Zhou Wen conversed with An Sheng about preserving challenges for humanity through the Century Battle, then distributed powerful Companion Beasts and Race Artifacts to him and others. He bid emotional farewells to family and friends, entrusting them with Companion Beasts like Banana Fairy to Wang Lu and Prisoner to Li Xuan for safeguarding Guide Ancient City. Zhou Wen accepted a simple coin from Wang Lu as a token, promising to repay an old debt upon his return.

‘Do you wish to use the Cosmic coin?’ In the depths of space, Zhou Wen clutched his phone with one hand while holding the Cosmic coin in the other. A prompt for activation popped up on his phone screen.

Without a second thought, Zhou Wen selected ‘yes.’ He yearned to discover what lay beyond this world and pinpoint the location of the lab and the woman from the video.

Why did the phone manage to download dimensional zone dungeons? Who orchestrated everything? Was the main universe a superior realm to this one, or merely a title? Why dispatch An Jing and her mother here? Answers to all these mysteries awaited only beyond. Thus, he resolved to depart without delay, ready to stake it all.

Hum!

!!

The Cosmic coin slipped from Zhou Wen’s grasp and whirled furiously through the air. Violet lightning erupted from it, raging like a tempest of energy.

Space around them warped as the violet glow surged brighter and expanded further.

Boom!

Amid the twisting purple radiance, an ancient violet portal descended slowly.

As this universe’s sovereign, Zhou Wen sensed its laws crumbling and fracturing beneath the purple door’s might, shattering like fragile glass.

The portal’s descent carried an overwhelmingly fearsome aura, every segment infused with arcane, primordial nomological forces beyond comprehension.

Under its domineering suppression and destruction, Zhou Wen realized that summoning the full might of the universe wouldn’t even nudge it.

Had An Jing’s mother piloted the vessel through this very door back then? Zhou Wen fixed his gaze on the fully materialized purple door and approached it. Right as he reached to shove it open, a

bizarre shift rippled through the nearby space. Four figures ripped across the sky.

They were the Four Dimitrios Monkeys, positioned at four distinct points, glaring down at Zhou Wen like demonic overlords.

“You may leave, but leave Truth Listener behind.” The Long-Armed Ape Monkey’s voice boomed like a massive gong, deep and thunderous. As it echoed, an ancient allure seemed to cleanse the soul. “Why?” Zhou Wen questioned the Long-Armed Ape Monkey.

“It can’t go there, or it will bring misfortune. It won’t help you at all. Rather, it will summon calamity,” the Six-Eared Macaque grinned.

“Why would it be inauspicious for Truth Listener to leave?” Zhou Wen’s brow furrowed.

“Because Truth Listener shouldn’t leave in the

first place.” The Red-Bottomed Horse

Monkey’s voice rang out.

“I’ll give you one final chance. Give me a reason that convinces me,” Zhou Wen stated coolly, eyeing the purple door.

The Four Dimitrios Monkeys exchanged glances. The Intelligent Stone Monkey spoke, “Truth Listener’s destiny intertwines with yours. Taking it along means one of you will face suffering later. Best to leave it here.”

Zhou Wen said nothing more and shoved the door open. “You can’t take Truth Listener away!” The Four Dimitrios Monkeys bellowed together, lunging forward to halt him. Yet, once the purple door swung wide, its radiant purple light bathed them. They cried out in agony as one. Wherever the light touched their forms, they melted away like ice under blaze.

They retreated swiftly, unwilling to near the door or suffer the purple light’s glare from behind it. From a distance, they could only howl, urging Zhou Wen to abandon Truth Listener.

Ignoring their pleas, Zhou Wen stepped through the door into the enveloping purple light, vanishing within

it.

He had boldly departed with the Devil King and The Thearch. The Devil King, Child of Dimension, wielded mastery over fate. If she escaped this realm, why not Truth Listener?

He dismissed the Four Dimitrios

Monkeys’ warnings. They had uttered similar prophecies before.

Zhou Wen placed no faith in them. Having merged with the universe itself, even if the Four Dimitrios Monkeys divined celestial secrets, how could they surpass his own insight?

Boom!

The purple door sealed shut and faded away within the purple glow. The storm of violet light contracted to a single point before exploding into oblivion.

“It’s done… Truth Listener is gone…” The Four Dimitrios Monkeys looked deathly pale. “Haha, are you four clowns? You’re hilarious. Trying to trick him with that drivel. Don’t you know who he is?” A lavish nobleman in a white fur coat hovered midair above the Four Dimitrios Monkeys, chuckling.

“You wretched scum, daring to show your face before us?

Why didn’t you block him from taking Truth Listener?” The Four Dimitrios Monkeys snarled furiously at the white-clad nobleman.

“Why would I block him?” The nobleman sneered with curled lips. “You know what happens if they discover Truth Listener,” the Long-Armed Ape Monkey growled deeply. “How should I know the fallout? I’m not its dad.” The nobleman spat. “I’m just a

peaceful Adonis. What makes you think I’d stop him? You four didn’t dare either. Why me? Will you cover it if my perfect face gets marred?” “Why not drop dead?” The Intelligent Stone Monkey scowled furiously, but outmatched in banter, it mustered only that retort.

“Truth Listener’s already gone with him.

No use talking now,” the Red-Bottomed Horse Monkey sighed. “Blame yourselves. Why wait till now? He rules a universe—stopping him is pointless,” the nobleman scoffed. “Who’d have thought he’d pull it off?

The Devil King was the fated one.” The Red-Bottomed Horse Monkey felt utter despair hearing that. “That proves you can’t outscheme fate no matter your schemes. Skip the futility and drink up instead.” The nobleman glanced at the vanished purple door’s spot

and drifted away leisurely. “Truth Listener never belonged here anyway. Going with him beats hiding with you four cowards by miles.”

Infuriated, the Four Dimitrios Monkeys lunged, but the nobleman had vanished. What is this place? Zhou Wen stared

blankly at the vista before him. It diverged from his expectations.

He stood before a colossal tomb rivaling a mountain in scale. Endless void stretched around it. The massive tomb floated adrift in nothingness.

The tomb, tomb-like a mountain, bristled with bizarre artifacts embedded within. Familiar ones like swords, blades, axes abounded. Oddities too: rulers, banners, cauldrons, furnaces, even an inverted broom.

Each object pulsed with enigmatic power, defying belief.

Snagging any one back would yield a world-shaking divine artifact. Yet many lay broken, their remnants lodged in the tomb, lending it a mournful air.

Atop the tomb fluttered a plain cloth banner, utterly unremarkable.

Yet inscribed on it: Destiny Divination!

Zhou Wen murmured the phrase. Though the banner seemed mundane, those words stirred mystery within him. “Welcome to the world without gods. Here marks your start and finish. Place an item symbolizing you upon the Heavenly Tomb. Should you perish there, it becomes your eternal marker. It endures while you live. Be you god, devil, immortal, or

saint before, now you’re mere mortal, clawing for survival in that dread realm. No gods, immortals, saints dwell there—for every commoner once ruled a world. There, you’re just fragile prey, death ever near. Survive and press to the finale…”

No inscriptions marked the

grave’s front.

The blank stele-like tombstone flared to life, a voice resounding in Zhou Wen’s mind.

“Who are you?” Zhou Wen demanded of the tomb. Silence answered. No matter his queries, no reply came. Nor could he find escape. The infinite void stretched eternally. No life stirred, no matter existed. As if the tomb alone filled all existence.

After pondering, Zhou Wen drew the Human Sovereign Stone Saber from his waist and thrust it into the grave. Though unspecified what to leave—likely anything—Zhou Wen chose the Human Sovereign Stone Saber. Should Earthlings or dimensionals arrive later, they’d recognize it and gauge his fate by its state.

At his caliber, the Human Sovereign Stone Saber held no value, akin to a mundane blade. Pointless to carry.

As the Human Sovereign Stone Saber pierced the Heavenly Tomb, the tombstone’s glow swirled into a vortex passage. Beyond lay doubtless the “world without gods” the voice described.

Live to the end… Live to the end… As the vortex swallowed Zhou Wen, the voice repeated insistently in his ears. “System unlocked… Vitality evaluation… Rookie Lv. 1… Guardian 1… Discovered lifeform that can be converted into Destiny Guardian… Discovered lifeform that can be converted into a Guardian… Converting… Discovered lifeform that can be converted into a Guardian… Converting… Discovered lifeform that can’t be converted into a Guardian… Energy restructuring… Energy restructuring… Error….. Error… This lifeform can’t be restructured… Resetting scan… Origin of lifeform… Z14 spacetime… Name: Fiend-Armored Tiger Soul General… Can’t be reconstructed… Equivalent transformation into a Guardian… Lifeform can’t be converted into a Guardian… Energy restructuring… Restructuring failed…” Zhou Wen kept hearing voices in his head. Likely the phone’s system. Then darkness claimed his sight as unconsciousness took him. “You’re finally here… My lovely… toy…” In a

vast cosmic prison housing one bespectacled female inmate alone, she sensed a presence and lifted her gaze beyond the bars. Her lips curved into a sly smile, like a predator spotting quarry.
