Upon hearing his explanation, Yun Chutian’s spirits lifted considerably.
“Brother Nianfeng, you mustn't mention that you kissed me to Mother. If she finds out, she will definitely start planning our wedding immediately.”
Yun Nianfeng’s face clouded over in an instant. “I thought you wanted to marry me? Are you already having second thoughts?” He leaned in, biting Yun Chutian’s lips once more before saying wickedly, “I will not grant you any opportunity to regret this.”

The man was supposed to wed Ouyang Yue, but that woman Yun Chutian had ruined the ceremony. Now, they were caught in an illicit affair! How could the Imperial Family possibly save face after this?
“Your Majesty, my brother mentioned that Yun Chutian sent him a secret letter late at night requesting a meeting. Two imperial guards stepped forward and kicked the door open with a bang. The interior was shrouded in darkness, with only the faint movements of two blurry figures visible to the crowd.
“Light the lanterns!” At Ouyang Xun’s command, a eunuch brought a lantern forward and set it upon the table.
However, once the light revealed the scene within the room, the entire group stood frozen in shock...
Wang Haotian looked terrified, clearly not expecting Ouyang Xun to appear at such a moment. Just as he turned to speak to the woman beneath him, he caught sight of a seductive face. Stricken with horror, he scrambled away, putting distance between their bodies.
“Why... why is it you?”
Ouyang Yue’s gaze was glazed and seductive as she stood up, swaying her hips. Her tattered garments did little to hide the numerous kiss marks covering her skin.
“Wuu, I want more.” She lunged toward Wang Haotian, completely oblivious to the crowd that had swarmed into the room.
Wang Xuelian was paralyzed with disbelief.
“I want more, give it to me!” Ouyang Yue cried out, grabbing Wang Haotian’s sleeves as she pressed against him.
In a fit of shock, Wang Haotian shoved her away, his face turning ashen. “Why are you in this room? Where is Miss Chutian?”
As soon as the words left his mouth, a sudden chuckle echoed from the back of the group.
“Were you looking for me?” Wang Haotian spun around in haste, only to see a young man and woman strolling through the crowd as they made their entrance.
