Upon returning home and reaching for the bedroom door, Shen Cheng was swiftly enveloped in an embrace before she could even process what was happening.

"Wife..." a deep, husky voice, laced with a playful seduction, whispered near her ear.

"How much did you drink?" Shen Cheng inquired, detecting a strong aroma of alcohol from Shi Yu as she tilted her head up to look at him.

"Not a lot, just a single bottle of wine," Shi Yu replied. He gently lifted her chin, placing a kiss on her lips before murmuring into her ear, "Ever since I met you, my aversion to social gatherings has grown; a single drink now leaves me intoxicated."

"Always with the sweet talk," Shen Cheng jested, gently pushing him away. She turned towards the wardrobe, intending to select her sleepwear for a shower.

However, Shi Yu's hold was persistent. He followed her, wrapping his arms around her waist from behind, resting his chin on her shoulder, and lightly grazing her earlobe. "Shen Chengzi, stay with me a little longer," he pleaded softly.

Finding his charm irresistible, Shen Cheng abandoned her shower plans. She turned to face him, beginning to loosen his tie. "We've been married for so many years, and yet your ardor for me shows no sign of fading. You greet me with such intensity every time you return home; doesn't it ever feel tiresome?"

"My passion for you will never diminish," Shi Yu avowed, basking in her attention. His gaze, filled with a mischievous yet tender affection, met hers. "Do you have any idea why?"

"Oh? And why is that?" Shen Cheng asked nonchalantly, tossing the loosened tie onto the nearby sofa.

A devilish smirk played on Shi Yu's lips as he leaned in conspiratorially, his voice a low tease near her ear, "Because your prowess in bed is simply extraordinary, leaving me utterly captivated and unable to resist."

"You incorrigible rogue!" Shen Cheng exclaimed, giving him a playful shove. She then moved to the sofa, her tablet in hand, deciding to immerse herself in a game and feign indifference.

At that exact moment, two small heads emerged from beside the bed. After a quick scan of the room, they toddled towards Shen Cheng, their tiny hands reaching out to tug at her clothes.

Surprised, as she had assumed the little ones were already asleep, Shen Cheng asked, "Why aren't you two in bed yet?"

"We can't sleep," they replied in unison, their little faces set in adorable pouts.

"What's the matter?" Shen Cheng set her tablet aside, reaching out to stroke their heads. She pulled them into her arms, settling one on each of her lap.

The instant Little Tian Jue and Xiao Ao Jue settled onto her legs, someone swiftly scooped them up. With a stern expression, Shi Yu warned them, "She is my woman. You two had better keep your hands off and return to your rooms, or your toys will be confiscated."

Shen Cheng looked at the man before her, rendered momentarily speechless. "..."

It had been three whole years since the children were born, yet his possessiveness, even towards his own sons, seemed to intensify.

Undeterred by Shi Yu's warning, the two little ones instinctively sought refuge in Shen Cheng's embrace.

"Mommy, when you're not here, Daddy misbehaves terribly... He even let us watch cartoons with kissing scenes," Little Tian Jue, the elder twin, piped up first. He had grown into a handsome young boy, his delicate features as if sculpted from jade, his fair complexion flawless.

Xiao Ao Jue was no different; their appearances remained strikingly identical, with no discernible difference even in their heights.

Xiao Ao Jue pouted and added, "Mommy, Daddy also said he plans to 'bully' you all night long and won't let you sleep... He wants to keep pressing down on you..."
