Chu Xiaofeng successfully decorated a sightseeing car to impress Jiang Ning, but his imitation was quickly surpassed by Jiang Ning's own ant-pulled cart. Meanwhile, Wang Yanyan was in the infirmary, with Gai Shixun being awkwardly thanked by another group of girls. Unbeknownst to most, a dangerous situation was unfolding as multiple tigers escaped from the zoo. News of the escape spread, and despite warnings, Jiang Ning and his companions decided to head towards the tiger enclosure.

As news of the escaped tiger spread like wildfire, a palpable tension gripped the entire zoo. Numerous students, their nerves frayed by every rustle of the wind, imagined the beast lurking just around the corner.

An increasing number of students began to surge towards the zoo's exit, desperate to escape the perceived danger.

However, the herd mentality didn't sway everyone. Zhao Xiaofeng, piloting a car adorned with flowers and accompanied by Brother Tian and two attractive female classmates, was in high spirits.

From his seat, Qi Tianheng observed the fleeing students lining the path. Assuming a prophetic air, he declared, "It's merely a rumor. I just passed the predator enclosure, and the tiger is sound asleep beneath a tree!"

Shi Qianjin, hurrying along in search of safety, shot back, "It's better to be safe than sorry!"

Tan Meiling, whose revealing attire highlighted her slender waist and navel, stated plainly, "If you intend to court death, don't drag us along!"

Despite Qi Tianheng's persistent explanations, the students remained unconvinced.

An irritated Qi Tianheng pondered how his kindness was met with such defiance. 'A group of ignorant fools!' he thought, drumming a finger on the armrest, a subtle frown betraying his displeasure.

Zhao Xiaofeng, ever the eager subordinate, noticed Brother Tian's annoyance. After driving a short distance, they encountered another group of classmates. With an air of insolent bravado, Zhao Xiaofeng bellowed, "Look at you lot, like a pack of refugees!"

The classmates walking on the street were taken aback by this unprovoked insult, their anger clearly visible.

Zhao Xiaofeng continued his ostentatious drive, proclaiming, "A true man faces wild beasts head-on!"

"Cowards! Remember my name: Zhang Chi!"

With that parting shot, he arrogantly maneuvered the vehicle against the flow of pedestrians, heading deeper into the zoo.

A freshman, utterly incensed, silently seethed, 'Damn you, Zhang Chi, you just wait!' He resolved to exact his revenge online later.

Zhao Xiaofeng, in his flower-laden car, was a perfect picture of arrogance and vanity, drawing covert curses and wishes for his downfall from many.

Qi Tianheng, watching his 'frontman' display such ostentatious dominance, felt a surge of satisfaction. "Xiaofeng, well done. Lately, drones have become quite popular. My uncle sent me a few from abroad; they're called DJI."

With a sneer, Liu Chuandao declared, "The young lady can certainly take a seat in my heart!"

Zhao Xiaofeng was left speechless.

Lan Zichen, unable to tolerate Liu Chuandao's opportunistic smirk, quickly interjected, "Apologies, but I possess my own legs."

With that matter settled, Zhao Xiaofeng, having lost his intended target, had no choice but to continue driving.

He then concocted an excuse for his setback, proclaiming, "She must simply not have the destiny to hitch a ride on my life's express vehicle!"

This was especially true considering a certain passenger named Qi Tianheng was already aboard!

...

The students of Class 8 were dispersed throughout the expanse of the zoo.

Chai Wei, recently subjected to an unpleasant assault by some unfortunate digestive waste, was feeling rather downcast when he encountered his deskmate at their designated meeting point.

"Qiang Li, what have you been occupied with today? I didn't happen to see you around?"

The athletic Qiang Li and Song Sheng were close companions, and although Chai Wei was also a friend, today he had not joined them for their zoo excursion.

For the preceding six months, Qiang Li had been wrestling with considerable confusion.

There was a time, back in Class 6, when he had proudly stood out due to his formidable physique.

However, upon his arrival in Class 8, his circumstances had drastically altered. In many of his engagements, he found himself choosing to retreat, seemingly having misplaced much that was significant.

Today, he had deliberately dedicated the majority of his time to the kangaroo enclosure, adopting an attitude of humility coupled with an open heart. Witnessing the powerful musculature of the kangaroos, he felt as though he had gained profound insights, his spirit undergoing a purification.
