Getting spoiled in a woman dominating world Chapter 578: Into the mortal world

Centuries passed as Brandon rested.
His body lay in a state of deep hibernation on the platform at the heart of the highest floating island.
It’s not like he is always sleeping; he often wakes up to spend time with his family using the energy he recovered after sleeping.
Rheanne spent most of her time by his side.
As an Elder Divinity, she rarely needed rest, so she would sit beside the platform for days at a time, holding his hand.
Sometimes she would sing softly, hoping her voice would reach him even in his long sleep.
Freya visited every single day without fail. She would bring fresh flowers from the gardens they had planted together and place them beside him.
Often, she would lay her head on his chest, listening to the steady beat of his heart, and talk to him about their grandchildren and great-grandchildren in the mortal world.
Amelia would sit in silence for hours, simply holding his hand.
Scylla would come and tell him about her latest battles "You better wake up soon. I need a real fight. Not these weak gods who run away the moment they see me."
Camille and Lisette came together, often bringing books from other worlds.
They would read to him for hours, sharing knowledge and secrets they had discovered, believing that even in sleep, his mind could still absorb it.
Selene is the one who visits him the most frequently.
She would sit cross-legged beside the platform and talk about her adventures, "I’m getting closer, Papa. One day I’ll become an Elder Divinity too... and then I’ll help pull you out of this sleep myself."
---
Standing on the balcony, Brandon glanced up at the endless sea of clouds.
The long sleep had helped. It had slowed the deterioration, but it did not cure it.
He would wake for short periods, spend time with his family, then return to the platform when the strain became too great.
Freya walked up to him quietly and wrapped her arms around his waist from behind, pressing her cheek against his back.
"You woke up again, Husband."
Brandon turned slowly in her arms, and a gentle smile touched his lips as he looked down at her beautiful, mature face.
"Yeah... I felt strong enough to wake for a while."
He paused, glancing back up at the drifting clouds for a moment "Also... I would like to go and visit our world for a while."
Freya blinked in surprise, pulling back just enough to look at him properly.
"Our world? You mean... the mortal realm? The Holy Land?"
Brandon nodded "Yeah. I want to see it again."
Freya’s expression softened with understanding, but worry quickly followed.
She tightened her arms around him "Then let me come with you. We can go together. All of us, if you want. Or just the two of us. Whatever you need."
Brandon shook his head gently, "No... Tell the others I’ll be back soon. I need to go alone this time."
She looked at him in confusion, but she could see the quiet determination there, the same look he had whenever he carried a heavy burden he didn’t want to share.
She let out a soft sigh, then leaned up and kissed him tenderly on the lips.
"Alright," she whispered against his mouth. "But promise me you’ll be careful. And come back to us. We’ve waited centuries already... we can wait a little longer, but not forever."
Brandon hugged her tightly, burying his face in her golden-blonde hair for a moment.
"I promise. I’ll always come back to you."
---
Floating high above the sprawling metropolis, Brandon hovered silently in the sky as he looked down at the modern city below.
Massive holographic billboards floated in the air, advertising the latest ether-tech gadgets and virtual reality experiences.
"Hoh..." Brandon muttered to himself with a faint smile on his lips "It has certainly developed in the past 500 years. I wonder what year it is now..."
He closed his eyes for a moment, letting the memories wash over him "This is where I was living with Aunt Elize... I wonder if I was even born at this time."
With a small sigh, he descended, reappearing inside a quiet alley between two towering buildings.
The moment his feet touched the ground, the divine aura around him faded completely, making him appear as nothing more than an extraordinarily handsome young man in simple, modern-looking clothes.
He stepped out of the alley and began walking among the bustling crowd.
People turned their heads, and some stared openly because of his good looks.
A group of young women whispered excitedly as he passed with one of them blushing furiously.
An old man on a bench did a double-take, muttering something about "movie stars these days."
Brandon ignored the attention and at that time, he spotted a young man with glasses walking briskly while looking at his phone.
Brandon raised his hand slightly "Hey."
The young man stopped and looked up in shock.
Seeing Brandon’s striking appearance, he quickly walked over with a polite smile "Uh, yes? Do you need any help, big brother?"
Brandon gave him a friendly smile "What year is it right now?"
The young man blinked, clearly confused for a second.
Then his eyes widened dramatically as if a lightbulb had gone off in his head.
He has read enough web novels and watched enough anime to instantly jump to the most exciting conclusion.
"Wait... wait a minute!" the young man exclaimed. "Are you... a time traveler?! Did you just come from the future?!"
Brandon grinned, unable to resist teasing the enthusiastic boy.
"Something like that. I’m actually a prisoner who just escaped from jail. I don’t know how many years have passed."
The young man’s face went pale in an instant.
His eyes widened in pure terror as he took several hurried steps backward.
"P-Prisoner?! J-Jail?! Oh shit-! This is... 2027!"
He shrieked and bolted away at full speed, nearly tripping over his own feet as he disappeared into the crowd.
Brandon stood there for a second, then let out a chuckle, shaking his head.
"2027, huh..." he muttered to himself, looking up at the towering buildings once more. "Guess I wasn’t born yet."
He continued walking through the city with his hands in his pockets.
"Mister..."
A faint voice called from behind him, almost lost in the crowd.
"Mister... please..."
He didn’t pay it any mind and kept walking.
But then someone grabbed his hand.
"Mister, please wait."
’Who the hell-’
As he turned his head, his eyes shrank in shock, looking at the woman in front of him.
He was wondering why he suddenly woke up and had the desire to see the mortal world.
Seems like fate is just so cruel.
’...Mother?’
