Ethan revealed his future self to the shocked survivors. Agros completed his monstrous transformation and attacked, only to be swiftly and brutally maimed by the future Ethan, who had already surpassed him.

A loud, mournful cry shook the sky as Agros grabbed his severed wrist. His bloodshot eyes were filled with rage and disbelief as thick blood poured from the wound. The flesh around the cut suddenly began moving.

Muscles, bones, and veins rapidly grew from the broken wrist, and within moments, a new palm was formed. Agros slowly opened and closed his fingers before raising his hateful gaze toward Future Ethan.

Without giving Ethan any chance to speak, Agros moved forward.

His body disappeared in a flash of bloody light, and the next moment, a terrifying wave of blood energy swept across the battlefield. The ground beneath him was stained red as countless drops of blood rose into the air and formed sharp blood blades. Thousands of them shot toward Future Ethan from every direction, moving so quickly that they tore through the air with sharp sounds.

Future Ethan simply stood there.

The blood blades reached him from above, below, and every side. Some were as thin as needles while others were as large as swords. A few of them suddenly changed direction in midair and attacked from behind while the remaining blades continued rushing toward him from the front. Agros was clearly trying to leave no space for him to escape.

Future Ethan raised one hand.

Snap!

The entire attack stopped.

Every blood blade froze in the air before turning into tiny drops of harmless blood that fell toward the ground.

Agros' eyes widened.

His anger grew even stronger.

He immediately raised both hands, and the blood covering the battlefield began gathering toward him. A huge bloody river rose into the sky before forming the shape of a giant serpent. Its mouth opened wide as it charged toward Future Ethan, carrying a terrifying pressure that made the surrounding mountains tremble.

Future Ethan did not move.

He simply looked at the incoming blood serpent.

Snap!

The enormous creature disappeared. It did not explode. It did not break apart. It simply vanished as if it had never existed.

Agros' face became even more distorted.

"Die!"

He roared and slammed both hands forward.

The blood beneath his feet suddenly surged upward and formed dozens of huge spears. They were covered with sharp spikes and strange black markings, and they shot toward Future Ethan like a rain of red arrows. At the same time, several blood chains emerged from the ground and tried to wrap around Ethan's legs.

Future Ethan casually lifted one foot.

The blood chains passed beneath him.

He took one simple step to the side, and every spear missed him by a small distance.

Agros gritted his teeth and immediately changed the attack. The blood spears turned around and chased Ethan again while the blood around the battlefield gathered into several enormous hands. Each hand opened its fingers and tried to crush him from different directions.

Future Ethan sighed.

He raised his hand again.

Snap!

The blood hands shattered into mist.

The returning spears broke apart.

The chains disappeared.

Everything Agros had created was destroyed with a single movement.

The entire battlefield became silent.

The Emperors and the other survivors stared at the scene in disbelief. They could clearly see that Future Ethan was not even fighting seriously. He was simply standing there and breaking every attack with a snap of his finger.

Agros' breathing became heavier.

His face was turning red from anger.

He had used one attack after another, yet none of them had even touched Future Ethan.

Future Ethan looked at him calmly.

"You finished?"

Those simple words made Agros' face twitch violently.

His fists tightened.

The bloody aura around his body erupted again, becoming even more violent.

"Don't look down on me!"

Agros roared as his entire body shot forward. The ground beneath him exploded while countless blood spikes formed around his arms. He swung his claws with all his strength, and the space around his fingers seemed to bend under the force.

Future Ethan simply raised one hand.

The attack stopped inches from his face.

Agros froze.

Future Ethan's fingers were holding his wrist.

For a moment, neither of them moved.

Future Ethan looked at Agros with a calm expression.

Agros' eyes slowly widened as his Future Ethan tightened his grip.

Crack!

A sharp sound came from Agros' wrist.

His expression twisted in pain.

Future Ethan then casually threw him away.

BOOM!

Agros' body smashed into the ground and rolled across the battlefield before stopping several hundred meters away.

He did not even take a step after throwing him.

Agros slowly pushed himself up from the crater. His body shook from anger while his bloodshot eyes remained fixed on Future Ethan.

The humiliation was becoming unbearable.

Agros suddenly went completely mad.

His huge chest rose and fell as his breathing became rough. He clenched both fists and started beating his chest again and again. Each heavy strike produced a deep sound that echoed across the battlefield, and the bloody aura around his body shook with every movement.

"Why..."

His voice trembled with anger and disbelief.

"Why are you doing this to me?"

He struck his chest again, and his eyes became redder.

"Why are you foiling my every plan?"

His voice grew louder as he stared at Future Ethan.

"I don't remember offending you anywhere, so why are you blocking my every step, you bastard?"

His loud, mournful cry echoed across the entire place.

For a moment, everyone became awkwardly silent.

Nobody knew what to say.

Even the black-robed man looked at Agros in absolute horror. This was a being who stood at a level close to a God, yet he was now standing there beating his chest and shouting as if he had been pushed to the edge of breaking down.

The black-robed man's expression slowly became stiff.

Just what was this?

What the hell was happening?

He had expected Agros to crush everyone here, yet the situation had somehow turned into this.

Future Ethan slowly rubbed his ears while looking at Agros with a tired expression.

"If you have cried enough, then can you begin?"

He calmly lowered his hand and looked directly at Agros.

"Show me all you have got or kill yourself. After all, it's better to die with your own hands than mine."

"ETTTHAAAAAN!"
