A monstrous calamity, the Throat of the Abyss, tears through reality and attacks King Solomon. Saqin warns Hill, but Hill reveals the monster isn't after him. King Solomon, having achieved the Seeker of Glory stage, confronts the monster, absorbing dark tar as he transforms. The battle ensues within a cloud of despair, overwhelming Saqin.

Suzi and Saqin shared the same feeling, even in her weakness, she still tried hard to hold the baby tightly in her arms.

All things in the world seemed to have fallen into Purgatory, until the ethereal strength emanating from the black fog further intensified, surpassing the constraints of the Seeker of Glory, reaching a higher entity.

The Crowned.

No matter how heavily constrained by illusions, Saqin momentarily regained clarity the instant he sensed the strength, looking into the swirling black fog.

The heart-palpitating intensity of the Ether vanished in an instant, as if what was felt just now was merely an illusion.

No... this was definitely not an illusion, Saqin was certain that the Crowned, which existed only in hypothesis, really appeared in reality at that moment.

Saqin murmured, "What have you been researching?"

The overwhelming ether dispelled the black fog, revealing the core of the battle; the Throat of the Abyss coiled around King Solomon like a giant serpent, numerous arms reaching towards him, trying to tear him apart, but they were all blocked by the immensely sturdy Ethereal Barrier, unable to budge an inch.

King Solomon’s back swelled up, as if two giant lumps had grown, which then ruptured, tearing apart the clothing, and blood-soaked wings unfolded, beating against the air currents.

Just like described in mythological tales, crimson scales emerged from King Solomon’s body surface, and lumps grew on his neck, where a blood-soaked dragon’s head bore through, with long, curved horns, exhaling scorching breath, the air infused with a suffocating, burnt scent, as if corpses in large patches were burned into dry bones.

Seven heads, ten horns.

Saqin blinked, suddenly the fearsome Red Dragon disappeared, as if it was his own illusion, the familiar figure remained before Saqin’s eyes.

For an instant, an inexplicable feeling gripped Saqin’s heart, he was somewhat unable to distinguish reality, unknowing of truth.

What’s happening?

Saqin asked himself, yet he still couldn’t find the answer; he felt as if he had stepped into some conspiracy, but this conspiracy was so grand that even though he realized it, he still couldn’t see his own situation clearly.

He could only hold his lover tight in his arms, entrusting everything concerning fate to his friend, to King Solomon.

Then King Solomon raised his hand high, he was calling for something, and soon, what was called upon responded to him.

The stars hanging upon the vast Dome started violently shaking, the great midday sun collapsed at the core of the stars, exploding with sky-filled stardust, they crackled and scorched the body of the Throat of the Abyss, leaving a trail of pitch-black singe marks.

The diffused brilliance coalesced, revealing a crystal-clear Crystal Core, it fell towards King Solomon’s hand like a meteor, then he held it tightly.

King Solomon murmured its name.

"Incandescent Blaze."

The brilliance grasped in his hand radiated brightly like a nebula explosion, forming a dazzling sphere of light, countless photons collided, releasing intense radiation energy, carrying extremely high temperatures, flying at the speed of light.

The expansive energy contacted the surrounding air, triggering a fierce combustion reaction, releasing vast thermal energy, flames rapidly spread, burning the oxygen in the air, enveloping charged particles moving at high speed within the flickering sea of fire, they emitted unrestrained streaming light, blazing like meteors in the night sky.

Throat of the Abyss let out a wretched scream, its pale skin rapidly turned gray-black, carbonizing like rocks weathered for thousands of years, burnt flesh began to peel away, shattering into burning ashes in the air.

Countless arms clawed at the Curved Pathway Rift, tearing out a chain of tiny Curved Pathway Rifts around the Throat of the Abyss, attempting to plunge into them to evade this deadly glow, but no matter how fast it was, how could it exceed the light-speed that binds all things?

Burning, melting, returning to ashes.

Even the air emitted deafening hissing sounds due to extreme high temperature, everything touched by the beam was instantly burned, obliterated, as if thrown into the gods’ furnace, reverting to its primordial form under intense heat.

The great midday sun lasted only a few seconds, the intense light unable to be sustained, collapsed back into nothingness, by now the Throat of the Abyss had vanished, leaving only a thick layer of ashes emitting residual heat in front of King Solomon.

All around, there were still numerous yet-to-heal Curved Pathway Rifts, King Solomon gripped the Crystal Core, took a few steps forward, adjusting his perspective, he saw amidst a dense field of rifts, one large enough for the Throat of the Abyss to traverse.

A fierce ether reaction abruptly appeared behind King Solomon.

King Solomon turned his head, only to see a terrifying rift rupture behind Saqin, the Throat of the Abyss using the Curved Pathway Rift as cover, its hunting maw suddenly lunged forth, biting towards him and Suzi.

Saqin and Suzi only felt a heart-palpitating strength surging from behind, before they could turn around, the blood-scented maw had already enveloped them.

At this extremely critical moment, Suzi actually completely repressed the panic and unease in her heart, in absolute calmness she understood many things.

The target of the Throat of the Abyss was not King Solomon, nor Saqin and Suzi, but the baby in her arms, who shortly after, was to become King Solomon’s great creation.

"You promised me!"

Suzi shouted to King Solomon from afar, the brilliance of the Alchemy Matrix burst forth on her body surface, then she used all her strength to propel Saqin and the baby out from the boundary of death.
