Gravity Mage with Level-Up System Chapter 2208: Part 1: Back at Crystal City

Magic City Territory
The raven aircraft flew across the sky. This time, I didn’t use any stealth mode, so the aircraft was visible to others as it flew over one satellite city after another.
The speed and presence of the aircraft were felt by the powerful wizards in those cities, including the City Lord and other city leaders.
All the heavyweights used their mental power to investigate, but when their mental senses drew closer, they were shocked. They felt the presence of a Magic Lord in the aircraft.
There was no need for a Magic Lord powerhouse to use an aircraft; a wizard of that caliber could simply fly to cover the distance.
Yet, because this person chose to use an aircraft, it was clearly an intentional display of status.
Only someone of significant stature could do such a thing, so these powerful wizards were sensible enough not to pry further. Just then, the City Lord recognized the aircraft.
His expression shifted dramatically. He had received word from the Magic City earlier: Magic Lord Vincent Carey had left the Silver Tower. The aircraft model was already famous because of Magic Lord Vincent.
Thus, they warned the other heavyweights in the city. After realizing that Magic Lord Vincent was traveling in that aircraft, they didn’t dare inspect it any further.
They withdrew their mental power from scanning the area.
Time went by.
The raven aircraft continued flying toward Crystal City. From the cockpit, I watched the scenery pass by. There were many satellite cities under the Magic City.
I had only been to a few of them, and there were many left to explore. I planned on visiting these cities in the coming days.
Two hours later, the raven aircraft reached Crystal City. I slowed down. The aircraft moved slowly across the sky above Crystal City as I guided it toward the Crystal Community.
Just then, I felt the presence of many powerful wizards. Some were from neighboring cities as well, though they didn’t dare enter Crystal City.
The raven aircraft then appeared above the Crystal Community. I slowed down before reaching the residence and saw many wizards waiting on the ground, including my neighbors and the City Lord.
Then, I landed the aircraft. The neighboring wizards moved closer.
Thud!
Next, I exited the cockpit and stepped onto the ground. My gaze immediately fell upon the neighbors. Rebecca Ethan was there with her parents. My gaze then shifted to a slightly nervous man: James, the Supervisor of the Crystal Community.
Then I looked at the others. Elder Blake and the officials were present, and people from the association had arrived as well.
My gaze fell on the leader of the association, Edmund Smith, and his assistant, Jonah. I nodded to them.
Edmund Smith was a Magic Lord. He had already been shaken to the core by the news, but when his eyes met mine, he was terrified.
He felt an inexplicable fear surge out of nowhere. Although I had concealed my aura, he could still sense the overwhelming presence of a Magic Lord.
His assistant, Jonah, was beside him, feeling the crushing pressure weigh down on him.
They were not the only ones; everyone present felt the oppressive presence of a Magic Lord. The young man before them was no longer merely a Supreme Wizard-he held a far more distinguished status now.
The young wizard Vincent was now an Outer Hall Member of the Mage Union.
Elder Blake stepped forward with the officials. Unlike the others, they were formal representatives and had protocol to follow.
"Magic Lord Vincent, congratulations on your breakthrough and successful promotion," Elder Blake said first.
Following him, the officials stepped forward to offer their congratulations. Then the members of the association offered their greetings, followed by the neighbors.
"Thank you, everyone, for the warm wishes, but I need to rest now," I said to them.
"Are you planning to reopen the shop soon?" Elder Blake asked.
"Soon," I replied.
I turned around and headed toward the residence. I walked up to the gate, opened it, and went inside.
After shutting the door, I went straight to my room. I entered and scanned the entire space. It was secure, with no signs of intrusion.
Next, I watched from within as the neighbors and onlookers dispersed. It didn’t take long for everyone to leave.
Then, I returned to the living hall and brought the others out into the room. Otto, Patrick, Hank, and old man Rock materialized. They looked around and realized they were back in the residence.
Next, Lady Caitlin appeared. She looked around the unfamiliar place in surprise.
"This is your first time here. It’s my residence and appraisal shop in Crystal City," I said to her.
Lady Caitlin took in her surroundings. She had heard about the residence and shop from the other members.
"Lady Caitlin, there are many unoccupied rooms here. You can pick whichever one you like," Otto chimed in.
Hearing that, she nodded in agreement.
I released the two beasts as well. The sky croc monster and the vine monster appeared in the hall, having reduced their sizes. I instructed them to head down to the basement.
Then, my gaze returned to the group. Otto, Patrick, Hank, and old man Rock were all looking at me, as was Lady Caitlin.
I smiled and said, "You all asked me for the opportunity to seek your own breakthroughs. I will grant it to you now."
Hearing that, everyone’s expression changed drastically. They looked at me in shock; they hadn’t expected me to give them the chance so soon.
They exchanged glances, and Lady Caitlin raised her eyebrows.
"Since it’s my first time here, I’ll stay at the residence and look after the shop," Caitlin said.
"I’ll watch the shop for a week. I’ve decided to leave after that," Otto stated.
"In that case, I’ll help with the shop for this week as well," Patrick offered.
Hearing their decisions, I turned toward the remaining two.
"What about you guys?" I asked, looking at Hank and old man Rock.
Hank nodded thoughtfully and said, "I need to think it over for a bit."
"I won’t be leaving for the time being," old man Rock added.
My gaze then drifted back to Lady Caitlin, who had already settled on her plans.
