The elders of the Saintess Sect, realizing their children have been taken, furiously set out to retrieve them. Meanwhile, the men left behind begin to question the nature of their task, especially after witnessing the departure of the children and overhearing the elders' distress. Two brothers, convinced they saw their young kinsman, Little Yan, among the captured children, contemplate whether to mount a rescue mission.

Moreover, observing these Noble Clan Young Masters who were infatuated, no amount of persuasion would make a difference, would it? They might even be apprehended by those foolish individuals the moment they started speaking.

He couldn't be blamed for overreacting; in truth, he had once been one of those very fools.

He understood deeply how such individuals' minds functioned.

"Find a few allies and proceed in the direction Little Yan went," he instructed.

"Understood."

Fifth Brother acknowledged and gradually moved aside.

Soon, a small contingent, unnoticed by the others, positioned themselves behind the main group, two of them appearing quite distressed.

"Did you truly see the children from your own clan?" one inquired with urgency.

Amidst the earlier commotion, he had thought he glimpsed his own brother, but dismissed it as imagination, considering his brother's status as a family prodigy, perpetually shielded by clan guards.

He had never conceived that his brother could be ensnared as well; he initially believed he was mistaken, but the words of the two Yin brothers dispelled that notion.

It was unlikely that so many individuals would err simultaneously, wasn't it?

"Absolutely, I would never jest about Little Yan," Fifth Brother stated firmly.

Despite the fierce competition within the prominent clans, one's innate talent dictated their future trajectory, with only the exceptionally gifted capable of elevating the family to greater heights.

Therefore, he harbored no envy towards Little Yan, only a profound concern for any potential harm that might befall him.

"So it was genuine; I presumed I was hallucinating."

Another man, his face pale, muttered, any prior admiration for the Saintess Sect disciples had completely evaporated.

"What is the Saintess Sect attempting to achieve by abducting so many youths?"

He concluded that it wasn't solely the children of their respective families who were taken. During the initial pandemonium, he had witnessed numerous youngsters being seized.

Children possessing significant potential within the major clans were always under stringent protection; outsiders could not easily gain access to them.

Consequently, he failed to recognize the other abductees, but his own brother was unmistakable.

He had initially dismissed his sighting and paid it little heed, but now it appeared the Saintess Sect harbored sinister intentions towards these individuals and the children.

Concerning his brother, he felt minimal apprehension; while talented, his abilities weren't sufficient for their father to invest all his focus upon him.

However, he also possessed a sister, who was undeniably the most gifted in the clan.

Should his suspicions prove accurate, his sister was destined for a future marriage and to succeed as the next Family Head; if she too had been captured...

"What course of action should we take now? Shall we pursue them?" he inquired.

"Without a doubt, we must,"

Third Brother narrowed his eyes, glancing behind them. There was nothing but barren yellow sand; yet, those individuals had fled in that direction earlier, and the Saintess Sect elders were also pursuing that path.

"The horse carriages are situated over there. We require additional provisions – food and water – otherwise, escape will be impossible."

"I have a solution for that."

Upon hearing Third Brother's statement, a man from the periphery of the group stepped forward, holding up the bag in his hand for all to see.

"Do not be deceived by its modest appearance; this bag possesses a considerable capacity. If you provide cover for me, I shall procure the necessary food and water from those abandoned horse carriages."
