I'm the King Of Technology Chapter 1976 Finale - 1
Previously on I'm the King Of Technology...
A full year has passed since the great War that saw the world's leadership officially change hands. In the streets, children still play with joy, while the masses marvel at the wonders of Tesseract technology. Because of this advancement, citizens in Mirvanna can simply pick up their phones and dial someone as far as Zalipnia, reaching them instantly. Prince Julian was currently occupied with video games, utilizing an internet connection that linked to Baymard's supreme network through the Tesseract. Ring~
His phone chimed repeatedly, forcing him to hit the pause button on his session. "Huff, Huff."
"You guys are lucky someone is calling me right now, otherwise I would have blown you all to pieces! Give me 2 minutes, everyone!" Julian shouted. He didn't stay for a reply, though he inwardly confessed that the newly launched Resident Evil 3 was vastly superior to the first two installments. He hadn't imagined they could improve upon the original duo so significantly.
Of course, the true thrill came from the introduction of Virtual Reality; Julian had nearly wet his pants when he saw the terrifying Zombies lunging at him in full glory. Ahh! Looking at the caller ID, Julian’s hair stood on end as panic surged through him. "Mom? How is Aunt Beverly? Are you having a good time in Zalipnia?" [Julian!~... Why am I hearing reports that you nearly punched your Uncle Zazu in the face yesterday?]
"No, no, no, Mom! That was a total accident!" Julian felt like he was on the verge of tears. He was tucked away in the safety of his room, wearing the very first generation of VR headbands. Initially, he had assumed the VR advertisements were just marketing hype. How could a simple headband accomplish so much?
Julian had scoffed at first, but he received the shock of his life when his consciousness was pulled into the world of Resident Evil. He and his comrades could roam that reality, purging zombies at every turn. The game offered single-player or multiplayer modes for up to 20 people. Julian had been playing alongside Momo and various friends from across the globe. At the start, Julian vowed he wouldn't be frightened. However, upon meeting the game's zombies face-to-face, he and his teammates had wept while fleeing with every ounce of their strength.
Whenever Julian watched horror movies in the past, he always called the characters fools for running into dead ends. But after experiencing the terror firsthand, he realized just how much one's brain malfunctions during such moments.
Summer vacation had arrived once again, and with the rise of International Airlines, travelers could now board planes and fly directly from Baymard to Mirvanna.
Julian let out a chuckle as he reflected on his current life compared to the old days.
Indeed... things had changed immensely.
Nowadays, even his mother could simply hop on a flight to Zalipnia. Naturally, the route required a layover in Baymard first. With cellular signals and internet access now ubiquitous, booking airfare online was a simple task. Global tasks had become far more streamlined than in the past. People often wondered how they had ever survived without this technology. From hailing a cab to checking weather reports or using GPS systems, every journey was made effortless. Laptops were also a massive hit, particularly for those working abroad who used Excel, QuickBooks, and other software to handle their business affairs. Regarding Little Momo and Linda, they weren't exactly little anymore. Now 16 and 15 respectively, the pair were officially engaged. Truthfully, everyone saw it coming. Even though Little Linda was a year older than Momo, it didn't matter; their love for one another was profound. As for Tilda, she had officially ascended as the Queen of Dafaren after witnessing the mutual destruction of the father and son duo, Alexander and Daniel. She had also dealt with Castello, shipping him off to the prison cells of Baymard. In Lingingburg, Veinitta, a new Queen named Helga took the throne with the backing of Baymard.
Fredrik of the Laboon Empire, Tenola, also seized power, sending his siblings and father to Baymard. Upon taking the throne, one of his primary missions was to hunt the remaining Witches lurking in the shadows, now that their fortresses and headquarters had been razed.
5 years later, the TOEP, the witches, and the forces of Adonis were officially wiped out. 2 years after that, Little Ren ascended the throne of the Morg Abian Empire. Another 4 years passed, and every empire on the planet had signed peace treaties with Baymard, allowing the world to breathe a collective sigh of relief. Who could have foreseen this outcome?
Suddenly, Baymard threw its gates wide open to the globe, permitting outsiders to study at the Baymardian academies that were once reserved only for citizens. The Lower Region was also opened to laborers from every corner of the earth. Now, it was their turn to learn and bring innovation to their own lands. Baymard would not build these inventions for them; they had to study, return home, experiment, and find success through their own efforts. 1 year later, Baymard detected hostile lifeforms on a distant planet. In response, they engineered a specialized technology known as the ArkNet—an invisible defensive shield stationed in space. 8 months after that, the world went to war against an Alien race called the Mantolians from the planet Mantol. Hertfilia emerged victorious.
15 years later, with the assistance of the famed Princes Kora, Godric, and Wilfred, Hertfilia was unrecognizable. The world entered the Galactic era, colonizing over 20 planets and populating regions suitable for life. Hertfilia discovered other humanoids and brought them into the fold. These humans were quite unusual. Some possessed a single eye, others had rabbit ears, some sported lizard tails, and some had lower bodies ending in fins like mermaids... yet Hertfilia embraced them all. Was this not the ultimate dream for fans of fantasy?
(^V^)
Incredible!
The citizens of Hertfilia welcomed a variety of species and human variants they never knew existed.
There were people with pink skin, those who identified as Beast men, bat-people with functional wings, and many others.
Amusingly, the inhabitants of these new worlds and planets viewed the people of Hertfilia as Gods because of their advanced technology.
In truth, if the people of modern Hertfilia were to appear before the people of the past, they would likely be viewed as Immortals as well.
