Raising My Trash Ability into a Broken SSS+ Rank Skill Chapter 557 One Step Ahead

Vritra spotted the small fragment of the love pill at last, though it was positioned at the very heart of a colossal tornado.
It appeared as though the storm had manifested specifically around the pill itself.
With his defense stats still restricted, Vritra questioned whether a vortex of this magnitude could actually harm him.
'It’s warping the fabric of space and time.
If a phenomenon like this were unleashed on planet Zoratian, the entire world would be obliterated in under a minute.' He let out a sigh. Why was it that nothing in his life could ever be straightforward?
Vritra looked forward to the day he could confront whoever dictated his destiny, or perhaps the individuals who found amusement in watching his struggles.
Tossing those thoughts aside, he concentrated on the immediate problem. Finding this spot had taken over three days, and now he faced this hurdle.
The tornado was massive, making him look like a mere ant by comparison. Any surrounding twisters that drifted too close were instantly annihilated by its power.
'Whatever, let's just do it.' Fixing his focus on the pill fragment, Vritra shut his eyes and manifested two small platforms for leverage.
Vritra intended to move at maximum velocity, marking the first time he would go all out since achieving the status of a demi god.
[Shift Activated.]
[Agility: 20]
He chose not to reallocate his endurance stats. After all, speed would be useless if he ended up dead from the impact.
BOOOOM
Accompanied by a thunderous sonic boom, Vritra propelled himself forward, reaching a speed he had never experienced before.
The sensation was akin to warping through space until he finally slammed into the tornado.
Loop managed to buffer the initial collision, but it quickly began to buckle under the tornado's savage energy. His garments started to shred in various places.
Atomic neutralized the bulk of the energy. Vritra even triggered Suck! Suck! Suck!, utilizing the black hole to siphon energy, yet it provided little relief.
His physical form began to be swept away by the tornado's rotation. Struggling to maintain control, he noticed small lacerations beginning to mark his skin.
It appeared his defenses were not truly invincible, though he was enduring the pressure better than he had anticipated.
Even his perception was being distorted. Vritra could do nothing but slowly drift toward the eye of the storm.
Minutes ticked by. He continued to float through the savage currents, his wounds deepening, yet his regeneration speed managed to stay ahead of the damage.
BANG
Vritra’s body was struck by an object, halting his momentum for a split second. This gave him the brief window he needed to gather his thoughts and steady himself.
The object was a massive chunk of mineral. Bracing against it, he launched himself forward. By utilizing his skills with every bit of ingenuity he possessed, Vritra finally broke through to the center.
He snatched the tiny pill fragment and forced his way out of the giant tornado, not stopping until a safe distance was established.
'That was… intense.'
Though his head was spinning, a smile touched his lips as he looked at the small piece in his hand.
The risk had been worth it. The fragment of Yennefer's soul was undoubtedly contained within.
The problem of how to restore her could wait. First, he headed toward the portal, which was shielded by a protective barrier.
Navigating back was simple enough. After all, he could clearly feel the presence of his wives.
He gave a single knock and waited. A moment later, the portal flickered open, and a graceful arm reached out to pull him through.
Yasmine quickly deactivated the portal before inspecting her husband. Other than his messy hair, he appeared to be unharmed.
"Hubby, are you okay?" the dragoness asked with a heavy sigh of relief, pulling Vritra into a tight embrace.
"…Yeah, haa, I’m fine." He allowed himself to relax. His primary concern had finally been dealt with.
"Did you find her?" Fiona inquired as she approached, hugging him just as fervently.
Diana, Vanessa, and Maeve gathered around as well, relieved by his safe return.
"Yes." He opened his hand to show the tiny pill. The women looked on with confused expressions until they felt the familiar aura of Yennefer.
"Oh, a piece of her soul is trapped inside. Is this really all that remains of her?" Vanessa whispered. Yennefer had sacrificed everything to ensure Vritra’s safety.
"Wifey, do you know a way to bring her back from this state?" Vritra asked, looking toward Yasmine with hope. She, too, had returned from a similar predicament.
"Now that we have her soul, she is no longer in danger. Our first step must be to bolster her soul using soul potions," Yasmine explained.
The goddess chimed in, "I have brewed a vast supply of soul potions, so that won't be an issue."
"That is good. We also possess nihil anima, so she should be stable once she leaves that pill. However, we still need to fashion a body for her…" Yasmine murmured thoughtfully.
'Judging by the size of this pill, it’s about a tenth of what it used to be. That means…' He cut his train of thought short and looked up, asking, "Exactly how much time has passed while I was inside?"
"Slightly more than ten days," Maeve replied. They had been waiting there the entire time.
"Ten days!" Vritra shouted. That meant the time dilation was greater than three-fold.
This implied that while nearly three years had elapsed in the outside world, less than a year had passed within that tornado realm.
'I see. With Yama's protection, she would have been safe for a full year.' He realized. It wouldn't be much longer before her soul emerged.
It would likely take a few days, but at the very least, she was now completely safe.
"How did you regain your physical form? Is there a method we can use?" Vritra asked, turning back to Yasmine.
"My parents left a specific coffin behind. When my soul was placed inside, the coffin began the process of reconstructing my body automatically," she answered with a hint of uncertainty.
A spark of hope rose in Vritra. For the moment, he stowed the pill fragment safely within his dimensional book, keeping it under his constant observation.
"Is it possible to use it again?" he asked urgently.
"We can attempt it, but I believe it requires a specific energy source that I have already depleted," Yasmine replied.
"What kind of energy? Would a core work?" he asked, producing the energy core he had harvested from Dago’s corpse.
"Why don't we relocate to a better place first?" Diana suggested.
They decided to travel to Diana's palace, where the majority of her soul potions were kept.
Before departing, Vritra offered his thanks to the monarch of the Star family, and the group finally took their leave.
The exhausted monarch finally let out a breath of relief. Every woman in that group was terrifyingly powerful. These last ten days had been incredibly stressful for him.
Despite the remaining obstacles, Vritra felt a sense of happiness. Soon, he would be reunited with her.
He took the hands of Fiona and Teresa, who both stayed close to his side. It seemed a subtle rivalry had formed between the two.
Meanwhile, Yasmine was busy giving Teresa strange advice, like how she needed to fight for his affection.
Before long, they reached the capital and entered the palace grounds.
"Dear, this contains most of the soul potions I've prepared over the years." Diana presented him with a storage glyph packed with bottles.
Vritra patted her head and stored the potions away. They were now inside a grand hall that was entirely isolated from the outside world.
Yasmine then brought out the coffin, which appeared quite plain.
"Yeah, it doesn't look like we can use it right now. What kind of energy does it actually need?" Vritra touched the surface of the coffin, sensing that it was currently devoid of power.
