Shi Mei, already annoyed, further irked by a car honking incessantly behind him, calls someone to deal with the offending vehicle. He had borrowed Shi Keke's car to take it for repairs after she scratched it, and ended up blocking traffic during rush hour, frustrating other drivers.

The owner of the automobile grew incredibly furious. He swung his fist, delivering a forceful blow to the car window. "You've got some nerve! Just you wait!"

With that declaration, he turned abruptly and strode back towards his own vehicle. He reached for his phone, initiating a call.

It appeared he had connections within the Road Administration Bureau and the Traffic Police Team, as he swiftly explained the predicament. The person on the other end assured him that assistance would be dispatched immediately.

Bolstered by the promise of official backing, the car owner felt a surge of confidence. Deciding that anxiety wouldn't help, he lit a cigarette and adopted a relaxed posture, turning the wait into a spectacle. After all, witnessing the car ahead being hauled away by a tow truck promised to be quite a diverting scene.

However, to everyone's surprise, when the representatives from the Road Management Bureau and the Traffic Police Team arrived, they bypassed the queue of vehicles obstructed behind the stalled car. Instead, they approached Shi Mei's car, offering cigarettes, lighting them, and engaging in gestures of deference and respect.

The car owner stood utterly bewildered, questioning if a mistake had been made. He quickly exited his vehicle to investigate, but was intercepted by several traffic police officers who barred his advance.

"Hey, I say..."

A traffic officer cut off the car owner's protestation. "The vehicle ahead has broken down. There's an oil leak, and given the high temperatures, a spontaneous combustion is a distinct possibility. This situation is extremely critical and requires immediate attention. Please refrain from making noise and simply wait your turn."

"Oil leak?" The car owner crouched down, peering beneath Shi Mei's car. He then cast a suspicious glance at the traffic police. "There's no oil leak..."

Unwilling to engage in further discussion, the traffic police officer merely glanced at him before moving aside, resuming his flattering interactions with Shi Mei and the others.

Finally, after a lapse of five minutes, Shi Mei reignited the engine and drove away.

Curiously, his departure coincided with a red traffic signal...

This meant Shi Mei blatantly disregarded the red light directly in front of the traffic police, committing a clear violation.

The car owner observed this detail and confronted the traffic police once more. "It's almost excusable that his breakdown caused a traffic jam, but how do you explain him running a red light? What you're doing is essentially enabling and encouraging criminal behavior! I'm warning you, I will most certainly file a report with the relevant authorities. Furthermore, my car is equipped with a dashcam. Once I submit this footage, you'll be, haha, finished!"

Without awaiting a response, he furiously re-entered his car and sped off as the light turned green.

What the car owner didn't anticipate was being apprehended at the very next intersection. He was forcibly removed from his vehicle by several men dressed in black and subsequently subjected to a brutal beating within a secluded alley.

The most devastating consequence, however, was the defacement of his black Audi Q7, which was doused in red paint, rendering it utterly ruined...

Shi Keke encountered the news report at midday, its headline proclaiming: "Driver Flagrantly Parks Illegally for Thirty Minutes at Intersection, Causing Significant Traffic Congestion."

"Master, isn't that your vehicle?" Wei Shenshen, possessing exceptionally keen eyesight, immediately identified the license plate on the SUV, recognizing it as belonging to Shi Keke.

Shi Keke casually replied, "The individual driving it is my brother. Our family possesses some wealth, leading him to a rather impetuous disposition."

"Oh, I understand..."

"Well, let's eat. We still have appointments with the involved parties this afternoon."

While she appeared indifferent to the news, Shi Keke had, in fact, gleaned significant insights from it.

The timing of the incident likely coincided with her telephone conversation with Shi Mei. This confirmed that her words had indeed impacted him, successfully provoking his anger; otherwise, given his usual temperament, he would never have engaged in such a petty act.
