Kyrian's consciousness drifts into a familiar dreamscape, a void where he encounters a colossal, sorrowful eye. A shadowy feminine figure stands before it, her presence shrouded in mystery. He approaches, and she acknowledges his recurring visit, her voice carrying an inexplicable familiarity.

Her gaze remained fixed on Kyrian for a few moments. Especially on his eyes, the violet eyes that shone in the darkness with a light of their own. Then... on his spine, where the Bone of the Heavens pulsed with a crimson energy that he could not see, but she could perceive clearly.

It was as if only those two parts of his body were illuminated in that darkness, while the rest of his form was invisible to her.

Kyrian took a deep breath, feeling the darkness fill his lungs.

He had finally found someone capable of answering his questions. He had no intention of wasting that opportunity.

"Who are you?" he asked, his voice firm.

He paused briefly, organizing the questions boiling inside his mind.

"Actually... where are we? Is this just a dream? Or are we somewhere real? And why do I appear here every time I fall asleep?"

The questions came one after another, without pause, without hesitation. For days, those doubts had remained trapped inside his mind, unanswered. Now, at last, there was someone capable of answering them.

The woman remained silent for a few seconds, her form as motionless as a statue of shadows. Then she let out a soft laugh, a gentle sound, almost musical.

"You really do have a lot of questions." Her voice remained calm, though there was a hint of amusement in it.

"You may call me... Gao Ziyue."

The words echoed through the void, every syllable carrying meaning.

At that instant... Kyrian’s mind seemed to explode.

Gao... Ziyue?

The name immediately awakened countless memories. The young woman he had met at the beginning of the Descent of the Celestial Festival. The Heir of Heaven. The daughter of the Sky Family. The woman whose mere gaze had made his heart race for the first time.

That... was completely unexpected.

Kyrian remained silent for a few moments, processing the information. His mind worked rapidly, connecting the dots.

"You..." he finally asked, his voice carrying a note of disbelief.

"Are you really Gao Ziyue?"

Even to him, it seemed difficult to believe. He still could not see her face.

Her voice was also completely different from the one he had heard before, softer, more weary. Perhaps she was altering her voice with Qi. Or perhaps... that was her true voice, the one she hid behind a facade in the waking world.

The woman simply nodded, a slow and deliberate motion.

"Yes."

Then she tilted her head slightly, as though examining him more closely.

"And you?"

"Kyrian."

She spent a few more seconds observing his eyes again, as if searching for something within them.

"How long have you been appearing here?"

"Since I arrived at the Sky Caravan," Kyrian answered immediately, his voice steady.

"Every time I fall asleep... I wake up in this place."

He paused once more, his eyes sweeping across the surrounding darkness.

"What exactly is this place?"

Gao Ziyue turned her gaze back to the gigantic eye, her form leaning slightly toward the immense pupil.

"It seems..." she began, her voice carrying an emotion that was difficult to identify.

"That you’re just like me."

Kyrian frowned slightly, confused.

"Just like you?"

She nodded, her fingers tracing an invisible pattern across the eye’s iris.

"To answer your question... this place exists between the real world and dreams. It isn’t an ordinary dream, nor is it an illusion created by your mind. It is a real domain, a space that exists within the cracks of reality."

She paused, as if choosing her words carefully.

"It is a domain created by Azhura’k’s special Qi." She once again ran her hand across the enormous iris. The eye responded subtly, a faint golden ripple spreading across its surface, as though it had felt her touch.

"Azhura’k is an ancient beast. A creature belonging to a race that has become completely extinct. A race so ancient that it has practically vanished from history, with only one remaining in existence."

Kyrian listened to every word in absolute silence, his mind absorbing the information.

"From birth... that race possessed an innate connection to the Heavenly Will. Not a connection cultivated or learned, but something that existed in their blood, in their very essence."

She turned to face him once again.

"Only people who are deeply connected to the Heavenly Will can enter this domain. Not an ordinary connection. Every cultivator possesses some degree of affinity with the Heavenly Will. That alone is not enough."

Kyrian processed her words, beginning to understand their implications.

"For a long time, I believed that only people with a Heavenly Physique could come here." Her gaze lowered once again to Kyrian’s spine, where the Bone of the Heavens pulsed invisibly.

"But... it seems... those who possess a Bone of the Heavens can as well."

Kyrian understood immediately. His former mortal body could never have entered this place. His original constitution, though strengthened through cultivation, lacked the affinity necessary to access Azhura’k’s domain.

But everything had changed after the Fire Spirit had implanted the Bone of the Heavens into his body. His constitution had been completely reconstructed—his meridians, his talent, his affinity with fire, his very essence. Everything had changed.

Now, his body was far closer to the Heavenly Will itself. The affinity he possessed was no longer a distant connection; it had become a fundamental part of his existence.

That was precisely why he could access this domain.

At the same time... another conclusion naturally arose in his mind.

’So... she truly possesses a Heavenly Physique.’

When he had first met her, his eyes had pierced through the illusion hidden within her body. He had seen something, sensed something, but at the time he had only suspected it. He had not been certain.

Now... he had his confirmation. Gao Ziyue truly was the bearer of a Heavenly Physique, a supreme talent, an existence comparable to the Bone of the Heavens or his own Innate Talent.

Kyrian turned his gaze back to the gigantic eye, his violet pupils reflecting the golden light radiating from its iris.

The words of the sorrowful voice still echoed in his memory, a desperate plea rising from the depths of that immense being.

"...Help me..."

He remained silent for several moments, processing everything he had heard, absorbing all its implications.

Then he asked calmly, his voice gentle in the darkness.

"So... you wanted to help him?"

His gaze remained fixed upon the colossal eye, studying its shape, its patterns.

"He seems to be suffering. I don’t know exactly why, but I’ve been able to hear his voice ever since I came here. He’s... asking for help."

Gao Ziyue slowly closed her eyes, her body seeming to shrink ever so slightly beneath the weight of her memories. A long sigh escaped her lips, filled with a sadness that Kyrian could feel even through the darkness.

"Yes..." Her voice carried a weight that was impossible to conceal.

"It’s complicated."

She spent several more seconds gently caressing the enormous iris, her fingers tracing patterns Kyrian could not decipher. The eye answered with another faint golden ripple, as though it recognized her touch, as though that contact was the only thing that brought it comfort throughout the eternity of its imprisonment.

Then, at last, she spoke, her voice firmer now.

"Come. Step closer."

She kept one hand on the eye while making a small gesture with the other, inviting Kyrian to approach.

"Since you are the only other person capable of entering this place..."

She paused, her form turning completely to face him.

"It’s time for me to explain what truly happened to Azhura’k."

Kyrian took a deep breath and stepped forward. At last, the answers he had been searching for were within his reach.
