Annie Lawrence and her mother Rose Liall are kicked out of their rented house after David Benington stops providing for them. Desperate and with no money, they are forced to check into a budget hotel.

"What is it?" Another girl inquired softly upon noticing her demeanor.

The first girl presented the ID she held and whispered, "Isn't this the Omega Huntley who trended on Blog today? The names match, and they bear a striking resemblance."

Upon hearing this, the second girl took the ID for a closer look, then lifted her gaze to observe Annie Lawrence a few more times.

Subsequently, a shared glance between the two confirmed Annie Lawrence's identity.

Seeing that the two receptionists had yet to complete her check-in and were regarding her with peculiar expressions, Annie felt a surge of irritation. "What are you whispering about? Is there an issue with my ID? Please hurry and process my check-in." she demanded angrily.

Both receptionists looked up, their initial polite smiles vanishing completely.

"You are Omega Huntley, the one who snatched Joanna Lawrence's boyfriend and even underwent plastic surgery to resemble her, aren't you?" one stated, her tone hardening. "I'm afraid we don't welcome your kind here. Kindly choose another hotel." With that, the receptionist tossed Annie's ID back onto the counter.

"Indeed, shameless women like you are not welcome," the other added venomously. "Do you truly believe that by altering your appearance to mimic Joanna, you can become like her? Keep dreaming. No matter how you change your face, people will never favor a woman with a heart as foul as yours."

As devoted fans of Joanna, both receptionists naturally showed Annie no leniency.

Their harsh scolding left Annie stunned.

Regaining her composure, her face contorted with fury. She pointed a trembling finger towards the receptionists' faces. "What kind of attitude is this? You're merely receptionists! By what right do you deny guests service?"

"Summon your manager this instant! I intend to file a complaint!"

The receptionists remained unfazed by her threat. "There's no need to involve the manager. Our manager shares our sentiments regarding you. He wouldn't permit someone like you to stay here, as it would tarnish our hotel's image and reputation!"

"If you refuse to leave, we'll summon security to escort you out!"

"You... you!" Annie trembled with rage, her nostrils flaring.

"How can a hotel operate like this?" Rose Liall, who had been waiting for Annie, found the prolonged check-in process unusual and approached the desk.

She then overheard the two receptionists telling Annie to leave.

Merely an hour prior, they had been expelled by security from the residential area.

Now, even the hotel receptionists were attempting to drive them away.

And this was merely a modest, budget hotel.

How could she possibly endure such profound humiliation?

Pointing accusingly at the receptionists, she bellowed, "You're just receptionists; who granted you the authority to turn away guests? Believe it or not, I'll report you right now and have you packing your things and leaving immediately."

"This is outrageous! Such a small, budget establishment, yet the staff exhibit such arrogance. Bring out your boss! I wish to inquire how he recruits personnel and why he hired individuals like yourselves."

At that precise moment, a group of people emerged from the elevator.

Simultaneously, another group entered through the main entrance.

Rose Liall's loud pronouncements had instantly captured everyone's attention in the hall.

All eyes turned towards her.

Then, they noticed Rose Liall standing by the reception counter, with Annie Lawrence positioned beside her.
