Grey negotiated with the Dao of Space, securing instant advanced spatial law comprehension and dimensional transcendence for worthy 6th-rank pathstriders under automated Heavenly Mandate safeguards. He then convinced the Dao of Time to grant the same boon and a personal limited time-rewinding ability, learning hints of time's seals tied to gods and the Ascendancy Domain. As the Heavenly Dao descended, Grey withdrew, materializing his enhanced 6th-rank path before planning to hunt a Lesser Heaven for time law progress.

Ring! Ring!

Suddenly, his phone started to ring.

The call was from the Yellow Ancestor.

"Hello," Grey answered.

"Hello, Yellow Ancestor. Your call came quicker than I thought."

"I discovered a method to access the Immortal Sovereign Palace. This chance comes only once. Ready to head there right away?"

"Sure." Grey nodded in agreement.

"Excellent. The Elf race heads to the Immortal Sovereign Palace for an exchange competition. They visited the elves earlier to inspect the World Tree. Seize this moment to slip into the Immortal Sovereign Palace. I'm sending you an escape talisman. If danger strikes, activate it to flee, or unleash your Beast of Finality along with your 100,000 Army of Angels. Both options will do."

"Sure." Grey nodded once more.

The Yellow Ancestor ended the call while Grey notified Xia Qingyue and the rest.

"I’m tagging along too!" Eve exclaimed cheerfully.

"Count me in." Julie tilted her head as she declared.

"I’m definitely joining," Xia Qingyue affirmed with a wink.

Then, an unfamiliar voice echoed from nearby.

"I’m coming as well." The tone was icy, but Grey detected a familiar ring to it.

It belonged to Alissa.

"Huh, why?" Grey cocked his head. "Didn’t you wish to remain with your parents?"

By this point, Angela Anderson, Melissa, Wang Lin, Evan, and Miwa had gathered too.

"She’s grown up now. What’s the point of clinging to her mama all day?" Melissa chuckled teasingly while shaking her head. "You youngsters ought to hang out more."

A flicker of embarrassment crossed Alissa’s eyes.

Right before arriving, she’d shared a conversation with Melissa.

---

"Alissa, planning to stay single forever? You’re nineteen already. Your mother wed at twenty-three. For evolvers like us, that’s merely an instant. Time to seek a partner."

"I know exactly who catches your eye." Melissa winked playfully at Alissa.

"He’s a fine young man, and I reckon no one surpasses him across this universe or beyond."

"It’s not like that, Mother." Alissa denied while shaking her head. "We hardly know one another."

"Hardly know each other? Didn’t you spend years side by side?" Melissa blinked, puzzled.

"..." Alissa went quiet. Melissa remained unaware that this Grey differed from before. Only a year had passed since his transmigration.

"I don’t know. I don’t feel anything for him." Alissa shook her head, face turning frigid.

"He doesn’t care for me either," Alissa muttered, lips pursing.

"If he truly didn’t care, would he have wiped out the whole dragon race?"

"You’re tangled in your feelings, Alissa. You haven’t discovered your true self yet." Melissa sighed. "Currently, you’re merely a True Dragon, and nothing more."

"You must uncover who you are." Melissa pressed on. "I discovered mine through your father. He revealed a vast world hidden from the secluded dragon realm."

"Go mingle with peers your age." Melissa clucked her tongue. "And pursue that guy. Act more feminine around him; you’re always so frosty. Surely, suitors flock to you everywhere. As my daughter and a True Dragon, your beauty rivals the gods. But alas..."

"No way!" Alissa flushed with embarrassment, rejecting firmly.

---

"Alright then, Julie, Xia Qingyue, Eve, Eterna, and Alissa. What about you, Evan? Joining us?" Grey asked, turning to him.

"Nah. A breakthrough looms for me soon. I need to get ready," Evan replied with a wry grin.

"Got sufficient resources for it?" Grey probed.

"Nope," Evan answered, lips twitching.

"The alliance’s full of cheapskates. They skipped rewards even for second runner-up." Grey remarked innocently.

"Hey, quit badmouthing the alliance." Eve tsked. "He earned a special status from the tournament at least."

"..." Grey chuckled, snapping his fingers. He handed Evan several high-grade origin treasures.

Tier 1 treasures overflowed here, useless to him anyway.

"You didn’t need to do that." Xia Qingyue pouted.

"No big deal." Grey dismissed with a shake of his head.

They departed shortly after. The Yellow Ancestor had provided the rendezvous point with the elves.

Beyond the alliance territory, a spaceship hovered, awaiting Grey and his companions.

"Heard the uproar in the Alliance? Rumor has it that the newly ascended Saint annihilated them," Caerwyn, the high elf, declared solemnly. As one of the elf race’s elite geniuses, he’d attained the Origin stage.

"I barely caught a glimpse of him. Never got a look at his face or details," Iandir added.

"I also wanted to see this Saint." A curious expression graced the face of Aerin, the stunning highborn elven maiden, as she spoke.

Her beauty rivaled that of Alissa and Lia perfectly. After all, elves sprang from the World Tree, linked directly to the Origin Will, granting them all impeccable looks.

"I’m heading to the Immortal Sovereign Palace for formation inspiration. With luck, I’ll pick up new skills there." As a 6-star formation master, Aerin aimed to connect with experts during this gathering and absorb their knowledge firsthand.

Whoosh!

Right in the midst of their conversation, an immense shadow abruptly blanketed their spaceship.

"What the hell?" Pale faces spread instantly among the elves and elders aboard the craft.

"Isn’t that the Dragon Monarch’s spacecraft?" An elder uttered in sheer astonishment.

"Does that mean the one dispatched by the Yellow Ancestor is..." Bewildered looks passed between the 7th-rank elven elders.

Moments later, the massive ship disappeared, and Grey along with Alissa, Julie, Eve, Eterna, and Xia Qingyue all stepped down into view.

"Nice to meet you. I am Grey. These are my friends." Grey offered greetings to the elves. He and his companions had already slipped inside the spaceship seamlessly. Using the origin line frequency, Grey had shattered the protective barrier with ease.

"Nice to meet you, I’m Aerin." The elegant elven girl was quick to grasp Grey’s hand first.

Next, her gaze shifted to the women trailing Grey, confusion evident in her eyes.

Though he called them friends, to onlookers, they appeared as his devoted harem.

"We were awaiting your arrival." At that moment, the elven elders approached to welcome Grey warmly.

"Good. Shall we head out to the Immortal Sovereign Palace then?"

"As you say." Deep reverence colored the elders’ words. Witnessing Grey up close solidified his extraordinary nature; he had to be the Saint!

With utmost respect, they guided the spaceship onward.

In no time, it traversed countless light-years to arrive at the Immortal Sovereign Palace.

Vast nearly like the dragon world itself, the Immortal Sovereign Palace loomed grandly. Without pause, their spaceship plunged inside.

"Fragment." A frown creased Grey’s brow suddenly.

[Yes, I can sense it.]

[It’s a Lesser Heaven.]
