Nexus Ascension: My Comprehension Defies the Heaven Chapter 593: Entering the Universe, Red Alert and Attack

The Reality Ship slowly exited the Reality Jump state. The swirling colors of the massive wormhole faded away, revealing a completely unfamiliar universe inside.
Immediately, everything felt very wrong to them as they observed the universe.
There were no ordinary spiral galaxies here.
Every single galaxy floating in the dark void was perfectly cube-shaped. Even the glowing stars inside them appeared to be arranged with unnatural precision. The entire universe occasionally glitched. Sections of space would briefly distort, turning into a fuzzy static of colors, before quickly returning to normal.
Alan stared outside the large viewing window in pure fascination.
His eyes rapidly scanned the anomalies with a look of interest. "I have never seen anything like this before."
Grey stood beside him and spoke. "I am just as surprised."
Alissa on the other hand was slightly worried. "Do you think this is going to be troublesome. Grey?"
Grey turned to her hearing this and smiled calmly. "Do not worry. We will be fine."
The exact moment those words left his mouth, a loud warning alarm suddenly echoed throughout the Reality Ship.
BEEP! BEEP! BEEP!
Red warning lights began flashing everywhere inside the command center.
Before anyone could even react, hundreds of massive warships emerged directly from the cube-shaped galaxies.
They warped into existence in a perfect geometric formation.
Within seconds, the Reality Ship was completely surrounded on all sides.
The following instant, guns and cannons came out as every single one of the enemy ships locked onto them.
Then, a powerful, mechanical voice echoed across space, transmitting directly into their ship’s communication system.
"Halt, unidentified invaders. If you refuse, we will be forced to eliminate you."
Alan immediately stepped up to the main control panel hearing this.
He opened a direct communication channel back to the fleet.
"We have no hostile intentions," Alan said clearly to them. "We did not come here looking for trouble. We are willing to cooperate with your forces."
Before he could even continue his explanation, the reply immediately arrived from the other side and it was not a good one.
"That is exactly what every outsider says. You think you can fool us?!
"Fire. Eliminate the threats!"
The order was given without a single second of hesitation.
At the voice’s command, the entire fleet attacked at once. Countless bright energy cannons illuminated the glitching universe. The combined blasts formed a massive wave of destruction heading straight for the Reality Ship.
Alan narrowed his eyes in slight shock as the ship’s sensors analyzed the incoming threat.
"Master, each of those attacks carries the power of an Eighth Rank cultivator."
Grey simply chuckled hearing this.
"Just 8th rank?" He smiled. "Then, there is nothing to worry about."
The following instant, Axiom Power spread around his body, wrapping him in a profound aura.
Then he casually waved his right hand.
Boom!
The incoming attacks that were rushing towards them immediately scattered in every direction before disappearing entirely into the dark space.
The violent energy was completely erased. Not a single attack even reached the hull of the Reality Ship.
And all it took was one wave of his hand.
Everyone aboard the enemy fleet completely froze seeing this. Their advanced sensors could not even comprehend how their combined assault had just vanished.
In fact, they couldn’t even sense a power.
Grey slowly left the ship after that attack.
He stepped directly into the cold void of space and then immediately transformed into his dragon form.
Within moments, his body expanded rapidly. He grew so large that he completely dwarfed even their largest flagship. His massive scales reflected the faint light of the cube-shaped galaxies.
The battlefield instantly fell completely silent seeing the mighty dragon that had appeared.
The sheer scale of the dragon was so terrifying to witness they could not even form a thought.
Grey then raised one massive claw.
Bzzt!
Divine Thunder instantly descended from the void above.
The power of the Divine Law filled the entire battlefield.
The overwhelming pressure alone caused countless people aboard the warships to tremble uncontrollably.
Their advanced technology offered zero protection against the supreme authority of the Divine Law that had achieved Major Succession.
Inside one of the ships, a soldier stared at the divine lightning that had surrounded them in shock as he dropped his weapon.
"I..." the soldier stammered. "It’s a Dao Generation Expert..."
His voice trembled with heavy disbelief.
It wasn’t just them, others were in an equally shaken state as him.
The Command of the fleet sensing the danger quickly opened a direct communication line, broadcasting his voice to the giant dragon.
"Senior! Please calm down!" the commander yelled frantically. "We did not know you were inside the ship! We had no intention of offending someone of your level!"
"Please do not destroy our universe!"
Grey looked down at the flagship with indifference. "You surround my ship and attack without a single warning. Is this how you welcome guests? you should be ashamed of yourself!"
The commander swallowed hard hearing this. "We had no choice, Senior."
"Every single outsider who has ever entered our universe came to conquer or destroy us."
"And we as the only species in this universe cannot leave this universe. Hence, all we can do is attack and defend ourselves before it gets worse."
Grey immediately noticed something very important in that frantic explanation of the commander.
"...You cannot leave this universe?" Grey asked with a raised eyebrow.
His curiosity quickly replaced his slight annoyance.
He swiftly returned back to his Human form, waiting for an answer.
The commander nodded repeatedly from inside his ship. "Yes, Senior. We are completely trapped here. We cannot leave at all. I hope you won’t take it to heart."
Grey thought for a brief moment before replying. "Fine, consider this matter over. Now, take me to your home planet or whatever."
The commander finally stepped out of his flagship to meet Grey in person after hearing his reply.
He was an elderly man with pale blue skin and long pointed ears. Faint, glowing circuit-like lines ran beneath his skin, pulsing with energy. He wore an elegant military uniform that blended metallic armor with fabrics.
