Love You Till the End Chapter 1149 - 1158: I Love You Too
Previously on Love You Till the End...
Qi Jingren offered a smile, saying, "Then let's just remain like this for sleep."
Qin Shaobai gently tapped her nose with his finger. Affection filled his eyes, his gaze seeming to liquefy into water, overflowing with tenderness.
"I love you," Qi Jingren declared, her gaze fixed on him, openly confessing her heart. Love was love, she acknowledged it and was prepared to continue this love alongside him.
"Silly girl," Qin Shaobai murmured. He lowered his head, pressing a deep kiss upon her lips. Then, he shifted away from her and lay down beside her, sliding his arm beneath her neck to create a comfortable pillow for her head.
Holding her close, he whispered into her ear with the utmost conviction, "Qi Jingren, I love you too."

Su Jiuyi couldn't recall how she had endured the night. Even as daylight dawned, she felt as though she were still immersed in a dream, with everything appearing incredibly surreal and ephemeral.
She once again picked up her phone to dial Shi Aoju’s number, but the outcome remained unchanged; a system prompt indicated that the other party’s phone was switched off.
Unable to contact Shi Aoju, she managed to strike up a conversation with a maid with whom she had a reasonably good rapport. She learned that no one was at home that day, Shi Aoju included.
Su Jiuyi paced back and forth in the courtyard. As the clock neared seven, a sense of anxiety began to creep in.
Just as she was about to call Qi Jingren to inquire about the situation, her phone rang. It was Su Manning calling.
Su Jiuyi answered, saying, "Hello."
"Sister, why didn't you inform me in advance about your marriage? I didn't even have the chance to prepare a gift," Su Manning exclaimed. Perhaps due to witnessing the seemingly harmonious relationship between Shi Aoju and Su Jiuyi previously, Su Manning didn't find their marriage excessively sudden. She merely expressed mild dissatisfaction that Su Jiuyi had not notified her ahead of time.
"Too busy," Su Jiuyi offered, unable to conjure a more suitable excuse and resorting to a simple, random reason.
"Is that so?" Su Manning appeared not to harbor any doubts.
"Mm," Su Jiuyi confirmed.
"Then I'll give you a red envelope. Sister, hopefully, you won't find me too unfashionable. The wedding begins in two hours, so there's no time to arrange a gift. I hope you don't mind," Su Manning said with an apologetic tone.
"Don't worry, I don't need any gifts," Su Jiuyi replied. "Besides, I should be the one giving out red envelopes."
After all, she and Su Manning shared the same blood. Regardless of the depth of their estrangement, certain courtesies were undeniably essential.
"Then let's exchange envelopes and see whose is larger," Su Manning chuckled, her voice as melodious as a musical note.
Before Su Jiuyi could respond, Su Manning added, "Sister, Dad asked me to relay a message for you. He said he won't accept a single cent of the 30 million dowry your brother-in-law provided. Instead, he wishes to keep it securely for himself, considering it as leaving you a path forward. He also expressed his hope that you find happiness."
Su Jiuyi had no idea when Su Zhenxiong had received the dowry, nor did she intend to investigate. She simply said, "Please extend my thanks to him."
Su Manning was silent for a few seconds, then spoke with a slightly heavy tone, "Dad went to the company very early this morning. It seems there's a financial issue that requires his immediate attention, so he likely won't be able to make it to your wedding."
Su Jiuyi responded with a simple sound, "Let's leave it at that. I need to go prepare now."
"Alright, Sister. I'll be heading over shortly," Su Manning said. "This is the most important day of your life. Don't dwell on any unhappiness; strive to be the most beautiful bride."
