Anthony obtained a collection of books from the Heavenly Library to learn about the Hellinder Realm. He discovered that eighteen major races coexist, each with innate Laws, unlike humans who possess adaptability. Humans also form Sects and kingdoms, while other races form Clans. He learned about dangerous forbidden locations like the Shrine of the Devouring Emperor and the World of the Absent One, pondering what could have defeated such powerful beings.

Anthony closed the book and placed it aside, having finished reading it. The adventurer within him immediately felt the urge to visit every one of those forbidden places, but not now. When he was absolutely certain he could wipe out anything that stood in his way, he would personally make his way to each of those locations.

Anthony sighed as he picked up another book, this one titled ’Cultivation For All.’ Opening it, he began reading bit by bit. As the title suggested, it contained only the basic information regarding cultivation.

According to the book, cultivation officially began at the age of fifteen. Anyone who possessed a Dantian could cultivate, as the Dantian served as the wellspring and foundation of Origin Essence.

However, that wasn’t the whole story. Various forms of natural advantages existed for true geniuses. Some individuals were born with Bloodlines that automatically awakened the moment the owner began cultivating. These Bloodlines granted all sorts of unique abilities, something Anthony could already roughly understand without needing further explanation.

Then there were Physiques, which could awaken immediately from birth depending upon the unique circumstances surrounding their owners. Some Physiques, however, still required special heavenly materials and precious resources before they could be fully awakened, even after their owners reached the age of fifteen.

There were also Bones, unique skeletal constitutions that greatly enhanced cultivation speed, talent, affinity, and various other aspects related to cultivation.

Anthony suspected that the disciples known as the Above back in the restricted area possessed one or even several of these extraordinary advantages. Of course, there were also children and cultivators who possessed nothing but overwhelmingly terrifying natural talent without relying on any Bloodline, Physique, or Bone whatsoever.

’So, there’s nothing like an Awakening Ceremony or anything similar,’ Anthony thought to himself as he turned another page.

The book continued by explaining that Laws could theoretically be comprehended by anyone regardless of age. That answered one of Anthony’s greatest questions. He had genuinely wondered whether Laws could only be comprehended after reaching a certain cultivation rank.

However, although everyone possessed the ability to comprehend Laws, that certainly didn’t mean everyone actually could. At the end of the day, everything depended entirely upon one’s comprehension. Ordinary children simply couldn’t comprehend something as profound as the Laws.

Well...

Except for the ridiculously monstrous geniuses.

It was comparable to handing a five-year-old child, who was still learning how to count from one to one hundred, an advanced university-level theorem and expecting them to solve it. Naturally, they wouldn’t understand a single thing. Of course, exceptions existed in every field. There were always unbelievable child prodigies capable of solving problems that should have been utterly impossible for someone their age.

The exact same principle applied here.

Everything ultimately came down to comprehension.

And comprehension couldn’t be forced.

Anthony nodded to himself as the explanation made perfect sense.

Another eye-opening revelation was that any Law had to be comprehended to at least ten percent before it could begin influencing reality. That initial ten percent was universally considered the easiest milestone to reach.

The irony, however, was that this so-called easiest step often required ordinary cultivators decades or even centuries to accomplish, while true geniuses occasionally crossed it within only a few months.

The book also mentioned that reading another person’s insights regarding a Law could significantly deepen one’s own understanding, provided the reader genuinely comprehended what they were reading instead of merely memorizing the words.

Anthony’s eyes drifted downward as he arrived at the section detailing the cultivation ranks.

Starseed — Skyforge — Starheart — Aetherborn — Heavensoul — Astraforge — Firmament — Star Monarch — Empyrean — Heavenforge — Arbiter — Eternal Regent — Starseer — Progenitor — Eternal Apex.

There were fifteen major cultivation ranks in total. Each one was further divided into three sub-ranks.

Foundation — Ascension — Perfection.

’I’m currently at Foundation Starseed,’ Anthony thought to himself. ’After reaching Eternal Apex... then comes the Universal level,’ he mused quietly.

Anthony turned to the next page after committing every cultivation rank to memory with nothing more than a single glance.

This page discussed Titles.

Just as Anthony had expected, Titles were bestowed by the Ecliptica Galaxy itself and couldn’t simply be claimed because someone desired one. According to the book, the Will of the Ecliptica Galaxy took into account an individual’s achievements, influence, reputation, and public recognition before granting a Title. Furthermore, nobody was limited to possessing only a single Title. New Titles could be bestowed at virtually any age and at any point in one’s life.

According to the book, every Title granted abilities based upon the achievements that had earned it in the first place. Moreover, the stronger the owner became, the stronger the effects of the Title would likewise become.

There was another fascinating detail, people couldn’t lie about their Titles. Well... technically they could. However, everyone within the Ecliptica Galaxy possessed an innate ability that instinctively detected lies whenever Titles were involved.

So, even if Anthony walked outside this very moment and declared that he possessed some grand and prestigious Title, everyone around him would simply stare at him as though he were an absolute fool.

Anthony’s mind couldn’t help but replay every Title he had heard since arriving within the Upper Galaxy, especially those belonging to the Five Core Elders.

The Punisher.

The Slumbering Storm.

The Decipherer of the Heavens.

The Deceiver of Laws.

Chaos Betroth.

The longer Anthony contemplated those Titles, the more he realized that these Core Elders were likely monsters disguised as ordinary Humans.

No... calling them monsters might actually be an understatement.

He couldn’t help but wonder what sort of Title he himself would eventually receive.

Time quietly flowed onward as Anthony remained seated, completely immersed within the books before him. Before he even realized it, several hours had slipped away unnoticed.

Eventually, Anthony let out a quiet sigh as he closed the final book with a soft snap, having thoroughly read everything the Librarian had gathered for him.

Anthony rose to his feet before carefully returning every single book to its original shelf, easily remembering the precise locations from which the Librarian had retrieved them. Only after ensuring everything had been returned exactly as it had been did Anthony begin walking towards the exit.

"It seems you are finished," the Librarian remarked with a calm smile.

"I am. I’ve also returned every book to its proper shelf and original place. I’ll probably be back in a few days. And thank you once again for your help," Anthony replied politely.

"Anytime," the Librarian answered warmly.

He had intended to continue speaking, however, his words caught in his throat as his eyes widened.

Anthony casually stepped through a spatial portal that had silently appeared before him through Thought Conception.

The Librarian stood frozen.

’Didn’t he just ascend twelve hours ago?’ the Librarian asked himself internally, his eyes nearly falling out of their sockets. ’How is he already capable of influencing Space?’

His breathing unconsciously became heavier, then another realization struck him.

’Wait... I didn’t sense even the slightest fluctuation of Origin Essence...’ The Librarian’s eyes widened even further.

’Just... who exactly is this kid?’ he wondered silently as he continued staring at the spot where the portal had been.

A few moments later, the portal quietly closed behind Anthony.

The Library returned to complete silence.

Only the Librarian remained standing there, unable to move, his mind still struggling to process what he had just witnessed.
