Yasenia questions the guardians about the map and the orb. She learns the map was intentionally placed to be found and that the orb is a key and seal for the Orkwa matriarch. Murong Xianyu explains the Orkwa are simple-minded parasites created by the Abyssal Human, who is the true enemy. Yasenia, feeling manipulated, demands full explanations and decides to proceed to face the Abyssal Human, threatening to leave if their efforts are deemed a failed test.

The area where the Abyssal Human was sealed was much different than what Yasenia had expected. On her way here, Murong Xianyu answered many of her questions. The first question they answered was that they were unaware of whether all Orkwa outside this place had died off.

If even one remained, there was a chance of the matriarch sealed in the orb escaping through death and being reborn in some corner. Yasenia asked. "Since this place has fallen, can their soul even cross between Heavenly Layers?"

Murong Xianyu shook her head. "We don’t know. But we can’t risk it."

Yasenia had to agree with this point. Orkwa were truly a troublesome species. The only saving grace was that there could only be one Matriarch at a time. Otherwise, the species had the potential to take over everything, no strings attached.

"The soul. Why is it so hard to destroy completely?"

To this, Murong Xianyu’s answer was simple. "We don’t know if it is easy or not."

Yasenia continued asking questions, but most of them came back similarly. In the end, Yasenia became a touch annoyed. "So, you are completely clueless and too afraid to kill it."

At this point, one of the men who had been silent finally spoke up. "You speak as if looking down on us, but what can you do that we can’t? Would you risk setting free such a dangerous being without 100% certainty?"

Yasenia looked back at the tall man, and having learned the names of all eight Guardians, she answered with a cold tone. "Qin Cangming, can’t you create another soul-sealing formation? Kill the creature, and use formations, alchemy, or any other means to detect even the smallest traces of their soul. Use protective gear so that the soul can’t latch onto you. Creating a cage was possible; why not create a cage that can hold that cage and try to deal with it? If it fails, you just fall back one layer."

The answer was so incredibly simple, yet these people were acting as if it were impossible to be certain when killing that thing. "Moreover, souls decay over time when they don’t have a fleshy body. Even souls tainted by the Abyss are not different. The monster is already in a cage, so the answer is easy. Kill it while it’s inside and tuck away the orb. The soul will eventually dissipate without a trace."

Moreover, what Yasenia just said was one of the many ways to deal with "infinitely reincarnating enemies." If killing such beings was impossible, the world would’ve been governed by them long ago.

After all, from the stories Yasenia had heard from Tatyana, Heaven sometimes played favorites to save itself from a future catastrophe. These people were individuals like Sarah who had certain boons since they were born or moved over.

Things like systems, reincarnation with all the memories, special abilities to increase talent, and many other "cheat codes" have been given aplenty across all Heavenly Layers. However, none of them have reached the peak and ruled over all.

Of course, Yasenia knew that these people would usually reach a certain level of greatness. Sarah, for example, could’ve become an incredible problem if Yasenia didn’t deal with her before she could mature. Forget that; Yasenia didn’t even deal with her. If it were not for Tatyana and Mirrory, Yasenia would’ve died in Sarah’s hands when she went berserk and jumped an entire realm in strength at the cost of everything.

Mutual destruction would’ve been the end of their conflict.

So, Yasenia was baffled at how these people were treating the Orkwa Matriarch.

Hearing Yasenia’s words, these people didn’t retort. Instead, Qin Cangming asked Yasenia. "Are you confident you can create something like that? It’s not a simple matter. The Orkwa Matriarch has been weakened after a long time being sealed. However, its original strength was above the Sixth Realm. The same goes for the Abyssal Human."

Yasenia stopped moving, causing the group to come to a halt. She looked at them with stunned golden eyes. "Are you out of your mind?"

Yasenia had known that this place came from a higher Heavenly Layer. However, since the Golden Guardians were equivalent to Level Nine Transcendence Realm cultivators, she thought they came from the Exotic Heavenly Layer above where the Sky Continent was, not the Sublime Heaven where the Blue Pearl World was!

With both bafflement and anger rising, Yasenia glared at the eight guardians. "Are you telling me to deal with a former Demigod Level Abyssal Human and its pet!? Are you all out of your fucking minds!?"

Yasenia didn’t curse. She really didn’t and tried her best to avoid using crass words. If she had to insult, it was better to pick words that hurt than hurl insults like a shrew. However, this time, the word slipped out from the bottom of her soul.

Murong Xianyu was startled and quickly spoke. "Wait, Yasenia. Listen to us."

"Listen to you!?" Yasenia’s pupils thinned with anger. "What is your deal!? Do you think a former Seventh Realm creature is something that can be dealt with by us!?"

Even if she had Tatyana, Mirrory, and Valeria, Yasenia understood deeply the sheer difference between someone who had climbed high enough to understand [Laws] and those below them.

Even if Yasenia used all her trump cards, she was not confident in defeating Tatyana’s secondary body in a head-on battle. Forget Tatyana; even Valeria, who was "just a summon" and the "weakest" of the three due to her nature, was someone Yasenia would never fight in a real combat situation if she could avoid it.

It was not that they were stronger.

It was their very ability to manipulate energy and the world around them that was terrifying. For them, suppressing her Celestial Intent Domain was as simple as pressing down with their hands.

Their attacks would also carry essence and mastery far beyond the [Big Improvement] realm, thereby multiplying the fear factor.

It showed perfectly in the Star Breaker Realm Bead, didn’t it? The copies were perfect copies, yet Yasenia could barely fight Golden Copies, which filled the Floor 950 to 925, while Tatyana was fighting against much higher floors.

It was not because the copies on the first floors were weaker. Their strength was exactly the same as Tatyana’s. The problem was that those copies couldn’t replicate the absolute mastery with which Tatyana used her skills.

Now, these eight Guardians were asking Yasenia to fight a former Seventh Realm powerhouse! Not any powerhouse, an Abyssal Human at that!

"This is suicide!"

Yasenia looked at them with an incomprehensible expression. It was as if she was looking at lunatics with highly inflated egos. Murong Xianyu spoke, as if trying to calm the furious dragon down. "Let me explain first. Do you think we would want to fight if there was absolutely no chance at all?"

Yasenia glared at Murong Xianyu. Frankly, Yasenia had the impulse to turn around and flee this place. If it were not because her instincts were telling her that there might be something extra, Yasenia would’ve bolted away from here without even hearing them out.

Reining in her anger, Yasenia took a deep breath and looked at them with a terrifyingly cold face. "Speak. You have exactly one chance to convince me. One. If you don’t show me certain proof that you have a way to suppress those monsters, I am gone."

She was not bluffing at all. Murong Xianyu bit her lip and took a deep breath. Then, she decided to blurt everything out. "Alright, hear us out. The Guardian Mark is not just a mark; it has the ability to bring out the remnant souls of the first guardians. The problem is that there is only one chance. Therefore, we need someone with enough strength to fight alongside them. Moreover, the Abyssal Human will probably be able to summon some weaker monsters."

Yasenia continued to glare, but she continued listening.

"Against these lower monsters, we will use the golems and ourselves. However, to defeat the Orkwa Matriarch and the Abyssal Human, the remnants are not enough. Unlike other Orkwa, the Matriarch’s strength is high. So, that’s why they were sealed in two different places."

Pointing at the large doors in front of them, Murong Xianyu spoke. "Inside here, you can see the Abyssal Human. The doors are just a way to step just outside the seal. The seal can be entered from the outside, but it can only be broken with the death of the Abyssal Human."

Yasenia smiled coldly. "You are making things worse, Murong Xianyu. You are saying that this is a one-time, all-or-nothing attack. So what if we have the aid of those guardians? If we can’t defeat the Abyssal Human, we can’t even escape and will become that thing’s food."

Murong Xianyu bit her lip and spoke. "Yes. However, it is the best shot we have to deal with it. The reason is that you can’t leave this place."

"...What?"

Yasenia blinked, then blinked again.

Murong Xianyu spoke. "The Honor Dagger you used to enter could only be used to enter. The entrance to this place disappears after the group who entered makes contact with a city. So, you can’t leave unless someone from the outside enters or the Abyssal Human dies."

Yasenia looked at them blankly, and then smiled. However, when they saw that smile, all eight guardians felt as if their very souls were about to freeze.

"You dared to play with me..."

Then, strangely, her expression returned to normal, and she nodded.

"...Alright, let’s deal with the Abyssal Human."

The eight guardians were somewhat baffled, and Yasenia smiled at them with a shrug. "That’s the only way out, right? If so, let’s deal with it."

However, while outwardly she said nothing, all the girls and maids behind Yasenia were almost imperceptibly trembling, completely scaraoused.

The girls, through their connection thanks to Yasenia’s Blood Essence, could see a wrath around Yasenia so stormy it was comparable to the one she unleashed when she learned about Kali’s Soulmate connection.

That rage that caused her to go on a rampage and annihilate an entire empire with ruthlessness no worse than a psychopathic demon. Inside Yasenia’s dantian, the battleflag was currently sucking in the boundless killing intent about to flood the very world, making her appear outwardly calm.

However, inside... ’I will kill the Abyssal Human. Yes, I will. However, after that, I will slaughter everything. The legacy of those bastard guardians will end and be buried together with the Abyssal Human. This place, I will destroy it. Everything, I will burn it down.’

Her dragon heart thumped with pure, unadulterated wrath.

Murong Xianyu, confused but pleasantly surprised at Yasenia’s quick change of mind, sighed. "It’s a relief. Then, please insert the orb in that place. We will be able to reinforce the seal and also see the Abyssal Human to make plans."

Yasenia nodded and smiled again. "Sure. Let’s do that."

When they saw that pleasant smile, the girls and maids behind them had to hold back from rushing to hug each other. ’Mommy, it’s so scary yet arousing! Yasenia is about to explode!’
