Grey revealed his 12th-rank power to Isolde and the Helios team, surprising them all. He then met Yang Chen, another transmigrator from Earth, and explained that he wasn't unique. After the Helios team escorted Yang Chen away, Grey pondered the theoretical limits of Dao resonance amplification. Joestar contacted Grey, summoning him to Helios headquarters for a discussion.

Joestar gestured toward a chair across from his desk.

"Sit down, we have a lot to discuss."

Grey took the seat, his eyes fixed on Joestar’s troubled expression.

He had expected something like this, the Paragon Knights showing up wasn’t a random event. There had to be a bigger picture.

"What happened?" Grey asked.

Joestar leaned back in his chair, his fingers tapping the armrest. "The Paragons have become more active recently, their movements across the endless reality have increased by a significant margin."

Grey listened without interrupting.

"One of the main reasons for this increased activity is Ouroboros."

"Oh?" Grey’s eyes changed hearing this.

The Paragons were more active because of Ouroboros?

The Ouroboros currently staying in his territory?

Joestar noticed his reaction and leaned forward. "Do you know anything about this?"

"Nope, no idea." Grey shook his head.

Joestar nodded slowly. "I asked because your True Source Dragon friend, the one who visited with you last time, seemed to have a connection with Ouroboros."

Grey just smiled at those words.

He wasn’t going to confirm or deny anything, that would only cause more problems.

"Anything else?" Grey asked, changing the subject.

Joestar’s expression shifted, becoming slightly more serious. "The Higher Realms have sent down envoys across several universes, they’re recruiting talents."

"Among these groups is the Myriad Realm Sect." Joestar continued. "This sect is connected to one of the realms linked to the Zenith Heaven."

Grey’s eyes lit up immediately.

He had discussed this with Joestar before, he had made it clear that reaching the Zenith Heaven was his current goal. His grandfather Wilhelm was somewhere in the Higher Realms, and finding him required getting there first.

"Where are they?" Grey asked.

"They’re spread across the endless reality, but most are concentrated in 10th to 12th plane existences." Joestar pulled up a holographic display. "However, I managed to locate where their trial ground is."

Grey leaned forward with interest.

"There’s a catch though. Like I mentioned in our previous meeting. The minimum rank required is 10th rank, anything below that and you’ll die instantly upon entering."

Grey frowned at those words.

His combat power exceeded the 12th rank, but his evolutionary existence level remained at the 9th rank. That mismatch could cause serious problems.

"How long will they be here?" Grey asked.

"At least a hundred years, and any talents they find will be sent directly to the Higher Realms."

Grey blinked in surprise.

A hundred years?

That was more than enough time, hell if he only had eleven days he could still reach the 10th rank.

But this would give him enough time to perfect his 10th rank properly with no rushing required.

"Give me the coordinates." Grey said.

Joestar transferred the information to him without hesitation. "Be careful out there, the Higher Realms play by different rules."

"I know." Grey stood up from his seat. "Thanks for the information."

He left Joestar’s office and returned to his own universe with Islode’s help this time.

The moment he arrived, he went to find his family.

"I have news." Grey said as he approached them.

All three turned their attention to him.

"The Higher Realms have sent envoys to recruit talents, one of the groups is connected to the Zenith Heaven."

All of their faces flashed with surprise hearing this.

"I’m going to the Zenith Heaven, or rather one of its connected Higher Realms." Grey continued.

"We understand." Anderson nodded. "Do what you must and find your grandpa, Grey."

"Be careful." Angela added.

"Don’t worry. I won’t come back till I bring back Grandpa."

Grey smiled at his family one last time and left.

On his way through the estate, he ran into Alissa.

Her blue eyes brightened when she saw him.

"Grey, where are you going?" She asked.

"I just found out about a trial connected to the Zenith Heaven." Grey explained briefly. "I’m planning to go there and reach the Higher Realms."

Alissa’s expression changed immediately.

"I’m coming with you." She declared without hesitation.

Grey was taken aback by her words.

"Alissa, you’re far too weak for this." He said honestly. "The minimum requirement is 10th rank, anything below that means instant death."

Alissa puffed out her cheeks in a pout.

"I’ll get stronger, just you wait!" She declared.

Before Grey could respond, she turned and fled down the hallway, her silver hair trailing behind her.

Grey watched her go with an amused smile.

He liked Alissa quite a lot, she valued her promise over anything else and that was rare in this world.

With that settled, Grey made his way toward Ouroboros.

He found her in her room, lounging on a stone bench in her human form like she didn’t have a care in the world.

Her eyes opened lazily as he approached.

"Kiddo, what brings you here?"

"I came here to discuss about the Paragons." Grey said directly. "They’ve become more active because of you."

Ouroboros laughed hearing this.

The sound was light and unconcerned, like he had just told her a joke.

"They can’t find me here, don’t worry." She waved her hand dismissively.

Then her expression became slightly more thoughtful.

"But it seems like they’ve become capable enough to see through my concealment, huh?" She chuckled softly. "Interesting."

Grey studied her reaction.

She didn’t seem worried at all.

"Go on, I’ll handle things on my end." Ouroboros shooed him away with a gesture. "You have your own matters to deal with."

Grey nodded and left her to her relaxation.

With everything addressed, he stopped in an empty corridor.

"Origin Will." Grey then called out.

The world around Grey stilled as Origin Will’s presence descended.

Her form materialized before him, her expression curious.

"What is it?"

"I have some spare time." Grey smiled. "Is it not time to expand you into a 12th plane world?"

Origin Will froze completely.

"I thought you were joking before." She said with disbelief.

"Am I the type to joke?" Grey asked innocently.

Origin Will stared at him with a deadpan expression.
