"You are really an extraordinary being, and this is precisely why I must eliminate you at any cost, because I know that if I let you live, you will become a huge problem for the demon race in the future!"

Without wasting anymore time, Rahn waved his hand and ordered his subordinates to take action.

Once receiving his orders, the four S-rank demons all surrounded Nova and attacked her together.

Meanwhile, Rahn brought out his sword and made Bela her target.

Before Rahn could even attack, Bela prayed to the ’World’ for blessings and borrowed the power of the ’Laws’ of the ’Universe’ to cast healing magic so powerful that she changed the entire terrain of this mountain range!

Plants grew into massive, gigantic trees all around her; flowers floated in the air as her hair swayed with the gentle breeze, and even the flow of mana in the area became smoother.

For a person devoid of miasma, this scene would have been a blessing, as being in this environment would have been beneficial for them.

But to Rahn and the other demons, this beautiful scene looked like something straight out of a nightmare!

Healing and purification magic so powerful and dense that it could melt an S-rank demon in a matter of seconds spread in all directions as if a tsunami of healing magic had come to this land!

The four demons that were about to attack Nova were vaporized almost instantly on the spot and didn’t even get the chance to scream before having their souls annihilated from existence.

Only Rahn barely managed to react on time.

Looking at Bela, Rahn’s body shivered in fright!

Rahn knew beforehand that healing magic was a direct counter to demons. For humans and other creatures, healing magic was like a blessing, but for demons, it was highly toxic poison!

It could be used to purify demons and even disintegrate their souls in certain situations!

But all the healers that Rahn had ever met were just weak pushovers that couldn’t even look him straight in the eyes, let alone purify him.

Their healing magic was pitifully weak and extremely low in density; it was barely enough to even purify a C-rank demon, let alone him, who was already reaching the peak level strength of rank S with his pseudo-legendary skill.

Although he knew that Astra was an S-rank healer, he still underestimated her powers greatly, thinking that all healers were good-for-nothing pushovers.

A beam of condensed water was fired from the tip of Rahn’s sword, and it went straight towards Bela’s heart.

Thankfully, Nova reacted on time and used her wind affinity to push Bela slightly to the side on time, and the attack only managed to hit Bela on the right shoulder!

The attack was powerful enough to send Bela’s entire right arm flying, and the miasma mixed in the attack wreaked havoc in her body instantly!

Thankfully, she was a healer and thus managed to purify that miasma on time before it could even begin to corrupt her properly, but this led to even greater exhaustion!

By now Bela was at her wit’s end, and her mana was running out.

Sensing the severity of the situation, Nova brought out a teleportation scroll and used it to immediately teleport herself and Bela away from this place!

Rahn could do nothing but watch them leave while trying his best to suppress the healing and purification energy still wreaking havoc in his body through the destroyed arm.

By the time Bela and Nova opened their eyes, they were already inside the hidden cave where they finally met the ’Destined Miracle,’ Allen Von Rienhart, for the first time!
