The crying monk, reunited with his son Shitless, begins their reconciliation. Meanwhile, Vritra, annoyed by a persistent peeping higher being, devises a plan with his daughters to prank him. In a distant realm, the Holy Righteous Heresy group, led by Dipper, meets to discuss their centuries-long plan to overthrow the Vespera family, revealing they have a mole within the family and are considering an alliance with the Crooked.

Then the commander began to elaborate, his voice taking on a more cautious tone: "She said her name is Evel, I was exploring a realm and she came out of nowhere. It was as if she knew I was going to be there and she was waiting for me." The commander said, doubt and suspicion heavy in his voice.

He almost started a battle with her, hands moving to weapons instinctively. But she didn't want to fight, her demeanor peaceful and non-threatening.

"She was really strange, unlike all the other Crooked I have seen." The commander added, struggling to articulate what made her different. "There was something almost civilized about her approach."

"Hmm… Interesting, and how will you contact her? She will meet you in that realm again?" a plan flashed in his mind, possibilities branching out before him. But he gave up upon hearing the answer, the hope deflating.

"No, she gave me a jade plate. Telling me that if you don't agree, then just break it, but if it doesn't break in one day, you can talk through it." The commander replied, handing over the artifact as if it might bite.

SIGH

Of course she is very cautious, careful beyond what the Crooked usually displayed. It was a pity but that's fine too. Caution often indicated intelligence, and an intelligent enemy could sometimes be negotiated with.

The commander handed over the jade slip, and dipper put it away into his robe with deliberate care. He didn't break it so his intentions became clear to everyone in the room—he was interested in hearing what the Crooked had to say.

"But colluding with a crooked, is it really alright?" a commander objected, his concerns voiced aloud for the group to consider. Although Vespera needs to be replaced, but it shouldn't be at such a cost, should it? They can't sell their own people without losing their integrity.

"No no, it is no collusion with those foul creatures, we are merely going to make them work for us." Dipper quickly spoke, his tone brooking no argument. Not wanting to start infighting within his own ranks, he smoothed over the concerns with diplomatic precision.

After some discussion that went in circles, they all came to a decision, reluctant but unified.

"What about you?" dipper then looked to the 2nd person who raised his hand, shifting focus away from the touchy subject.

"Today, Evelyn went personally for a case, it was related to that retired drunkard captain, she arrested him." Came the answer, delivered with a certain weight.

"I see, is he in the prison now?" dipper asked, showing little interest at first glance.

The story of that captain had already spread far and wide, who didn't know that he holds a grudge against Evelyn and vice versa. Their mutual antagonism was legendary.

"No, she let him go after some interrogation." The commander's words hung in the air, unexpected and strange.

"Hmmm" dipper frowned deeply, his masked face somehow conveying the expression perfectly. For some reason something felt fishy here, his instincts screaming danger. Although Evelyn had taken action against this captain before too, but this time was something different, something almost calculated.

It was the gut feeling of a higher being, and most of the time their gut feelings is directly influenced by fate itself. And when fate whispered, the wise listened.

"It might just be a normal matter, one of you go and talk to him, and find whatever you can." Dipper said, his tone measured. "If you can recruit him, even better but if you can't then never mind." He wasn't going to force the issue, not when there were bigger fish to fry.

They discussed a few more things, running through logistics and timelines, and the meeting was eventually adjourned. The white-robed figures began to file out, disappearing into the shadows from which they came.

One of the commander as ordered, instantly flew towards the house of darkness with renewed purpose. The fate of their plans might rest on what they discovered.

…

Inside his house, green pickle was looking at the house of darkness with an intensity that bordered on obsessive. The darkness covering the windows had always been impenetrable, frustrating his attempts at observation. But he persisted nonetheless, his eyes straining against the magical barrier.

He hadn't even received any thank you from those women for saving them. Not a word, not a glance. But then Vritra returned. What had he done to earn such ingratitude? The thought rankled him, bitterness mixing with his self-righteousness.

"Sigh It is fine, he was lucky today I will make sure he gets locked up for life. And save all of them, then surely they will be happy." Green pickle patted his chest with conviction. The fantasy played out in his mind, a scenario where he was the hero that everyone had been waiting for.

But just then, the darkness covering the window disappeared, the magical barrier dropping as if by accident. And he was faintly able to see inside for the first time, the room beyond coming into focus.

He peeped inside quickly, his heart beginning to race with anticipation. And just then, a silhouette appeared in his field of vision. After a moment he found out who it was, recognition dawning.

It was the daughter of that scumbag, the redhead Fiona. She stood there with a terrified look on her face, her body trembling visibly. Her hands clutched at the windowsill as if for support.

'What's wrong with her?' green pickle wondered, his concern and curiosity intermingling. Then he quickly connected the dots and came to a conclusion born of his prejudices.

After what happened earlier, that scumbag Vritra must be in a very bad mood. And he will definitely take his anger out on his family, seeking revenge through those closest to him. The logic seemed airtight to green pickle.

'Damnit! That bastard, how dare he hurt my possible future women!' green pickle felt enraged at the violation of his imagined claims. He quickly began to contact the law holders with urgent fingers.

If he really hurts his family, he will call them again and report, and hopefully Evelyn comes again. She had shown herself to be sympathetic to these women before.

Fiona was shaking her hands, as if trying to say something urgent but unable to form words. Then she wrote something on the window with her finger, each motion deliberate and careful.

'What is she saying? Uh Help… me…?!!' green pickle read it, his eyes widening in shock at the words. The fear in those letters seemed palpable.

And then another woman appeared, stepping into his line of sight. It was Diana, who had a similar pitiful look on her face, her snow-white skin almost luminous in the failing light. Both women still looked extremely beautiful, making green pickle dazed for a few moments as his mind struggled to process what he was seeing. But then he came back to his senses, reality reasserting itself.

Both women were asking for his help, they were in danger! The realization crystallized into urgency within him.

'Should I go over to help?' for a moment, seeing the helpless women he felt brave and capable, his fantasies lending him false confidence. But then remembered how he had been beaten like a dog before, thrown in the sewage where the entire waste of the realm gathers. The memory was fresh, humiliating and painful.

He shuddered and felt that it would be better to call law holders instead. His cowardice rationalized as prudence.

Thus, without wasting any more time he began to contact while looking at the two pitiful women at the window. The phone rang, connecting through channels he wasn't sure even existed.

Diana with her long white hair and snow like skin, appeared so flawless and holy. An angel trapped in a mortal's nightmare.

'Fuck!! Why does that scumbag bastard has such beautiful wives!' green pickle was so angry at the injustice of it all. Thankfully the daughters were also extremely beautiful. So he can make them his main wives, and- The fantasy was taking shape in his mind, getting more detailed and obsessive by the second.

His thoughts were interrupted as the call connected and a voice came from the other side: "How can I help you?" The tone was neutral, professionally bored.

"There is-"

"What the f- Why it is you again? And why am I the only one getting your calls? Hello? I can't hear you, try calling someone else." The law holder quickly cut the call, clearly recognizing the voice.

Then the call came again, and he cut again without even listening. This pattern repeated itself, green pickle being rejected over and over.

After several dozen more tries, green pickle tried relentlessly and so the officer had no choice but to pick the call, if only to end the harassment. "What is it now?" the irritated voice came through, dripping with annoyance.

"I want to report a very serious crime!" green pickle said hurriedly, looking at the two pitiful yet extremely gorgeous women framed in the window. This time it was different, this time it was real.

You damn green tard, everything is very serious for you!! I am sure it is again related to that neighbour of yours. You lecherous bastard, as if not everyone already knows you want to take those women for yourself. The officer thought but didn't say, keeping his professional facade. He asked instead: "Elaborate."

"There are two women asking for he-" just when he was speaking, Vritra appeared behind the two women with sudden and terrifying presence.

There was a sinister and ruthless smile on his face as he made eye contact with green pickle across the distance. ❖❖❖
