Silver Tower
Wilfred Cox, Jason Nicholson, and Susan Park examined the mission roster. They conferred with one another before selecting a particular task.
"Manager Lara, we will handle this mission," Wilfred Cox announced.
"Got it, I’ll sign up your group," Lara answered.
Susan Park and Jason Nicholson chatted quietly. All of a sudden, Susan Park remembered something important.
She faced Manager Lara and remarked, "Manager Lara, I’ve heard that your kin Frank has run into difficulties."
Upon hearing this, Lara froze in surprise. She hadn’t anticipated Susan bringing it up. Jason Nicholson and Wilfred Cox also remembered the reports.
Wilfred Cox stated, "Manager Lara, should you require assistance, feel free to reach out to us. My dad greatly respects the skills of appraisers."
"As he’s linked to you, he belongs to the Silver Tower too. We wouldn’t wish any harm to befall him," he continued.
"Indeed, my father aimed to partner with him, yet the Flame Elemental Tower moved swiftly to stir up issues," Jason Nicholson added.
Manager Lara gathered her composure. She responded, "I’m confident Frank would desire partnerships with your clans."
Wilfred Cox, Susan Park, and Jason Nicholson grinned. Truthfully, they could have aided Manager Lara back then if they chose to.
However, they held back because they learned Forbidden Wizard Erwin had returned. With his presence, no threats could endanger the Silver Tower.

Green Elemental Tower
The Green Elemental Tower instructed their allied wizard clans to focus on the fresh appraisal store.
Following the Flame Elemental Tower’s assaults on Silver Tower’s ventures, they sought to intensify the conflict.
They understood exactly how to create havoc for the appraisal establishment.
Appraisers possess their strengths and weaknesses; should the store be caught peddling dubious magical artifacts, it would tarnish both the business’s reputation and the appraiser’s.
Upon receiving the directives, the clans moved without delay. Every one dispatched a pair of members to Crystal City.

After midday, as operations proceeded smoothly, several patrons in the display area began behaving oddly.
Without the Zero Puppet’s alert, I’d have missed it. The Zero Puppet noted that the patrons were exchanging glances secretly.
Aware of this, I began observing those four or five individuals closely.
They browsed the assortment, yet simultaneously, they shared looks. Moreover, they occasionally glanced toward my office.
I called Otto to the office. Moments later, he entered the space.
"Master, what’s going on?" Otto inquired.
"These patrons seem fishy. They appear acquainted. Trail them and gather details," I instructed.
Otto appeared taken aback. He had been present with Patrick yet failed to spot it. He agreed and departed the display area.
Outside
Eight patrons occupied the display area. Six among them arrived for a specific duty; they hailed from the Green Elemental Tower.
After lingering in the display area, they exited sequentially. They avoided departing right away; instead, they timed their leaves one by one.
Once they had all vanished, just one or two patrons lingered. Otto directed Patrick to manage things, then slipped out of the store.
He trailed the bunch stealthily. After they exited the Crystal Community, he kept pace from a distance.
Soon after departing the Crystal Community, the patrons regrouped. They engaged in hushed discussion.
Otto’s gaze sharpened. He realized the Master’s hunch was accurate; he hadn’t foreseen the patrons’ connections.
He observed their exchange but stayed back. Instead, he ducked into a nearby store and eavesdropped on their words.
"We’ve completed our assignment!"
"Now we must update the superiors."
"Correct, we need to notify them."
The group conversed animatedly. One dialed the leaders and relayed the update.
After learning the group had inspected the appraisal store, the response came to head back promptly.
The members recognized the need to stay hidden temporarily. They concluded the call and proceeded to their hideout.
Meanwhile, Otto caught every word. Astonishment filled him. He grasped that these folks plotted against their establishment.
Yet their moves wouldn’t happen immediately; they were withdrawing at once.
As they departed the spot, he pondered whether to pursue further.
He realized they headed toward Magic City. Duty bound him to the store, so he contacted Master Vincent.
One Hour Later
Otto came back to the office. Spotting me, he began recounting events. My doubts proved correct: the Green Elemental Tower schemed something.
"Fine, let’s stay vigilant for now," I told Otto before sending him away.
He departed, and I remained seated at the desk.
Time ticked by. That evening, with the store shut, the team gathered again to review the day’s earnings. Yet my thoughts wandered.
I recognized that the Green Elemental Tower and Doyle Family might hunt my true self, while the Green Elemental Tower targeted trouble for my false persona.

Green Elemental Tower
The leaders obtained updates from the wizard clans. They now possessed a thorough dossier on the store, covering architecture and personnel specifics.
What they craved most was intelligence on owner Frank. They got a briefing on him too.
He remained mostly in his office. Staff only approached him for necessities; otherwise, he kept to the office.
This dispelled doubts about operations. They concluded owner Frank was a genuine appraiser, diligent in his craft.
The leaders remained unaware of Flame Elemental Tower’s plans. They couldn’t tell if action loomed from them.
They had openly charged owner Frank, but no subsequent moves followed.
However, these individuals overlooked the severe setbacks endured by the clans supporting the auction house.
