Reborn as an Extra Chapter 739: Forgotten World, Cyria-229. Part-7.

Both the elder tribe chief and the peculiar-voiced orc looked on with heavy hearts at the scene before them.
The old tribe chief drew in a deep breath, his voice tinged with regret as he began, "My Lords Angels, to comprehend her current state, I must first recount the history and tale of our tribe to you briefly..."
"I do not wish to consume too much of the great Lords Angels' valuable time, however..."
Before the old tribe chief could utter another word, Link gestured with a reassuring shake of his head. "Fear not, esteemed tribe chief," he said in a comforting tone. "We are angels, and we have taken a sacred oath to protect those who are in need. You have no need for further concern!"
"We have an abundance of time; please, share all your troubles with us. Should we possess the means to assist you, it would be our utmost pleasure!"
The old orc chief's eyes welled up upon hearing Link's warm and empathetic words. He nodded gratefully and instructed several nearby orcs to procure more water and food for the angels. Then, with a heavy sigh, he commenced his narrative, recounting all that he knew. Kai, in turn, supplemented any details the chief lacked, while also translating the chief's speech.
...Cyria-229 was not always the desolate, lifeless husk it is now. Ancient stone tablets and the engravings found within the world's old ruins speak of a time when this planet was the proud home of the Dwarves!
In that distant epoch, the planet was adorned with magnificent, advanced cities and colossal high-tech megastructures that encircled the globe. The technological prowess of the Dwarven race was such that they constructed a gargantuan megastructure around their planet, known as the **Orbital Dyson Sphere**.
This marvel of divine engineering allowed Cyria-229, a planet blessed with five stars in its solar system, to withstand intense heat and maintain a simulated, temperate environment. Following a cataclysmic event that reverberated throughout the universe, fundamentally altering the cosmic laws of physics, the Dwarven race fractured into numerous smaller factions and were scattered across the cosmos!
Some were propelled by void rifts into the miasma sea; others were sent to the very planet where Rio and his companions originate, while countless others were flung to unknown worlds! The abrupt upheaval in the universal laws brought immense devastation to the Dwarven race, as nearly all its members were instantaneously banished from their home world!
Those who remained behind were responsible for the creation of the stone slabs and the hidden inscriptions within the ruins, which now serve as a testament to their race's history. Once the Dwarf race vanished, no intelligent beings were left to inherit their formidable legacy, and one by one, their entire civilization began to crumble and fade over the passage of time.
The megastructures meticulously built by the Dwarven race succumbed to decay, collapsing and becoming destroyed as millennia ticked by! During these thousands of years, the frequent emergence of dungeons, the pervasive influence of miasma, and the incursions of demons contributed to ravaging the entire planet, utterly annihilating whatever remnants remained intact! Even the orbital megastructures were shattered and sent crashing down to the planet's surface by demonic entities and other malevolent beings.
By the time the Half-Orc race was transported to this world via a wormhole, Cyria-229 was already a ruined planet, characterized by barren wastelands and fiery volcanoes stretching as far as the eye could see! Nevertheless, it retained a residual vitality, with numerous plant and animal species persisting even within that deadly climate.
The Half-Orcs, a rather carefree people, neglected to meticulously record their ancestral histories. Consequently, the current generation remains ignorant of the events that transpired in their past. They have no understanding of why the Half-Orcs were banished to this planet or how they arrived here through a wormhole. At best, they only know of their arrival via a wormhole; beyond that, their knowledge is nonexistent regarding their origins on this world. But as the saying goes, life always finds a way to adapt and endure.
The Half-Orcs, thrust into this unfamiliar world, adapted swiftly and integrated into the planet's ecosystem within a mere few hundred years! As the Half-Orcs spread across the planet and explored its entirety, they stumbled upon the ruins of an ancient temple. This temple was situated in a valley-like region, concealed from all sides by towering hills! The temple ruins featured a central plaza where five exceptionally well-crafted statues had stood since time immemorial. For reasons unknown, the environmental conditions within the valley proved remarkably conducive to life. Thus, three centuries after their arrival on Cyria-229, a small Orc tribe established their settlement within the temple's ruins.
For many decades, life proceeded entirely without incident, as nothing out of the ordinary occurred. However, one fateful day, while venturing out for a hunt, a hunting party from the tribe encountered a being of an unknown species in the vast desert and resolved to bring this creature back to their settlement.
“Hold on, hold on… you’re saying you didn’t even know what that beast was, yet you decided to bring it back to your tribe?” “What carelessness…” Link’s head shook in disappointment, but before he could say anything more, the old tribal chief’s eyes narrowed as he began to speak. “Lord Angel… until this day, I had no idea what that creature truly was… but seeing the three of you has changed everything…” The old tribal chief spoke with a solemn tone. “That creature bore a striking resemblance to the three of you; it was undoubtedly an angel, very much like yourselves!” Upon hearing this, Link and the others’ eyes widened slightly. They all grasped that the half-orc tribal chief was informing them they had discovered a human on this planet, one situated millions of light-years away from the sole known planet where humankind existed! Before Link and his companions could inquire further, the orc tribal chief suddenly uttered in an eerie tone. “The instant we brought that lord angel back to our tribe… an unknowable, ancient entity stirred from its slumber within the altar situated at the heart of the temple ruins.”
