The Devil Ruler, Lester Blood, has returned after millions of years. He awakens by having his guardians sacrifice thirty immortals to provide him with a powerful new body. After a brief reunion with his wife, Morrigan, Lester demonstrates his absolute power by effortlessly extracting information from his two disloyal subordinates, Xanax and the Saint of Blood, before draining them dry.

In less than two months, the Devil Ruler and his resurrected ancient guardians placed the whole universe in absolute chaos. Their march was a relentless tide of darkness, effortlessly killing and conquering every single planet, dimension, and pocket space that dared to exist before their paths. Now, they commanded a corrupted, fanatic army of humans, monsters and immortals numbering in the hundreds of millions.

They could accomplish such a terrifying feat so rapidly due to a catastrophic betrayal: the Realm Ruler of the Third World had bent the knee, cowardly joining the Devil Ruler's apocalyptic reign and surrendering his strength.

[Realm Ruler's Meeting.]

In a hidden, isolated world shielded from the Devil Ruler's gaze by layers of divine concealment, Tan Suey paced back and forth. Her usually stoic face was completely filled with deep, gnawing worries as the cosmic pressure of the impending war weighed on her shoulders.

"Where is he!" She yelled, her voice echoing through the silent, crystalline hall.

The next moment, the fabric of space before her cleanly tore open, and Sunny, holding hands with Josephine, casually walked out from the dimensional rift.

"What took you so long?!!" She yelled at him, her patience entirely eroded by the ticking clock of universal annihilation.

"Sorry, I was delayed." Sunny said with a small, unapologetic smile, completely unfazed by her outburst.

Beside him, Josephine discreetly wiped a stray white substance from her lips. She quickly regained her regal composure and nodded her head: "Yeah, it's my fault." She said, her tone smooth but carrying a faint, hidden warmth.

Tan Suey raised an incredulous eyebrow at the two: 'You must be kidding me?! These two are still doing that even when the universe is in chaos?!' She thought, utterly bewildered by their lack of urgency, watching as Sunny casually sat down on his designated crystalline seat.

"Come on, let's start the meeting." He said, resting his arms on the round table.

"Don't rush me, you are the one who is late." She said, glaring at him as she sat down opposite him, and Josephine, who took the seat to his right.

"Okay, what have you found out?" He asked, his golden eyes finally shifting into a serious, calculating gaze.

"Wait." Tan Suey brought out three flawless, glowing golden gemstones from her spatial storage, and carefully placed them on the center of the table.

The next moment, a brilliant, structural light shone out from the stones, rendering the holographic projections of three majestic, alien beings. Their auras, even through a projection, felt ancient and overwhelmingly vast.

"Guys, this here is Ruler Sunny." Tan Suey introduced, gesturing to the King.

"Sunny, these are Num 1, Num 2, and Num 3. They are the leaders of the first, second and third universes." She introduced.

'What sort of names is these?' Josephine thought in genuine confusion, struggling to connect such simple numerical titles to beings of such supreme authority. She turned to Sunny with a furrowed brow:

"What Universe?"

Sunny leaned forward, his presence grounding the room as he prepared to unveil the deepest secrets of existence.

"Our world is just part of one universe. In total, there are five Universes... Heaven and Earth created these regions, and also created life. Which are the living creatures we all know about." Sunny began, his voice calm and authoritative.

"These creatures later gained powers from heaven and earth and advanced to the rank of Realm Ruler... There are always people who want to challenge and replace Heaven and Earth, so they created their own worlds, which are known as Realm, and also created their own beings with the powers gotten from Heaven and Earth."

He paused, ensuring Josephine was following the profound cosmic hierarchy. "You can take it like this, Realm Ruler are Beings who have half the powers of heaven and earth." He explained, and continued:

"No matter how many Realm Rulers are there, their realms will only be part of our universe. But it's not so easy, after hundreds of millions of years, only five successfully created a full realm, and life in it. Most realm rulers can only create their realms without life; these realm rulers aren't genuine. As for the universe."

He turned his piercing gaze to the four—Tan Suey and the three alien holograms:

"Heaven and Earth created a total of five Universe, and one belongs to us, which have the five realm Rulers. The first, second, and third universes belongs to these three, who are the main Rulers In it... You remember what I told you in the past, that I am not from this world."

Josephine nodded her head, remembering the origin of the man she loved.

"I am from the first Universe, which is where Earth is located, and it belongs to Num 1 here." He revealed, his words stunning Josephine, and causing a visible ripple of shock to pass through the hologram of Num 1.

"Really?! You will need a huge amount of energy to achieve such a thing, even Realm Rulers won't risk it." Tan Suey said in shock, knowing that crossing the boundaries of an entire universe was a feat considered practically impossible.

"The old man who brought me to the fifth realm used his own vitality, which is why he died." Sunny answered, a brief flicker of respect passing through his eyes for the sacrifice that had set his destiny in motion. He then turned back to the three alien sovereigns:

"As for this Devil Ruler, he isn't from this universe too, but from the fourth universe... He's the rightful owner in that universe." He said, letting the heavy truth sink into the room, and continued:

"He is a psychopath who wants to become the new Heaven and Earth. He wants to take over the whole five Universes under his command, then destroy the rules of heaven and earth, and recreate his own rule becoming the new ruler."

"But by destroying the first rule, everyone in the whole four universes will die, that is trillions of lives." Tan Suey said in horror, her hands trembling as she fully grasped the apocalyptic scale of Lester Blood's ambition. It wasn't just conquest; it was total erasure.

"That is why we must stop him..." Sunny turned his full presence to the three universal leaders, his aura flaring with undeniable authority.

"We all share the same goals, and we all want to stop the devil Ruler..." He tapped his finger rhythmically on the table, the sound echoing like a war drum.

"I am his biggest threat, so after he took back his own universe, he will lead all his army to mine and Tan Suey's universe, and wage a war... If we fall, he will target you three next, so I will accept your offer."

Sunny slowly placed his open palm flatly on the table, marking the official formation of the greatest cosmic alliance in history.

"At the border of the two universe, the war that will determine the survival of the five Universes will be decided." He said.
