Immortal attacked the Regression System, provoking it into devouring him, which allowed him to use an "Enema" attack to sear its data. As the other Systems moved to retaliate, Technocraft and Dita intervened, though Zaira captured Dita and used it to resurrect Stencil, Gehera, and Rhizen. Compass Carburettor revealed Dita was a fabricated entity and awakened its true form, Slayer, which used its dying essence to destroy one of Zaira's arms. Compass Carburettor then seized a ring and declared "It's time". Across the multiverse, Hazen, Ahjar, and others echoed the phrase as various entities, including Hazen, Shen Ze, Slayer, the 3 Grade 4 Systems, and the Fate System, merged into Compass Carburettor to confront Zaira. Despite the combined efforts of various Systems and Genre Representatives attacking Compass Carburettor, he absorbed their attacks and a blood mist, and Ahjar merged into him, proclaiming "It's Time! For The Main Character!"

Like a vortex where all attacks converged, the assaults from the Genre Representatives swirled amidst the meat shield formed by the Haggons, composed of nearly every member of the Secret Society.

Flashing lights and deathly presences loomed everywhere, potent enough to annihilate life across hundreds of worlds in an instant. However, before these energy attacks could reach their intended targets, time itself halted throughout the entire multiverse.

In this frozen moment, every peak entity could only gaze helplessly at the cluster of blood mist at the focal point of their relentless assaults.

Compass Carburettor's actions were so conspicuous that they even drew the attention of the multiverse's most formidable existence.

"Even my own time has been halted," Mystique exclaimed with a smile of astonishment, observing his own immobile form. "It's only for three seconds, but this is a novel occurrence, even for me."

The expanding bubbles representing universes moving towards him had been suspended by this temporal freeze. But as the positions of their universes—which had remained constant since the dawn of the multiverse—shifted, coupled with the fact that time within them was paused for three seconds, the various collective consciousnesses residing within Mystique began to stir.

Suddenly, caught off guard, Mystique cried out, "No! This is my time! Do not replace me…"

Phew!

The dominant collective consciousness shifted, and Mystique calmly looked upwards, devoid of any emotion or intelligence, his expression resembling that of a mere automaton with rudimentary artificial intelligence. "Matters are escalating. Do you require my intervention?"

[Unnecessary… for now.]

"For now, you say?" Mystique closed his eyes, and upon reopening them, that robotic aura had vanished. The preceding Mystique, responsible for the Great Universe Migration, had returned.

His body was slick with sweat, and even he felt an unnerving chill. "What the hell was that?"

He was deeply unsettled by the repulsive presence that had enveloped him moments prior. "Did a higher-order collective awaken?"

The time pause was nearing its end as Mystique observed a torrential convergence of fate at the multiverse's core. "The last time such a magnitude of fate gathered was during Immortal's genesis."

"Something monumental is approaching." His gaze fixed upon the multiverse's center, observing from one of the universes under his purview, his expression grave as he watched the blood mist.

The bodies of all the Haggons were obliterated by the combined assaults of Zaira, the Systems, and the Genre Representatives. The power of the Secret Society persisted momentarily, maintaining their essence in the form of blood mist during that final instant of death before converging into Compass Carburettor.

As time stood still, Compass Carburettor absorbed everything, causing his physical form to implode. Yet, it wasn't a complete annihilation, as four fundamental powers coalesced into a core, bound by two essential strands.

Mortality, Space, Ancient Strengthening, and Representation. These four Concepts formed the core. The two strands intertwining them were none other than Lore and Tell-Tale. Revolving around these cores were the stolen partial Concepts acquired by Compass Carburettor: Fate, Time, and others.

The implosion generated an intense concentration of energy, a force so potent it could melt Concepts as if they were mere physical objects. Under this extreme pressure, the strands of Lore and Tell-Tale merged into a singular, uniform thread.

This unified strand pierced through all Concepts and partial Concepts, fusing them into a singular entity, a unified Concept itself.

Within the multiverse, there existed only one Concept renowned as the ultimate pinnacle, unrivaled in its inherent nature, so overwhelmingly powerful that it disrupted the universal balance. It was a Concept said to be birthed solely from the amalgamation of Fate, Space, and Time.

Concept—Main Character!

However, since the Concepts of Fate and Time were not fully present, only their fragments contributed, the Main Character Concept remained nascent at best. Despite this, it was undeniably the Main Character Concept. After all, to bring it into being, Compass Carburettor had incorporated all the partial Concepts obtained from the Fate System, the three time-manipulating Systems of Regression, Reincarnation, and Transmigration, the racial Concepts harvested from the entire arsenal of Grade 2 Systems, and finally, all the Grade 1 Systems.

And the bedrock upon which the Main Character Concept's genesis was built was the Four Directional Alliance. This alliance comprised the genres of Luck, Monetary, Recovery, and Transportation among the Grade 1 Systems, a meticulously crafted plan initiated with the hope that once they all achieved Grade 3 and fused, they would ultimately birth the Main Character System.

It was this strategic foundation that enabled Compass Carburettor's monumental achievement.

The Main Character Concept spun and absorbed the terrifying energy, achieving stability within the first second of the temporal pause. The blood mist was then assimilated into it, forming a physical body during the subsequent second.

In the final moment, the concept and physical form unified, with all associated laws taking effect, allowing it to function as a living, breathing entity. The entity's eyes snapped open as the three seconds of time stop concluded.

Concept Embodiment—Main Character!

A profound silence descended upon the void. All the supreme entities, including Zaira, observed Compass Carburettor with stunned disbelief at his accomplishment.

This achievement represented a pinnacle that the Main Character System could only attain upon reaching Grade 3 and solidifying its Concept. Tragically for Zaira, Arnark had never even entered Grade 2. Yet, today, her adversary had seized her ultimate desire.

The supreme entity, the Main Character.

"You scoundrel!" Zaira was the first to shatter the silence, her face a mask of frenzied rage as she lunged at Compass Carburettor, unleashing a barrage of hundreds of attacks.

"Am I truly?" Compass Carburettor's smile was unsettling. His voice reverberated ominously, as if a million vocal cords spoke in unison. He raised a hand and brushed against the void with his index finger, causing a ripple that engulfed all of Zaira's assaults, transforming them into tangible beings.

They all appeared as humans, devoid of any powers. Consequently, their bodies disintegrated instantly, unable to withstand the harsh conditions of the void. Their exploding forms created a crimson deluge that coalesced into a miasma.

The blood-red cloud condensed into a colossal figure, which then plummeted towards Zaira. However, it was as if a cotton effigy were striking an iron mountain; Zaira remained unmoved, though her expression turned incandescent with fury.

A Core Skill's power enveloped the monstrous blood cloud, obliterating it entirely. Simultaneously with the cloud giant's demise, Compass Carburettor materialized before Zaira and darted past. Clutched in his hand were her secondary limbs.

He tightened his grip, melting the pair of hands into the form of a delicate butterfly. Turning back, he offered a smile to Zaira's incensed visage as the butterfly ascended towards the System World. It landed upon the universe's barrier, and he posed the question, "How potent do you believe my strength to be, Zaira?"

"You..." Zaira began to retort when the butterfly effortlessly phased through the System World's universal barrier. It morphed into a caterpillar and burrowed into the System World, commencing its destruction from within.

With each burrowing descent, a foundational law that sustained the System World was systematically dismantled.
