Heaven, Earth, Me Chapter 1550. World Destroying Attack.
Previously on Heaven, Earth, Me...
Sterila had never comprehended that the adversary they faced was this monstrous. Her own existence, that of a being who appeared to scorn the very Heavens, now seemed utterly indomitable as she soared above them.
Yasenia advanced, causing all the formidable powerhouses to instinctively brace themselves. Yet, even the most potent among them barely registered a swift movement before one of their own was impaled by the battle flag.
Yasenia’s voice cut through the air. "One fallen, with 843 of you remaining."
Sterila’s cry echoed. "Unleash your ultimate techniques! We cannot possibly contend with her!"
Yasenia glanced over, a frigid smile gracing her lips. "No need for such outbursts. I shall deal with you last, as you seem to be the primary source of Angel’s profound displeasure. Behold, [Celestial Cosmos Dress], [Crystalline Moon Dress]."
Her formerly revealing azure attire transformed into starlight, blossoming into a magnificent, flowing empyrean gown, illuminated by the cosmos and reflecting light as if adorned with countless tiny crystals.
Then, gripping the unfurling battle flag, Yasenia dashed towards an individual who had just produced a space talisman. With a sweeping motion of the flag, a devastating [Celestial Sunder] cleaved that person into oblivion.
"Those who dare to flee this day, I shall personally visit your Sects and eradicate all life within them until nothing but barren land remains."
Sterila materialized before Yasenia, her sword radiating an immensely potent energy capable of shattering multiple worlds. "[Star Buster]!"
A ripple disturbed Yasenia’s golden irises. She raised a hand, the [Celestial Dragon Body] surging within as she invoked [Celestial Aegis].
BOOM!
The resulting shockwave rent the earth, carving out a colossal chasm as the fabric of space distorted precariously around them. Yasenia smirked. "You are indeed worthy of troubling Angel. You have actually compelled me to deploy a defensive maneuver. Regrettably for you, my power ascension is far from complete. [Immortal Breaker Body]."
Immediately thereafter, she moved like lightning, delivering a punch towards Sterila’s abdomen, striking precisely below her ribcage. Sterila’s eyes widened in shock as her body bent like a bow, propelled towards a distant mountain with such velocity that the mere shockwaves forced onlookers back.
Subsequently, an additional twenty figures materialized nearby, their assaults manifesting in diverse forms – colossal palms, formidable dragons, and majestic avian creatures.
Yasenia surveyed the scene, her golden eyes utterly impassive. She swung her battle flag. "[Firmament Shaking Arc]."
Space fractured with a pained groan, unable to withstand the sheer physical might unleashed by the attack. The immense arc literally convulsed the heavens, shattering every incoming assault and unleashing a violent backlash upon the twenty attackers, causing them to spew crimson blood.
Next, both [Celestial Tyrant Soul Unshackled] and [Firmament Soul Sword] manifested; the former enveloped Yasenia herself, while the latter coated the blade-like edges of the battle flag. With these enhancements, Yasenia had now activated all her "normal" augmentation effects.
Even so, her overwhelming presence began to weigh upon the world, causing it to audibly groan under the immense pressure of Yasenia’s existence.
Then, employing [Fairy Moon Steps] alongside the foundational form of [Heavenly Constellation Steps], Yasenia became an indistinct blur, rapidly traversing the area and striking the twenty cultivators who had just assaulted her.
Upon her reappearance, all eyes turned, witnessing several of her recent adversaries impaled upon her battle flag. Yasenia let out a dismissive snort, flinging the corpses aside. "From this moment onward, my strength will approach the true zenith. [Heavenly Constellation Steps, Second and Fourth Sky.] [Ursa’s Grasp], [Lyra’s Harmony]."
Dramel materialized, and Yasenia took hold of it, beginning to strum its strings. Although Dramel was capable of performing its familiar ballad independently, Yasenia recalled its past complaint and chose to play it herself this time.
Throughout this interlude, she was not left unmolested. Thousands of attacks rained down upon her from the assembled cultivators, yet Yasenia navigated the onslaught with the effortless grace of a fish in water, her body executing an elegant ballet amidst the barrage of projectiles.
Having sensed Dramel's contentment, Yasenia released it with the only genuine smile displayed throughout the entire conflict. Her expression then reverted to indifference. Her hand closed around the battle flag, and she pointed it skyward. "[Everlasting War Calamity Battle Flag: Endless Slaughter Calling]."
The flag possessed more than a single formidable ability. Its most invaluable and potent skill, one utilized previously, was the [Endless War Calling]. On this occasion, Yasenia invoked a technique that channeled the flag's boundless killing intent directly into her being, amplifying her own power.
Following this infusion, the already terrifying aura emanating from Yasenia’s form transmuted into one of savage and absolute tyranny. This palpable aura resonated profoundly with her Tyrannical Warlord Intent Domain, further augmenting her already formidable strength.Even Mirrory herself was starting to feel a bit tongue-tied. Had she witnessed formidable prodigies conquer the world with their innate talent? In the Divine Heavens, indeed she had. But that was within a realm where Supreme Ranked treasures were practically discarded by transcendent realm cultivators, a place where abundant natural treasures filled ancient ruins and various sites. Yasenia had, by all accounts, emerged from a desolate locale that Mirrory would have dismissed 999,999 times out of a million. With immense effort, Sterila managed to pull herself from the earth where Yasenia had violently driven her, her eyes bloodshot as she gazed upon the dragon woman gleefully slaughtering her companions. "YASENIA DRAVORY! YOU ARE DOOMED TO A HORRIBLE DEATH!" Yasenia glanced over, a smile gracing her lips, and activated a potent boosting technique she hadn't utilized in decades. "[Natural Treasure: Celestial Genesis Tribulation Core]." Then, the very heavens roared. Then, the entire world shuddered in apprehension. Then, reality itself seemed to fracture around Yasenia. Terrifying celestial lightning crackled from Yasenia's eyes, her form buzzing as everything around her disintegrated. As this immense power surged through her, Yasenia finally understood. 'These adversaries... they are profoundly inadequate.' The most powerful individuals from one of the strongest worlds within the Mid Level Exalted Heaven were, in truth, utterly dwart by Yasenia's might. Consequently, Yasenia brought the conflict to a decisive end. She unfurled her battle standard, which pulsed with crimson killing intent and channeled it into Yasenia, then brought it crashing down. [Celestial Intent Domain] enveloped all, and innumerable celestial bodies materialized in the firmament. With a mere gesture from Yasenia's flag, as if conducting an orchestra, each celestial body plummeted from the sky. The power of this strike felt akin to the end of days. It was an amalgamation of Yasenia's most potent offensive, provoking Heaven to retaliate with its fiercest punishing lightning, while the hundreds of Transcendence Realm cultivators simultaneously activated their ultimate trump cards and precious life-preserving treasures. Sterila glared furiously at Yasenia as the cosmos descended upon her and the others. "HEAVEN ITSELF WILL PUNISH YOU! DEMON!" Yasenia turned, her flowing gown dancing elegantly, and at that moment, the ultimate attack struck. BOOM!!! Annihilating Celestial Energy obliterated all in its path, the sheer force of the assault causing the very world to convulse and tremble. Earthquakes rippled across the continent-sized world, volcanoes erupted in fiery plumes, and the earth itself seemed to crack and wail as the planet barely withstood Yasenia's ultimate offensive. The Heaven of this world gradually subsided, channeling immense energy back into the planet, drawing power from the overarching Heaven of this Heavenly Layer. Space, which had collapsed into a mere void, began to mend itself, revealing the ravaged state of the world. Yasenia intended to land before Angel and the others, but upon inspection, she found no solid ground. She had, in essence, wiped out the entire continent, leaving behind a colossal chasm that the surrounding oceans were slowly beginning to inundate. Billowing magma bubbled from the abyssal depths, making the dark maw appear as an entrance to the underworld itself. Yasenia's strike had literally torn the world asunder, exposing its core. Looking around, there was nothing left. Andrea exhaled a breath she hadn't realized she was holding. "Heavens... Not even close." Yasenia, having reverted to her normal state, inquired with a hint of confusion, "Not close to what, Darling?" "My strength compared to yours," Andrea admitted with genuine humility. "You could likely handle a hundred of me. I never considered myself weak among those of my own realm, but standing before you... this experience is truly humbling." Angel, now cradled in Yasenia's arms once more, looked up with a complex expression. Did she possess the personal strength to vanquish all those foes? She actually did possess considerable power. Angel's current capabilities were, in fact, astonishing. However, did Angel believe she could have annihilated them so completely while simultaneously bringing the entire world to the brink of destruction? She honestly felt that, without resorting to her most formidable trump card—an ability that would leave her incapacitated for a significant period afterward—such a feat would have been impossible. While Angel wrestled with her thoughts, she suddenly felt her lips meet a soft and yielding pair. Gazing at Yasenia's proximity, Angel let go of her internal turmoil. 'Forget it. I had once hoped to surpass Yasenia in strength, but that now appears to be an unattainable dream, a sigh.' Sensing Angel's subdued mood, Mirrory remained silent for once. The power Yasenia had displayed was comparable to that of most Level 8 Transcendence Realm cultivators, and even touched upon the abilities of some Level 9 practitioners. It was staggeringly excessive and beyond comprehension for someone at Yasenia's current stage. "Child, how in the world did you undertake your cultivation over these past few decades?"
Yasenia blinked her eyes and let out a soft chuckle. "Well, it was a bit rough, but I managed to pull through. I will explain in more detail when we are all reunited."
Mirrory did not press her for an answer, merely gazing at Yasenia before letting out a sigh. She then approached and gently patted the dragoness's head, a gesture that caught Yasenia by surprise. "You are one of the few beings I have ever admired. You are working hard, child."
Although Yasenia was young, Mirrory understood deeply that the strength she possessed did not come from a 'slight bit' of suffering, as Yasenia had put it.
Gazing at the immense molten void surrounding them, Tatyana blinked and inquired, "So... What's next? You've basically erased everyone who bothered Angel, right?"
Angel shook her head. "The Gao Family patriarch actually managed to slip away... Well, he didn’t come in the first place."
Yasenia pondered for a moment, then recalled, "Right, right. Let's go pay him a visit, then."
Angel's lips twitched. "If he is alive."
"Hm? Was his city nearby?"
Angel looked around, her lips still twitching. "No, but... I am unsure if your attack has caused apocalyptic consequences in the world."
Andrea let out a laugh. "Be more confident, Angel. Take that 'unsure' out of your sentence."
Tatyana looked at Andrea's smile and mirrored it. "I thought you'd be showing a bit more grief. This attack has killed quite a few... innocent lives."
Andrea regarded Tatyana with a peculiar look. "Honestly, Tatyana, I am surprised you thought of me that way. If I can, I will naturally stop Yasenia from treading a path she should not. This time, however, the result is just collateral damage, not something she caused on purpose. In a way, the fault lies with the world for not being strong enough to bear Yasenia's attack."
Upon hearing Andrea's words, Tatyana blinked and fell silent. 'Hm... I still don't fully understand Yasenia's lovers, it seems.'
Yasenia, however, was not surprised. She understood very well that Andrea's goodness was not the aggressive kind. She was kindhearted when she could be, but she wouldn't force it upon others. Thus, Yasenia wasn't worried about being hated after going all out.
Angel spoke up. "Oh? The city survived. It seems that defensive formation was enough to block all the after-effects."
Yasenia smiled brightly. "Perfect. Our final step before we depart this world is right ahead! Let's go!"
