Yun Chutian and Yun Nianfeng find themselves entwined in a moment of intimacy, but tension arises as Ouyang Xun, suspicious of Wang Haotian's presence, is determined to confront the situation. Meanwhile, Wang Xuelian feigns innocence while secretly relishing the chaos. As Ouyang Xun’s group bursts into the room, they are met with an unexpected scene — Ouyang Yue's flirtations with Wang Haotian complicate the dynamics further. Amidst the turmoil, the identities and intentions of those involved hang in the balance, setting the stage for confrontation and revelation.

With her arms crossed over her chest, Yun Chutian wore a faint smile, looking as though she were enjoying a spectacular performance.

“Miss Chutian, please, let me explain!” Wang Haotian cried out in a panic. He rushed forward, reaching out in an attempt to grab Yun Chutian’s hand.

But before he could get close, a young man’s palm struck out and shoved him aside. “Back off! Keep your filthy hands away from Tian’er!”

Wang Haotian stumbled back several paces, nearly collapsing onto the floor. As he looked toward Yun Chutian in despair, he saw nothing but pure loathing in her gaze. Even in the past, she had never looked at him with such intense disgust...

Ouyang Xun stepped forward and delivered a stinging slap to Ouyang Yue’s face. Under the shocked stares of the crowd, Ouyang Yue’s dazed eyes finally began to regain their focus.

In a flash, the memories of what had just transpired flooded her mind. Her face turned a ghostly shade of white as she let out a piercing scream. “Ahhh!!”

How? Why was she in this place?

Furthermore, how could she have participated in such a scandalous and immoral act?

Ouyang Yue’s body trembled violently. Suddenly, her eyes landed on the young woman standing beside Yun Nianfeng, who was clearly gloating over her downfall. Losing all composure, she lunged at her. “It was you! You must be the one behind this! Did you drag me here and force Wang Haotian to do such... such shameful things to me?”

Yun Chutian feigned a look of bewilderment. “What on earth are you talking about? Aren't you and Wang Haotian already husband and wife? Earlier, I happened to pass by and saw the two of you walking in together. I assumed you were heading back to your Qinglan Palace to consummate your marriage. I thought I was being kind by letting you stay here for the night, yet you repay my hospitality with such baseless accusations.”

“You...” Ouyang Yue’s face flushed a deep crimson from fury as she glared murderously at Yun Chutian. She was well aware that after tonight, her reputation would be utterly ruined, and Yun Chutian was the architect of it all!

“Yun Chutian, I will never forgive you for this!” Ouyang Yue turned to Ouyang Xun, pleading, “Imperial Father, I was struck unconscious by someone in my palace and drugged with some strange medicine. That is the only reason I behaved this way! I am certain that I have been framed.”

Her eyes remained fixed on Yun Chutian, making her meaning crystal clear. In her mind, who else but Yun Chutian would have the motive to set her up?

Ouyang Xun considered this possibility and cast a frigid glance toward Yun Chutian. However, perhaps because he was intimidated by her ruthless methods, he did not dare to voice any accusations.

“Brother Nianfeng, please bring out the item I asked you to find.” Yun Chutian smiled and held out her hand, her eyebrows arching as she looked at the trembling, pale Ouyang Yue.

“Of course,” Yun Nianfeng replied. He produced a yellowed, aged book and placed it into Yun Chutian’s palm.

The moment that book appeared, a flash of pure terror crossed Ouyang Yue’s eyes. How had he managed to find it? She had hidden that book so carefully!

Ignoring Ouyang Yue’s panicked state, Yun Chutian looked at Ouyang Xun with a playful tilt of her head.

“Now, I am going to reveal Ouyang Yue’s true nature to everyone present!”

“What are you implying?” Ouyang Xun asked, his brow furrowing as he spoke in a cold tone.

Yun Chutian blinked innocently and handed the book to Ouyang Xun. “Since you are Ouyang Yue’s father, you should be very familiar with her script. Why don't you check for yourself if this book was written by her hand?”

Ouyang Xun hesitated for a moment before shaking his head. “No, it is not.” He was certainly capable of identifying his daughter’s handwriting, and this journal was not her work...

“In that case, do you recall the specific medicinal ingredients required to treat the epidemic?” Yun Chutian casually flipped through the pages. Without even looking down, she stopped precisely on the most critical page. “Were these the ingredients used?”
