Zhang Yi arrived in Edo City amidst chaos, rescuing Uncle Yu and Fatty Xu from a monstrous six-armed demon. He discovered the city was engulfed in a thick mist, filled with countless shadowy figures resembling a "Night Parade of One Hundred Demons." After swiftly destroying one demon, Zhang Yi sensed the overwhelming presence of many others and chose to retreat with his companions. They regrouped with Deng Shentong and others, who were also being pursued by the creatures. Zhang Yi used his spatial abilities to escape Edo City entirely, leaving the mysterious and terrifying scene behind. Back outside the city, Deng Shentong pledged his family's honor that he knew nothing of the situation, despite Zhang Yi's suspicions.
