Lia decides to return to the Secret Realm of the Gods to focus on her cultivation, while Grey seeks out Alissa. After a tender reunion and a series of affectionate kisses, Grey reveals his plan to search other universes for the remaining pieces of the Chaos Source Codex. Alissa readily agrees to accompany him, and Grey then informs his disciple Alan, who begins preparing the Reality Ship for their journey.

Alan nodded at this words and got to work.

After that, he went to find his parents and sister and spent some time with them.

Then, he went to see Valeria.

She was cultivating in a private room.

He swiftly told her about the situation.

"So, do you want to come with us?" Grey asked her with a smile.

Valeria shook her head softly as she spoke with a small smile on her face. "I think I will stay here, Grey. I want to continue cultivating and stabilizing my new powers."

"Are you sure?" Grey asked, gently holding both of her hands in his. "I will miss having you around. I think having a change of pace can be helpful."

Valeria chuckled and squeezed his hands back. "I am sure. Someone has to make sure this place does not fall apart while you are gone.

"Plus, I need to make sure I do not fall too far behind you in strength. If I slack off, you might just leave me in the dust."

"Fine." Grey nodded.

After that, Grey and Valeria took some quality time for themselves.

It’s been a month after all.

She spoke and he just listened.

A few hours later, Alan finished fully preparing the Reality Ship.

The massive, futuristic vessel hovered above the Nexus Domain, humming with incredible power.

Grey and Alissa walked up the metal boarding ramp together.

They waved goodbye to Valeria, Lia, Julie, his parents and the other friends who came out to see them off.

Once they were inside the command bridge, the Reality Ship began to move.

It shot straight upward, breaking through the Universal Membrane with a powerful, blinding surge of energy.

They officially entered the endless Chaos outside their home universe.

The scale of the scene was incredibly grand. Chaotic currents swirled endlessly in the dark void outside the thick glass windows. It looked like a terrifying, beautiful ocean of chaotic energy.

Grey will never get tired of this sight.

Alan stood at the main control panel and announced their status. "We are ready for the Reality Jump. Master, our first destination lies within the Tenth Plane of Existence."

Grey nodded his head. "Alright. Initiate the Reality Jump."

Alan activated the Reality Jump engine at his command.

A massive, swirling wormhole suddenly opened in the chaotic void right before the ship.

Whrmm!

The Reality Ship accelerated rapidly and dived straight into the glowing portal.

"We will arrive at our destination in roughly two hours," Alan explained, carefully monitoring the glowing holographic screens.

"You guys can rest in the room during that time." He added with a smile.

And they did just that.

Grey and Alissa went to sit together on a comfortable plush sofa near the large viewing window inside a room.

They did not skip those two hours by cultivating or sleeping. Instead, they spent a long time simply talking to each other.

They had conversations about random things.

They talked about the past year and the things they had seen.

Sometimes they laughed together at silly jokes. Sometimes Alissa got incredibly embarrassed when Grey stared at her beautiful face for too long.

Sometimes she got annoyed because Grey teased her way too much about her extremely shy reactions.

"Stop teasing me. I will get mad!" Alissa complained with a small angry pout.

"Like what?" Grey laughed loudly. He gently grabbed her waist and pulled her into his embrace. "I am just looking at my girlfriend and teasing her. Is that a crime?"

"You are doing it on purpose to make me flustered," she said with a glare while looking away.

"Maybe I am," Grey admitted proudly with a wide grin.

Toward the end of their long conversation, Grey pulled Alissa closer until she was resting her head gently against his warm chest. He slowly stroked her long silver hair with his hand.

Alissa just sat there, letting him do as he pleased.

She was enjoying this moment well.

"I like the way you are now," Grey spoke up slowly as he stared down at her. "I fell in love with the cold and indifferent Alissa. But, i came to like the Alissa with me more.

He reflected deeply on how she used to act. When he first met her, she was so cold and distant. She rarely showed any emotion at all. She was completely closed off, acting like a statue made of solid ice.

But now, everything was completely different. Now she laughs freely. She gets embarrassed over small things. She gets angry when he teases her. She shows pure happiness when they are together. She shows sadness when they are apart. She finally feels truly alive.

Grey genuinely loved seeing this lively, expressive side of her. It made his heart full.

Alissa did not know how to respond to such a confession.

Finally, two full hours passed in peace.

Alan turned around from the control panel and informed them of their progress. "Master, we have almost arrived."

Grey and Alissa stood up from the comfortable sofa. They walked over and looked directly through the large viewing window at the front of the bridge.

As the ship slowly exited the massive wormhole, the endless dark void parted like a curtain.

In the far distance, a glowing universe slowly came into view. But it did not look like a normal, round universe.

It was a massive, sharp cube.

The edges of the cube were flickering wildly with strange colors. Entire sections of the universe were glitching in and out of existence, looking exactly like a broken machine or a corrupted computer screen.

Grey frowned as he stared at the bizarre sight.

"That is strange," Grey said seriously. "Alan, Alissa, do you see that?"

"Yeah." They both nodded in unison.

It was strange.

Forget Alissa, not even Alan had seen such a strange sight like this before in his life.

This was a first.

Grey however had some ideas about it.

He believed this was related to the Chaos Source Codex.

"Let’s go in." Grey turned to Alan.

"If it’s not safe, we will escape using world breaking source power." Grey added.

He had enough for two trips right now, hence, he was not afraid.

Soon, the reality ship got closer and broke into the universe.
