepped closer, her eyes narrowing with purpose.
Before Celine could react, Lyzia reached out and unbuttoned the top few buttons of her pajama top, revealing a generous glimpse of her cleavage.
"L... Lyzia!?" Celine’s eyes widened, her cheeks flushing as she stared at her friend in confusion. "What are you doing!?"
Lyzia mumbled, her voice low as she adjusted the fabric slightly. "Brother-in-law loves to see that. So as his wife, you should know what your future husband likes."
"R... really...?"
"Yes. Now go meet him." Lyzia gave her a light push toward the door.
"B... but I... I didn’t wash my face yet!" Celine hissed quietly, her hands hovering near her cheeks.
Lyzia narrowed her eyes at her, her voice flat and casual. "Just go like that. It’s not like you’re ugly."
"O... okay..."
Celine took a deep breath, her fingers nervously smoothing the front of her pajamas as she walked toward the door. Lyzia followed close behind her, arms crossed, watching with quiet curiosity.
Celine opened the door and smiled warmly. "Yes, Husband... do you need any..."
Her words trailed off as her eyes landed on the scene before her. Javier was pinned flat on the floor, his stomach pressed against the ground while Liana sat on his back, one arm locked around his neck in a tight headlock, her other hand twisting his wrist behind his back. Javier’s free hand tapped repeatedly against the floor in surrender.
"Ah... ack... Liana... okay... okay... I yield..."
Celine froze, her mouth slightly agape as she watched the scene. Lyzia, standing behind her, shook her head slowly, her expression flat and unimpressed.
Javier and Liana both turned their heads toward the door. In an instant, Javier vanished from under Liana and reappeared in front of Celine, leaning against the doorframe with one elbow propped casually against the wood in a smooth, effortless motion, his other hand in his pocket. His hair was slightly tousled, his grin charming and confident.
"Morning~ Beautiful~"
His eyes slowly trailed down, lingering on her exposed cleavage before drifting back up to meet her gaze.
Liana pinched the bridge of her nose, letting out a long, weary exhale as she pushed herself up from the floor.
Javier reached out, taking Celine’s hand gently in his and lifting it to his lips. He pressed a soft kiss against her knuckles, his eyes never leaving hers as he whispered.
"A beautiful day should always start with a morning kiss from a beautiful wife~ And seeing you like this... I think I’m the luckiest man in the world~"
Celine’s cheeks flushed deep red, her lips parting as she struggled to find her words.
Liana walked toward Javier and grabbed his ear, pulling it hard as she hissed in a low, straightforward tone.
"You just had sex with all your six wives last night until dawn... and you’re still not satisfied? Hmm?"
"Ahhh! Liana! Not in front of your co-wives!" Javier winced, his hand flying up to protect his ear.
Liana released her grip, her expression calm and composed as she crossed her arms beneath her breasts, deliberately making them bounce slightly under her thin pajama top. She turned her gaze toward Celine, her voice shifting into a more serious tone.
"Our husband needs something from you, Celine. It’s urgent."
Celine blinked, her cheeks still flushed from Javier’s earlier flirtation. "U... urgent? What is it?"
Liana glanced at Javier, her eyes narrowing slightly before she turned back to Celine with a soft, knowing smile.
"I’m not entirely sure of the details. He received a message from the Armand Healing Facility earlier this morning. Something about a patient who needs his expertise. He’ll explain the rest to you."
Javier smiled, his eyes warm but focused as he turned to Celine. "Celine, do you know how to cast a healing spell?"
"Umm... yes... but... why?" Celine tilted her head, her voice soft and curious.
Javier leaned closer, his lips nearly brushing against hers as he whispered, his voice low and smooth. "Because I need to see your healing skill... especially from someone as beautiful as you."
Lyzia, watching from the side, felt her cheeks flush. Both hands flew up to cover her eyes, but she couldn’t help peeking through the gaps between her fingers.
Before Javier could close the remaining distance, Liana landed a hard chop on the top of his head, making him wince and rub the spot with a pained hiss.
"Lianaaaaa!"
Liana crossed her arms beneath her breasts, her expression calm but sharp as she fixed him with a pointed stare. "What did you say to the Armand officer before? Hmm? ’This will be ready in thirty minutes,’ was it?"
"Ah... right..." Javier rubbed the back of his head, his grin sheepish.
Liana shook her head slowly, her voice firm but patient. "Then focus on what matters first before flirting."
She turned her sharp gaze toward Celine, who flinched hard under the weight of it.
"Celine. Ready yourself to cast your healing skill."
"O... okay... Big Sister." Celine straightened, her hands clasping in front of her.
Javier snapped his fingers, and a crystal cube materialized, floating gently in front of Celine. Her eyes widened with surprise and awe as she stared at the glowing, translucent prism.
"W... what is this...?"
Javier smiled, his voice calm and charming. "This little cube will record and analyze your healing magic. I need data from your skill to calibrate something important. Just cast your healing spell toward it. Don’t worry. It won’t hurt."
Celine nodded, a soft smile spreading across her lips. She raised her palm, her fingers delicate and steady. Closing her eyes briefly, she began chanting in a low, gentle voice. A white and green aura swirled to life around her hand, pulsing with soft light before it flowed toward the cube and was absorbed into its core.
She glanced up at Javier, her expression bright with hope. But her smile faltered when she saw his eyes narrowed, his expression unreadable.
"H... Husband?"
Javier glanced at Celine, then at Lyzia, who was now fidgeting nervously near the door. He pinched the bridge of his nose and let out a slow, measured breath.
"Liana."
"Hmm? Yes, Young Master?"
"I’ll take charge of their basic training today, if I’m not busy."
Liana smiled and nodded, her voice soft and approving. "If you wish so, Young Master."
