Heaven, Earth, Me Chapter 1537. Yasenia: "Mine, Also Mine, Mine As Well!"
Previously on Heaven, Earth, Me...
Yasenia ventured into the innermost depths of the Tao Palace, straight to the treasury. Upon reaching it, a formation impeded their path... for just 2 seconds. Tatyana glanced over, tapped the air several times, and the formation shattered like fragile glass.
Andrea's lips jerked. 'On second thought, couldn't Tatyana have pulled off the same trick on that strengthening formation? Did she hold back to stop Yasenia from slaying that King too easily?'
Tatyana: 'I sense it. Someone has uncovered my earlier sneaky actions!'
Meanwhile, Yasenia dashed inside wearing a greedy grin. "Hehehe, let me see your treasures! Oh! So many coins! Mine!"
Andrea blinked. "Aren’t those useless?"
"They are shiny! They must be money of some sort!" Yasenia replied earnestly.
Andrea surrendered and allowed her little dragoness to plunder freely while holding the egg. Glancing down, she sighed. "I hope you are a bit more restrained than Yasenia."
Egg, destined to inherit nearly all of Yasenia’s traits: "Sorry, Mother, I will have to disappoint you this time."
Tatyana paid no mind to Yasenia’s blurring hands as she stuffed every item with even a whiff of value into her storage, then turned to Andrea and asked, "Speaking of which. Have you thought of a name for the boy? You can’t just call him egg, or son, right?"
Andrea thought for a moment and nodded. "I do have some names in mind. However, I am a bit unsure which one to choose."
Gazing at the dragoness who had somehow buried half her body in a towering coin pile with her tail wagging wildly, Andrea’s lips twitched. ’Why is she so adorable? I really want to burst out laughing.’
Yasenia "splashed" from the coin mountain clutching a small ceremonial dagger. "Wow! A One Star Supreme Ranked Treasure! Hehehe. Did you think you could hide from me inside that pile of coins? Never!" She reached out her hand, and the coin pile vanished too. "Not even the coins can escape! Muahaha!"
Andrea and Tatyana trailed behind, eyes sparkling with amusement. Tatyana inquired, "Tell me your selection. I might help you choose."
Andrea caught on and nodded. ’Right, I can spot which ones Tatyana and Yasenia pick, then eliminate them!’
Tatyana and Yasenia tilted their heads: ’I feel someone looking down on me!’
Andrea smiled and said, "I was thinking of the following names, since he is a dragon: Rhex, Rhagar, Tarnus, Astraxion, Nyxaroth, Caelion, Velquirion, and Orionthar."
Tatyana hummed thoughtfully and commented, "Rhagar, Rhex, and Caelion sound quite nice."
Andrea nodded, murmuring, "Alright, that leaves Tarnus, Astraxion, Nyxaroth, Velquirion, and Orionthar."
From afar, Yasenia called out, "I like Tarnus and Velquirion!"
Under Tatyana’s stunned gaze, Andrea nodded once more. "That leaves Astraxion, Nyxaroth, and Orionthar..."
Tatyana and Yasenia stared at her in bewilderment. ’Is our name-choosing ability so bad!?’
Yasenia pointed at her, arms crossed and huffing. "I don’t want treasures anymore. Let’s go!"
Andrea grinned, entertained. "Alright, alright, I was messing around. Still, those are the ones I was thinking about. So, I guess we can choose slowly."
Yasenia blinked and nodded. "Well, I already promised to leave it to you dears in terms of names. So, you can all choose as you please."
Andrea stated honestly, "I will seriously consider Velquirion, as I like it a bit as well."
Yasenia’s face brightened, her tail swishing happily as she trotted off, claws extending toward a nearby sword. But when she yanked it, her hands stuck fast. "Hm?"
Our dragoness peered over with a puzzled expression and tugged again with greater force. She narrowed her eyes. "...Why are you not leaving the wall? Do you have intelligence?"
The sword quivered faintly. It truly possessed a spark of spiritual intelligence. It knew only its chosen wielder could draw it forth. Though this dragon brimmed with talent, a chilling gaze from the depths of her soul warned it against any foolish notions.
This gaze belonged, of course, to Draheart.
Draheart tolerated Dramel since she couldn’t shift into musical weapons herself. But if weapons within her transformation range dared seek Yasenia’s grasp... heh.
Annoyed, Yasenia addressed the sword. "I give you two chances. You either come to my storage treasure, or I break you for materials for my darling! Choose!"
The sword surrendered and vanished, reappearing in Yasenia’s storage treasure. Once inside, it darted into a coin mountain and hid, trembling before that ominous presence.
Yasenia snorted. "That’s what I thought." Then, she swaggered arrogantly toward the remaining treasures. Any she found with a trace of will received her stern threats.
The spear remained rigid like its shaft, unyieldingly defiant. Impatience overtaking her, Yasenia extended her hands and gripped both ends of the Two Star Supreme Ranked treasure.
Andrea blinked. "She doesn’t think she can break something like that bare-handed, right?"
Energy erupted from Yasenia as her muscles bulged taut; then, she yanked downward on the spear's edges. "Hup!"
CREAAAK!
BANG!
Andrea: "..."
Tatyana: "..."
Yasenia gathered the spear's three broken segments and approached Andrea with a grin. "Here, darling, new materials!"
Andrea nodded somewhat rigidly. "Thank you, love."
Although numerous intriguing treasures lay there, only three piqued Yasenia's interest. They included two Natural Treasures—one of the Light Element, the other of the Darkness Element—along with a cultivation mat slightly inferior to Yasenia's own but vastly superior to Andrea's.
Thus, she presented it to Andrea, enhancing her cultivation pace.
All else was cast into Yasenia's Garest, the World Storage ring, reserved for later distribution (or added to Yasenia's stash of neglected treasures).
This treasury excursion spanned roughly three days, as Yasenia leisurely inspected every prize she claimed.
Her total haul comprised about 450 Supreme Ranked Treasures, roughly 49,000 Transcendence Ranked Treasures, and millions of Heaven Ranked and lesser ones.
The pair of Natural Treasures landed in the garden for eventual absorption. They might benefit the plants somehow.
Naturally, Yasenia refrained from binding the Light Natural Treasure, should Evelyn or Angel lack one.
Anna and Eve materialized before Yasenia with the 300 maids. "Young Miss, the Tao Bloodline has been exterminated. There are many representatives of ancient families outside waiting for Young Miss."
Yasenia nodded, stroking Anna's head. "Thank you for informing me. Let’s go."
After Yasenia exited, treasury fully looted, the waiting crowd bowed profoundly. "We welcome the new Queen!"
Yasenia dismissed them entirely, pivoting toward Andrea. "It is not I whom you must worship, but she. Andrea Dravory is a dragon raider of legends, and after taming my personal assistant and me, we decided to erase her enemies. Pass my word, Andrea Dravory, the Dragon Rider, is the one who conquered the Tao Dynasty in a single week!"
Bewilderment struck Andrea, yet a resounding shout interrupted before she spoke. "We obey!"
Yasenia rocketed skyward, morphing into her Dragon form. Her colossal silhouette swiftly darkened the heavens, her shadow alone turning day to night.
"Master, we can leave whenever you please."
Sensing intrigue afoot, Andrea nodded coolly. "Alright, let’s go then."
She then blinked atop Yasenia's head, the others positioned deferentially behind.
Beneath the family heads' astounded stares, Yasenia's single wing flap erased Andrea and herself from sight, silhouettes hurtling toward the horizon.
"Heavens... I thought that dragon was lying. However, no dragon would allow others to ride them."
"Andrea Dravory... We should build some statues to remember who the true new master of the Tao... no, of the Andrea Dynasty is."
Should Andrea have been present, she'd fidget in mortification and thwack their skulls. 'What kind of corny name is that!?' Yet, ignorance would persist for ages.
"Oh? They left something behind in the treasury."
The group glanced and spotted a massive scale radiating an intensely profound, mighty aura. That solitary scale would rise as a national treasure, emblem of Andrea, the Dragon Rider.
Afar, Andrea ceased her pretense, gazing curiously at her little dragoness. "What was that all about?"
Yasenia giggled. "Just building my Darling some foundation for the future! It’s just a little seed I hope sprouts in the future. Don’t worry."
Confident in Yasenia's harmless intent, Andrea assented. Gazing rearward at last, she admired the immense dragon form in wonder. "You truly are... incredibly big."
Yasenia blinked before smirking. "Hehe. I am quite big, indeed~."
Catching the suggestive tone, Andrea smiled wryly. Fortunately, human sensibilities spared her from the dragon form's magnetic pull, finally soothing her pounding heart. "Are you going to keep this form?"
"I can’t," Yasenia replied. "I am too big to enter your sect like this. I might stomp one of your disciples to death without knowing."
Andrea found no rebuttal. Yasenia's present size rendered mountains mere insignificant ridges along the path.
As they drew near Andrea’s sect, Yasenia shifted back to her original form and summoned her Flying Ship. Once they boarded, Yasenia gazed around with a hint of nostalgia. "It has been... a while."
"You didn’t use it to get around?"
Yasenia clarified, "No. The area back there was too vast, so I relied on myself or some quicker treasure instead."
They arrived at the sect in no time. Throughout the journey, Andrea and Yasenia swapped tales of their early adventures, chatting leisurely and bursting into laughter now and then.
Though Yasenia ached to shove Andrea into a room and ensure her beloved memorized every inch of her, she forced herself to restrain a little. After they got settled... she’d strike.
Andrea’s present sect stood vast and mighty. It fell short of supreme forces like the old Tao Dynasty, yet it qualified as a premier first-tier sect.
Yasenia eyed the sect, her gaze narrowing. "Anna, freshen up my makeup and appearance. I’m going to let these parched little girls know who Andrea’s real wife is."
Andrea offered a wry smile but didn’t intervene. She too was weary of endless pursuits from women and men alike. A spark of excitement lit her eyes. ’Hehehe. Reckoning time has come. You all refused to listen back then, huh? Now, I can’t wait to watch your confidence crumble.’
Andrea remained gentle at heart, but years of relentless courting had sparked some irritation. Thus, a touch of punishment via shattered looks-based confidence wasn’t overly harsh.
